can you help me out with this matter.

My company demands me to put out a plan for my personal progress and growth

They childlisly say (not out loud) you can use AI to help (only CoPilot).

Give me some feedback what to put in there , lets go wild!

my job = boring officework is placing orders for connecting Companies world wide via internet or MPLS.

My dream as a child was to be either a potter or a stop motion film animator.

Sounds like they want to replace you with AI, and they want you to help them with that.

Maybe you could get an AI to sabotage the whole company for a moment, put a real scare into those bozo managers, bitten then twice shy kind of thing. They might promote you. Good luck Sir.
