Tulsi Gabbard's religion is officially "Hinduism", however, many Hindus would question the group/cult she grew up in and is still a member of, the Science of Identity Foundation, it really Hindu. The group was founded in the 1970s by Chris Butler (aka Siddhaswarupananda Paramahamsa) who had been a member of the Hari Krishnas, another Hindu group often considered to be a cult. Butler wanted to start a similar group bur one that didn't require it's members to shave their heads, wear orange robes and practice celibacy. The Science of Identity Foundation, which is against using any type of drugs, got much of it's initial funding from a marijuana trafficker. Later it made a lot of money off the largest Ponzi scheme to have ever hit Iran. Founder Chris Butler has made some extremely homophobic statements which in one instance sounded like he was advocating for genocide of Gay, Lesbian and Bisexual people.

Both Tulsi's parents were involved in this group and listed as members, although her father is involved in Roman Catholicism so it is unlikely he is still affiliated with this group. Tulsi, however, grew up in this group and is still a member. When she or her representatives ask her specifically about the group (as opposed to being Hindu, in general) she won't talk about it and will try and make it sound like the reporter is Hindu baiting her, when they are really asking about her involvement in a cult.

Donald Trump was overwhelmingly elected by the American people to be our President and Commander in Chief. As our Commander in Chief, he is responsible for determining what is and is not an imminent threat, and whether or not to take action he deems necessary to protect the safety and security of our troops, the American people and our country.

The Office of the Director of National Intelligence is responsible for helping coordinate and integrate all intelligence to provide the President and Commander in Chief with the best information available to inform his decisions.

After carefully reviewing all the information before him, President Trump concluded that the terrorist Islamist regime in Iran posed an imminent threat and he took action based on that conclusion.

I think this needs to be read very carefully.

What she's actually saying here (but which I suspect many may miss) is that as DNI she gave Trump a great deal of information — and then he made his own decision anyway.

Yes, I agree. Col. Larry Wilkerson told Nima Alkhorshid in this new video that if Tulsi leaves it too late to jump off Trump's sinking ship, she'll be finished politically. (My paraphrase, but pretty close.)

Just maybe, someone good will interview her. (Joe Rogan? If he's permitted to, and if she's allowed to.) That may help her express and clarify what her true personal position is. She'll be fully aware she's being criticized, and before mid-2024 she was never a Republican, let alone a Neocon. Instinctively, I still trust her fully. But it's sure hard to know and understand what's keeping her so inhibited.

She's extremely against foreign wars and has been very vocal about it over the years.

But, she did testify in front of Congress, (I think last summer) that Iran was an extreme threat to our national security, to US troops in the Mid-East region, and to the homeland. She was very vocal about Iranian sleeper cells already here on US soil.

I doubt Tulsi advised Trump to take action against Iran, but I suspect she didn't advise him not to either.

I remember watching her testify about this and she sounded very sincere and concerned, she didn't sound like she was being coerced in any way what so ever.

Kent, according to an intelligence official who spoke with The Daily Wire’s Mary Margaret Olohan, had been excluded from planning and briefings regarding the war with Iran. That same official refuted earlier reporting stating that Gabbard had been advised to fire Kent, but had failed to do so.

“Intelligence official tells @realDailyWire that it’s true that Joe Kent wasn’t part of the planning of the Iran war or briefings on the war,” Olohan reported. “It is not true that DNI’s Tulsi Gabbard was asked by the White House to fire Kent, source says— if she had been asked to do so, she would have fired him.”

Isn't the Daily Wire adamantly pro-zionist? That would explain the skewed title for that article. In fact, there's no statements from Tulsi herself approving of Trump starting a war against Iran. Tulsi is only saying that she passed the information to Trump, and it is Trump's responsibility to make decisions.

In other words, Tulsi is just passing the buck. (That sort of spinelessness will come back to haunt her, already is, judging by today's criticism of many podcasters on this matter.)

Moreover, Tulsi does not specify whether Trump only reviewed information from her department. Reading between the lines, someone could interpret the "all information" as including Netanyahu's advice, or some other zionists'.
