Today, millions of people around the world are diagnosed with chronic diseases and conditions that conventional medicine still does not understand. Many others never receive any diagnosis but continue to suffer from various symptoms. While medical science and research have done amazing things in the field of surgery—for example, being able to remove an appendix or perform a life-saving transplant—very little is still known about the true causes of chronic diseases and symptoms and how they can be cured. For this reason, Anthony William calls them chronic mystery diseases. Because there is almost no knowledge in the medical community about what is really going on in the body with chronic diseases, the diagnoses and much of the treatment advice that people receive is unhelpful and in some cases even harmful. This lack of knowledge is not the fault of well-meaning doctors and health care professionals. The truth simply hasn't been discovered yet, which means people with chronic illnesses are being misdiagnosed and given treatment advice that won't actually lead to healing.

The reason it is so important to shine a light on this issue is that along with the misinformation surrounding all chronic diseases, there is also a protein obsession that is keeping people sick and actually making them sicker than ever. Today we will learn the truth about proteins.

    The misunderstanding of proteins
Medical science and research, as well as many modern diets, have been pushing protein on us for quite some time. Our culture is so inundated with protein "facts" that when trying to make healthy decisions for themselves and their families, people often only consider whether or not a food item is high in protein. They don't even think to consider the other elements of food that can be harmful. Unfortunately, this is not a new problem. The misrepresentation of the place of protein in our diet first appeared in the 1930s. Protein is quickly becoming a buzzword in the food industry as a tactic to steer our food purchasing choices toward what the industry wants us to spend our money on. Unfortunately, like many of the worst aspects of our industry and culture, this obsession with protein has been about making money, not about keeping you or your loved ones healthy. If the industry really had your best interests in mind, a huge amount of money would be thrown into a worldwide campaign to encourage people to eat far more fruit, green leafy vegetables and vegetables and to choose foods based on their vitamin, mineral and antioxidant value. It would certainly not have reached the protein pressure we still experience.

What this protein myth has led to is a lot of fear about how much protein our bodies actually need. It's not actually the protein in food that the liver needs to make the beneficial proteins it uses. That's right, the liver is responsible for making the types of proteins your body can recognize. This is one of the undiscovered chemical functions of the liver. In fact, the liver has over 2,000 chemical functions, but medical science and research have discovered only a small fraction of them. Most of the protein that the liver makes is created from fruits, green leafy vegetables, and vegetables—not from eating foods that most people think are high in protein, such as eggs, bacon, yogurt, beef, chicken, tofu, fish, milk, nuts and seeds. While it is okay to eat some of these foods, they should not be the focus of the diet. One reason for this is that these foods are actually high-fat foods.

The relationship between proteins and fats
Everywhere you look and every person you talk to says it's important to focus on protein. Unfortunately, the protein myth has become entrenched in our society. Even the most intelligent, clever and well-read people believe that protein is God when it comes to food intake. The industries that spread this message are so successful. One of the biggest problems with this protein myth is that while you may think you're doing the right thing by eating a high-protein diet, you're also inadvertently eating a high-fat diet—that protein and fat can't be separated, and a high-fat diet underlies the development of chronic disease, autoimmune disease, and a myriad of symptoms. The real causes of chronic mystery diseases such as migraines, Hashimoto's , lupus, fibromyalgia , multiple sclerosis , eczema , chronic fatigue syndrome , urinary tract infections, cystic acne , tingling and numbness, diabetes , autism and others are pathogens , toxic heavy metals and others. toxins that have nothing to do with proteins. And when the diet is too high in fat, it is nearly impossible for the pathogens, heavy metals, and toxins that are responsible for these diseases and symptoms to leave the body because the blood is too thick with all the fat in the circulation.

Every person today has dirty blood due to the world we live in, the pathogens and toxins we are exposed to and that we inherit through family lines, chronic dehydration that most people don't even suspect and the foods we eat, so it is extremely important that everyone to know the truth about the dirty blood syndrome. These true causes are still unknown to medical science and research, so it is even more important to understand what is really behind your symptoms and conditions. If you have to wait for science and research to discover the truth about your illnesses and symptoms, you will suffer needlessly for a very long time. This is exactly what is happening all over the world right now, and it is tragic.

It is very popular today to believe that the brain is made of fat and that one must eat plenty of "healthy fats" for good brain health and function. Unfortunately, this is more of a harmful misinformation. High-fat diets are bad for the brain. In reality, there is only a microscopic percentage of fat in the brain. Outside of these low omega traces, the brain is mostly a jellyfish-like organ made up of sugar. The brain is fueled by glucose, not fat, and without enough of it, the brain begins to shrink as we age and are deprived of getting enough glucose due to high-fat, high-protein, low-carbohydrate diets that avoid fruits and potatoes. It is glucose and mineral salts that allow the brain to perform every single function it performs. Naturally occurring sugars—the sugars found in fruits and natural carbohydrates like potatoes, sweet potatoes, and pumpkins—and minerals also help build muscle. Fat, on the other hand, prevents you from building muscle. For those of you who drink protein shakes, the hidden ingredients in these shakes that are actually responsible for your muscle mass are sugars and carbohydrates. And it's the time spent in the gym or exercising that builds muscle, not the protein in the shakes or other foods you consume. Are you surprised? The fact that we have drifted so far from this truth shows how deeply ingrained this hyper-focus on proteins has become. If you're interested in keeping your muscles defined, eating enough fruits, green leafy vegetables, and vegetables—for example, drinking celery root juice , which is full of minerals—will prevent your muscles from atrophying and help flush out toxins. , which prevent the muscles from expanding.

Proteins are also not designed to satisfy hunger. I often hear people say they have to eat eggs for breakfast to feel full or chicken or tofu with their veggies. This is where people get confused by the feeling of fullness they experience after consuming animal protein or protein-rich plant foods such as soy products and nuts. The reason you feel full after eating animal protein or soy is not the protein in the food, but the fat. However, large amounts of fat are harmful to the liver. Instead, you should focus on getting enough calories from the foods that will be most beneficial to your health: fruits, green leafy vegetables, and vegetables, including potatoes, sweet potatoes, and squash.

How to reduce fat in your diet
Both plant-based and animal-based people fall into the same trap when it comes to high-fat diets. If you're vegan, maybe you eat too many nuts, oils, or avocados every day; you load your smoothies with almond butter or chia seeds; or eat tofu every night, which naturally contains a lot of fat. If you do eat animal products and consume animal protein with every meal, you are also consuming too much fat. Dairy and eggs are also problematic and should be avoided by anyone who has a symptom or condition or wants to help prevent getting one. Eggs feed disease and bacteria.

Those who eat both animal and plant proteins worry about aging, but if you focus too much on protein, even if you're an athlete with no body fat, you're likely to experience symptoms typically associated with aging, or you suffer from a disease related to it or the amount of fat in your diet. This can manifest as any number of conditions, but most commonly causes heart attacks, strokes and diabetes – all of which stem from a toxic, sluggish liver and thick, dirty blood. At the end of the day, no matter what symptoms or what ailments you have, the golden ticket to help you move forward with healing is a low-fat diet. Even the famous high-protein diets aren't as effective as we'd like them to be – they can actually make things worse because the more protein there is in a diet, the more fat it contains.

Then you might be wondering what can I eat? The truth is, protein is found in all natural whole foods, so your options are endless. Raw spinach and nori are high in protein. Potatoes are often avoided, but the skin of the potato contains healing proteins. There are proteins in tomatoes. Bananas not only contain protein, but are also filling due to their calorie count. Additionally, the carbohydrates in bananas kill viruses in the gut, helping to treat celiac disease, irritable bowel syndrome, Crohn's disease, and colitis . They also repel retroviruses such as HIV and herpes viruses such as Epstein-Barr , herpes zoster and HHV, both their detected and many undetected strains. Oranges and apples contain some protein and play a role in keeping the liver healthy, which should be a priority over protein. If you're plant-based, you can eat some avocado and some nuts and seeds, but if you're aiming for healing from symptoms and conditions and the best possible health, emphasize plenty of fresh fruit, green leafy vegetables, and vegetables, including those high in carbohydrates. vegetables such as potatoes and pumpkins. If you do consume animal products, try to stick to one smaller serving of animal protein per day while getting more fruits, green leafy vegetables, and vegetables.

Satiety should not be based on fat and protein, but on getting enough healthy carbohydrates and glucose from fruits and carbohydrate-rich vegetables. It is the adequate amount of calories that ensures satiety, not specifically the consumption of fat and protein. These foods just seem more filling because such a small amount of them provides such a large amount of fat and calories. Whereas with fresh fruits, green leafy vegetables and vegetables, you have to eat more to get enough calories, but when you do, you'll feel full and give your body the nutrients it so desperately needs. Instead, focus on delicious meals and snacks, such as apple juice , pumpkin soup , apple cinnamon stuffed dates , soft potato tacos , portobello mushroom stew , red lentil tortillas , cauliflower sushi , or any of the other delicious recipes on our blog .

    How to move forward
For the sake of your health and the health of your loved ones, it is extremely important to know that today's high protein trend is not actually helping or supporting you in treating symptoms and conditions. The better high protein diets today recommend eliminating processed foods from your diet, which is absolutely beneficial and is the reason some people see an improvement in how they feel over time. Ultimately, however, the high amount of protein and fat in these diets will contribute to disease and worsening of an existing condition. Whatever your diet, the point here is that there should be less emphasis on protein because the fat that inherently comes with protein is problematic for anyone with any disease or symptom. Whether you eat animal or vegetable protein, when your diet is too high in fat, the result will eventually be a disease or symptom. Our obsession with protein has gone too far. It's a trap that will keep you and your loved ones sick. It will also lead to more and more infertility in the coming years and decades. We may not be able to change medicine or the food industry, but we can change our own diet and belief system and help those around us.

I have trained a lot myself. I ran daily until I was 66. At 33, I took a professional sports massage course, followed by a year of sports injury prevention. Additionally, one of the physiotherapy instructors gave a foot reflexology course, which I took as well. After that, I completed a three-year conditioning training course in Amsterdam. I taught women for 13 years, some of whom had physical problems. I worked half days, but due to a promotion, I had to start working full days and could no longer teach during the day. During my lunch break, I would go running instead of eating in the canteen.

I also ran with my dogs on weekends.
    Furthermore, I did fitness training.

I stopped eating meat when I was 22. I still ate fish, eggs, and shrimp. But when BP started polluting the sea, I stopped eating fish too, and farmed fish is so full of junk that I didn't even bother with that. At the time, I was still eating biodynamic eggs, but at a certain point, I couldn't tolerate those anymore either. Even though on a biodynamic farm, animals are treated with respect and are not injected with or fed any junk.

Nowadays, I train at home on a cross trainer and do exercises. I never stopped doing exercises.

What I actually want to say is that, in my opinion, the protein hype is nonsense.

Desserts, chips, ice cream, beer, and even coffee: almost every product nowadays has a version with extra protein. Although it is sold as 'healthier,' extra protein by no means always means a better choice. Often you pay more for it and get hardly any extra nutritional value, or even less. So what is the protein hype? Clever marketing.

I never ate much protein. And I had a super nice, muscular body. After I sustained a foot injury from going shopping in high heels, I couldn't run or walk for 8 months. I gained a lot of weight during that time. I also didn't think it was responsible to go running at 66 anymore because I didn't want knee problems. So I changed that to fitness training at a gym 4 times a week. Unfortunately, I never managed to lose that extra weight.
Due to that Covid misery, the gyms were often closed, so I started training at home. And so far, every day.

I am writing this whole story here because of that protein hype, which I also find nonsense, and I agree with what Medical Medium writes about it.

I used to run and ride my bike. When I realised the potential damage I was causing to my joints, I sold my old bike, stopped running, and bought a 20kg flywheel spin bike and an expensive rebounder (cheap ones do the same damage to your joints). I have never looked back. I've been doing home gym for the last 30 years; the key to it is to stick to your established routine, eat healthy, and stay away from the doctor. And don't forget to start doing lots of inner work through yoga, meditation, prayer, etc... That way you are covering everything.

So when the time comes and you are freed from your human container/body, you have already done a bit of work on your inner self. So your after-death life review won't be so painful to watch.

Your job should you choose to accept it is this.
Live through whatever is about to happen and document it via ink and paper.
    You should start right away.
When things settle down into any kind of normalcy there will be lots of young women looking for leadership.
It will then be your job, nay sir, your duty to spread those incredible non jabbed genetics and have as many children as possible.

    I'm not kidding.
You take care of yourself sure, but there's a fundamental genetic signature to you that makes you special.
    I've seen you in person.
I've hugged you via the mighty bro hug.
It was only six years ago.
You emit vitality, sturdiness and male masculinity.
It's a damn shame you haven't had any kids already but it is what it is.
That being said someone has to perform clean up duty.
You are going to get through this so I'm just saying

This deserves a reply.... ...... so here goes...............

Re the bolded ...... What the hell are you trying to do to Bill?.....indirectly bump him off!!!!

This thread is about Stayin' Alive not Expirin' Pretty Quickly.... (albeit with happy smile)

For the love of God and all that is holy Bill wouldn't last long servicing a large harem of childbearing young women night and day - then having babies and toddlers all over the place disturbing his peace -

    Come on....

It would take more than a few supplements to get through all THAT -

And don't forget Bill was a Tibetan Monk for a thousand years (I don't think it was the same one - a few of them if I remember right )......and climbing Everest wasn't a walk in the park and took up quite a lot of physical and mental energy - one man can only do so much -

Now...... I would maybe volunteer to be part of the little Ecuador Eugenics Project if I could 'do an Elizabeth' - - -
that's Elizabeth who became 'with child' and gave birth to John the Baptist, he of Bible Fame - when she was waaaay past the menopause - but those days are over for me (touch wood)

    Oooooookaaaaay - I'd better quit while I'm ahead....haha

PS. - to Bill - that Big Bro Hug obviously got DNA thinking.....about your DNA ....but there's always the Next Life eh - should you chose -

These have got to be the funniest replies I've ever seen and definitely deserves a reply

I have no kids either and am just kinda Stayin' Alive myself

What a laugh thinking of bills harem. I just finished watching game of thrones for the third time and there's a lot of Stayin' Alive going on there too. Keep up the good work everybody Stayin' Alive ain't that hard. If I can do it, anyone can (ha ha)

I think this might be the right place for this (it sounds interesting but I admit I have not tried it yet; the Substack post gives all the details of the science)

Quote What you do in the first 10 minutes of your morning does not just affect how you feel in the morning. It literally sets the neurochemical architecture of your entire day.

    The Neuroscience

Research from the Huberman Lab at Stanford, combined with findings from the Max Planck Institute and the Sleep and Circadian Neuroscience Institute at Oxford, confirms that morning light exposure, cold stimulus, specific breathwork patterns, and intentional movement each trigger distinct and measurable changes in brain chemistry within minutes of execution. These are not productivity hacks. They are neurological interventions with dose-dependent effects.

THE FIRST 10 MINUTES OF YOUR MORNING ARE WORTH MORE TO YOUR BRAIN THAN THE NEXT 10 HOURS. SET THEM DELIBERATELY OR SURRENDER THEM BY DEFAULT.

Here is my summary of the routine ...

    1. 2 minutes: Sunlight
Expose your eyes to natural direct outdoor light (from indoors if not possible to be outdoors, but not through glass)

    2. 1-1.5 minutes: Cold water
Splash cold water in face, back of neck and wrists (tap water, but as cold as possible, and not a shower)

    3. 3 minutes: Breath work
Inhale through nose for 4 seconds, filling belly first then the chest, hold for 2 seconds, exhale for 6 to 8 seconds (through nose or mouth)

    4. 2 minutes: Written Intention Setting
Must be handwritten on paper, and only three things...
i.most important outcome to achieve today
ii. one thing you are genuinely looking forward to
iii. one brief statement of appreciation for something specific in your current life

    5. 1 minute: Full Body Movement
Anything, but must elevate heart rate and involve full body movement (e.g. jumping jacks or skipping or body squats...)

No coffee until 60 to 90 minutes after waking
No phone, social media, email, news etc. until 30 minutes after above routine
Routine must be done in order given
Routine must be done every day

Reading the comments here reminded me of my own journey. I started training at 12. My father had me take up wrestling, boxing and martial arts because we lived in a rough neighbourhood and he wanted me able to look after myself. That early start sparked a lifelong interest in how the body works. Years later and separate from my corporate career I completed Training & Fitness and Gym Instructor qualifications simply to deepen my understanding of exercise physiology, nutrition and healthy ageing.

Protein is important but the marketing around it is overdone. Almost every second product now claims high protein and for most people on a balanced diet that extra is just clever packaging. Older adults are the exception. As we age, the body uses protein a little less efficiently so the need edges up rather than down and spreading it across the day matters more than one big serve. The same overcorrection happened with the old "Low Fat" trend where we lost sight of healthier fats.

The point made on sarcopenia is a real one. Muscle loss with ageing is exactly why I focus on isotonic and isometric training to maintain strength, balance, mobility and bone density and slow that decline.

Long term health comes down to consistency. Regular exercise, resistance training, mobility, cardiovascular fitness, good sleep, sensible nutrition, enough water and a healthy body weight. At my stage of life that is the whole game and it comes down to daily habits. Aside from my daily grass-fed bone broth, one supplement worth mentioning, especially over 60, is creatine monohydrate. Well researched and not just for bodybuilders. It can help maintain muscle strength, support recovery and may also support cognitive function with age. The more expensive versions show no better results so save your money.

Five decades in and what I keep coming back to is that no single food or supplement does the heavy lifting. The people I have seen age well are the ones who keep moving, keep learning and keep showing up, week after week and year after year.

Just got two teeth extracted and I officially can’t chew anymore. Dentures soon!

Not sure what I’m going to live off in the meantime. Chili I’m thinking. And maybe some meal replacement drinks

Check out Barbara Oneil information, she has some good stuff.
    Hey bro....
    3 things for joints.

    1. Hyerlonic acid
    2. Borox with water taken internally, which breaks down into boron
    3. Diatamacious earth, mixed with water taken internally

Those three things could cure most of the problems in your joints within three months and probably a lot sooner.

A minor correction of a couple of typos (important for searching!,
    1. Hyaluronic Acid
    2. Borax (see this thread all about it)
I can testify to both of those: I give them (plus fish oil capsules) to my dog, a (kind of!) Andean golden retriever, who's nearly 14 now but still runs around the high mountains like a puppy with no signs of joint pain at all.

Bill and friends/ I am only seeing this post now, and admittedly not seeing much of anything recently. But with all the best planning we make, there are no guarantees of anything.

NDE testimony, and I have read and listened to hundreds of them, seem to confirm we made a deal to come here to struggle and strive in this body with all the suffering and triumph . And in doing so, we grow and also grow the universe.

And many seem to say we chose our death, the how and when . We chose our parents, which means our ethnicity and region of the world, ( think about that) and the basic plan and purpose we live. But that we don't necessarily know that purpose. Our memory has been wiped to make this "free will" seem real.

It could seem our purpose could be this or that, but really some quiet moment of kindness we did at one time in our life that we have forgotten . But the ripple effect moved mountains. How could we know?

So maybe all the vitamins , all the precautions, all the elimination of plastics, wi fi , the list goes on and on, doesn't even matter. When we are destined to pass, we pass. A certain amount of heartbeats, and thats it.
I don't know, I know nothing and the longer I live I ponder it all. I just know what makes sense to my intuition , and this does.

I have had 4 friends including my brother pass on recently , all within a year or two of my age. Its all unknown. I would say, do whatever brings you peace of mind that you are doing things best for yourself.

All systems break down. And no matter what, we all will.

in the meantime, do unto others as you would like done to your self. blessings all/ pd

    Hi Doug
I am sorry to hear about your brother's and friend's passing.

I think everything you said makes a lot of sense: that we have predetermined much of our lives before we arrive. I also think we possess a degree of free will. For example, if we set a predetermined (before birth) age of death at 85, maintaining good health and making conscious lifestyle choices might result in experiencing only minimal suffering near the end. If we neglect our bodies' well-being, it could lead to prolonged suffering before reaching 85.

I also believe it is possible to influence the broader trajectory of our predetermined life; it rarely happens, and it's difficult, but it certainly can be done. From my perspective, the idea is that child prodigies might be the result of changing the broad strokes of a previous life. If someone has already developed certain skills or qualities in a past life (that they were not supposed to), those traits could manifest early in a new life, giving the child a head start, and we label them a prodigy.

There are questions in these statements.
    A lot of them.

    The easiest one is cancer.
There seems to be two competing views on this and I'm of the opinion it's a combination of both.
Parasites vs cellular mitosis going awry due to DNA degradation.
Here is the thing from what I understand. Your body can fight faulty cells better if it isn't forced to expend so much energy
    fighting the parasites.
So to simplify I would focus on anti-parasiticals and the binders that help eliminate biofilm and help to get rid of the parasite bodies and their waste.

What about if the cancer is from the vaccine?
Yes this is common right now.
Add the vaccine nullifiers, Natokinase is a major one and believe it or not that borax mentioned earlier is a great vaccine nano destroyer, also I hear colloidal gold destroys the bs from the vax as well.

You can intend and direct life force and ask for the help of spiritual brings directly involved with your incarnating administration.
    Call them angels.
If religion brings you peace, comfort and focus use that as well.
    So yes praying absolutely helps.

    Repetition of positive phrases helps.
Think of the Japanese water experiment where they label a bottle of water with a word and can see
the molecular change for the good or the bad of that said water depending on the phrase it was labeled with. So yeah I'm sure your psalm sourced prayer which I'm guessing was positively phrased would indeed help.

    Good luck Doug

Ok I need to rephrase my question that reflects your own ponderings . For now you have settled in the most beautiful place in the world for a mountaineer, last about 15 years if I'm right ,
you are well settled , your life has a great meaning to humanity and always will.

Just thought if you have ever received an invite to another place since ?

Or signs of another future , after this Life ?

I'm not implying anything, the way most of us get to experience "life" is motion. It's not always about good and bad . Sometimes - in my life - nothing of importance happens for years other than some inner struggles.
Of course no matter how long here I keep learning and discovering new things everyday .

I've just imagined that someone could ( should ) take you home if you ever turn old or ill.

But I don't know it's true anymore. Perhaps we have grown over this point to another point and we all sort of wish to leave undisturbed . Return exactly to the same point of Light whence we came from.

Please tell us , where would you like to go next if you could 🙏

    Thank you

No, I've never been invited to live anywhere else. If I had a few million Swiss Francs (or dollars, or euros) in the bank, I might well be back in Switzerland, which I really loved when I was there. But I'm as poor as a church mouse, and it takes a LOT of money to live there. Here in Ecuador, everything is super-cheap and extremely wellness-friendly, so I can make ends meet here okay. (I live on next to nothing, but lack nothing either. And yes, the mountains are beautiful! )

Bill, I can agree with you about living in Russia in some future lifetime, except for one thing; one would have to learn to speak Russian.... It's not a pretty language, like French, Japanese or Hawaiian. That would be my stumbling block. In addition I find that Russian women tend to have aggressive personas.

    Hi Doug,

I'm so sorry you've had the death of friends and a brother to grieve. That's so hard.

I agree with your fatalism about the time of our death, but think it's possible to live our predetermined life expectancy in a better state of health by taking some practical measures.

    Dear Friends, I was inspired to start this new thread after DNA's very kind post here on my recent Birthday thread;

Living life on your terms, now and hopefully forever.
Happy birthday Bill keep doing what you're doing, it's working.

But the philosophical aspects of Stayin' Alive are far more profound.
    • What am I actually stayin' alive for? (I have no family or children.)
    • Do I really want to keep going till I'm 95 or 100?
    • If (or rather, when!) I leave this life, how and when would I prefer that to happen??
Bill, you have a large extended family on the forum and have a fatherly presence to many, particularly those younger than yourself.

Going till 95 or 100? That depends on so many factors, many of which are completely out of our control, internally and externally.

How and when to leave this life?

"Do not go gentle into that good night,
    Old age should burn and rave at close of day;
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Though wise men at their end know dark is right,
Because their words had forked no lightning they
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Good men, the last wave by, crying how bright
Their frail deeds might have danced in a green bay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

Wild men who caught and sang the sun in flight,
And learn, too late, they grieved it on its way,
Do not go gentle into that good night.

Grave men, near death, who see with blinding sight
Blind eyes could blaze like meteors and be gay,
Rage, rage against the dying of the light.

And you, my father, there on the sad height,
Curse, bless, me now with your fierce tears, I pray.
Do not go gentle into that good night.
Rage, rage against the dying of the light." ~ Dylan Thomas

There is no dying of the light to rage against, as it turns out, and as you know.
