Trump only said anything at all because Obama tried to pull a fast one to save his neck with big distraction while the Europeans gather strength for something big and nasty a bit further down the road.

But, if he goes all the way and actually does a full dump of everything, including what's been going on with the Nazi/man made tech, It won't just shut Obama up it will shut a lot of grifters up in the UFO/ET field too. I'm all for that and can't wait.

Trump fell for the Obama bait, but too hastily.

A lot will be withheld or redacted for national security interests. The military cannot rule out that 'enemies' might have advanced craft and abilities, and to admit that they cannot identify these objects would show 'weakness'. The military would also want to hide its own capabilities. Part of the myth of American greatness is built on the rumours about alien technology, etc.

Yes, the 'disclosure' will consume everyone's attention, even though most of it will not be 'new'. There are plenty of shallow online platforms that will focus on a few documents and sensationalism, as with the Epstein files, and not do a full and thorough analysis, despite the 'awesome miracle of AI'.

But, there is an upside. There will be a conversation, and among all the news and attention-seeking fake stories, etc. there will be rational and intelligent people speaking out whom we have not heard from before, and perhaps the focus will reach beyond the USA and Western world. Outright dismissal and 'debunking' from.science will not dominate the commentary and conversation within scientific circles.

I do not expect any major news from this Trump gimmick, because the people who are the alleged gatekeepers will very likely not trust this administration with publishing highly sensitive data that may have been collected over time and kept hidden so far.
Focus only on disclosure by government is a distraction. We already have other evidence and leads to follow up on.

Given Trump's idea of releasing files, as we've all seen from the ongoing Epstein files debacle, there'll be zero chance of any major disclosure or admissions, imo. More likely that we'll see an almighty financial collapse owing to the backfire of his tariffs and he'll nip in the jump room to Mars (and perhaps it's secrets like this they are frightened of slipping out during a minor disclosure, together with timelines and advanced technology that could have helped and saved millions of lives over the years (bastards)

There are many different dimensions to the subject of ETs, and saying they physically exist is only acknowledging one part of it.
There are lots of things about the subject that, if you don't really know very well what humans are, then ETs are not something you will be able to absorb.

The question got me wondering: Do we have any kind of master thread that already exists on Avalon to act as an entry level introduction to the topic?
We could break it up into its different aspects. Like on the physical side, we've got lots of newspaper articles going back to the 50s that make good material, like the buzzing of the west coast near LA where defense forces started shooting at the sky at something.

But on the non-physical side, there's ten times as much that people would need to catch up on, and that's where the challenges will be. Using the works of pioneers like Dolores Cannon and Robert Monroe, we can see that "ETs" interact with us a whole LOT more already than most people realize. And that the line between "them" and "us" can get pretty blurry and even disappear. :- )

Could be fun to build an Intro To ET's thread. And then have a sister thread for all the Avalonians to discuss what goes into the Intro thread and what to prioritize first and things to make sure we don't leave out... Like designing a course curriculum. Fun indeed.

I have also had this viewpoint about Greer. He obviously debunks himself by spouting this obvious lie. I have experienced extreme trauma from Grays, for example. Anyone can read my independent research with abductees and my own personal experiences with Grays, Reptilians, Mantis and Anunnaki (Ets masquerading as "gods") in my two books (links below). I wrote these two free books thirty years ago that documented my research. Bill Ryan was kind enough to publish both books here on Avalon.

Also, abductees/researchers like Karla Turner, Phil Schneider, et al were also providing real disclosure during this time period when abductions were at an all-time high.

I think you are right about this gv, always when the alphabet agencies are involved we get B.S - or just generic results with redaction: I am constantly surprised with the Bible Belt influence on all of this, they insist anything we cannot account for is "demonic" & the people cannot be informed for the sake of their souls. Ms Luna is impressive & Tim Burchet there are some genuinely honest & Mensch standard people involved...Steve Bassett persists (!) Amidst all of the chaos & conflict presently in progress, all the talk of 'End Times" in the military ( deeply concerning to us all I am certain) can we expect anything rational/useful to be presented? But, you never know, even in the madness of Washington/City of London machinations, this might be the year when IT takes place. All the best.
