    Default Hungary and (IM)Migration today.

In the following two videos there is a kind of exposé of modern Hungary also containing frequent comparisons with the UK.

All things being equal I know where I would want to live right now were I still in UK.

I had a wonderful time visiting friends in Budapest. So clean, not rushed or frantically busy like other European cities but very laid-back, and they are very proud of their culture. My friends had a spare bicycle so we all went around Budapest by bike and it was very safe - not risking your life as you would in many other cities. There were no rip-off prices either, prices were very reasonable and there was even an international food shop where expats could get their favourites, even British lines. Housing is incredibly inexpensive. The Hungarian language is by all accounts a devil to learn!

Within easy distance there is wonderful countryside to explore too; we also had a day trip to Vienna, another lovely city (well, it was 12 years ago, I don't know if that's changed). Vienna is a 2 hour drive from Budapest or you can go by train.

The European Court of Justice imposed a €200 million lump-sum fine and a daily penalty of €1 million because PM Viktor Orbán has refused to comply with EU immigration policy, calling the ruling “outrageous and unacceptable,” and he stated that paying the fine is cheaper than allowing migrants in. Orban rightfully claims his policies are a defense of Hungarian sovereignty.

The European Court of Justice is a tool of the globalists, and worldwide migration has been weaponised to move the goal of one world government forward. When it is all said and done, very few countries will remain "truly sovereign". China will benefit the most from a global government, and paradoxically, they have one of the strictest illegal immigration policies on the planet. China also understands the dangers of Islamic immigration; they are attempting simultaneously to tamp down the spread of Islam by destroying mosques and at the same time rewriting the Quran to align with socialist/communist values. China will tame the countries in the east with size and influence, while war and migration will tame the countries in the West.

On the surface, the upcoming Hungarian election appears to revolve around issues related to a stagnant economy, but in reality, it is fundamentally about undermining the sovereignty of yet another European country. Orban is behind in the polls by 10 points. It is my view that one world government is inevitable; the only real question left is when it will happen.

My Grandmother was Hungarian 🇭🇺, and if I have enough money I will go there for sure ... just to see if part of my genes recognize anything there.

Robert Jensen who I greatly admire producing counter media during the 2020-2022 mass hysteria in the Netherlands 🇳🇱 went to Hungary 🇭🇺 to make a "road show" report how the people live there, meeting random people and noticed many Dutch 🇳🇱 who moved there, to LIVE there and never go back, guess why? ... not long thereafter Robert Jensen died January 12, 2026, not because of Hungary 🇭🇺 but his health was dire.

Within hours of arriving in Hungary to tell you about the massive EU / British / Ukrainian efforts to influence the election here-

Bloomberg "contacted me to inform me" they would be publishing a baseless, and potentially libelous story, alleging that I am some kind of kingpin in a mysterious Russian "Disinformation" group. (Yawn, old story)

Its almost laughable, even the name "Storm 1516" is almost comedic. Its all completely manufactured drivel.

Watch this space. They are rattled.
Onwards we go. Heres their unsigned email-

    Enjoy.

I'm in wonderful Budapest Hungary, one of the last Soverign, sane, anti War voices remaining in an increasingly embattled EU

As the critical general election approaches, I'll be talking to people here and telling you what I find-

The Kremlin says Bloomberg’s leaked Putin–Orban call shows nothing damaging, calling Orban a "pragmatic and effective" leader acting in Hungary’s interests.

DMITRY PESKOV: "There’s nothing in there that would upset either Russia or Hungary. If anything, the Bloomberg piece actually shows Orban in a pretty pragmatic and effective light. He comes across as someone who’s defending Hungary’s interests, not Russia’s, not America’s, but his own country’s. You could even read it as supportive of him.

"That said, plenty of people in Europe, especially in Brussels, don’t want to see Orban win again, that’s obvious. And they’re backing his political opponents, hoping material like this might damage him. We don’t agree with that [position].

"As for us, we take high-level conversations seriously and don’t support attempts to make them public."

Very good preview of Hungary’s weekend election from

    @FistedFoucault
    .

He believes Fidesz’s long run in power may be ending, despite dominating Hungarian politics since 2010, noting the party is now "trailing in the polls" and faces a more credible opposition than in previous cycles.

Soldo pushes back on the usual framing, writing that Fidesz is "not an extremist party" but closer to "post-war European Christian Democracy," but he points to economic stagnation and a growing perception of corruption.

As far as I am concerned it is fine to report any related news about Hungary, and its surrounding geopolitical affairs is also ok.

A Ukrainian MP reports the following shared by Myroslav Oleshko, who is an independent Ukrainian blogger under threat of pre-trial detention under the Gollum on Bankhova St.'s fascist junta:

BREAKING! Ukrainian Member of Parliament Ihor Mosiychuk stated that the Security Service of Ukraine, on the orders of Volodymyr Zelenskyy, is allegedly mass recruiting Ukrainians in the European Union and in Hungary to participate in protests against the Hungarian government if Viktor Orbán wins the elections.

MP Mosiychuk condemns the use of Ukrainians in Hungary’s internal affairs and warns them not to engage in such activities.

It is also claimed that the recruitment of Ukrainians includes preparations for forceful actions through an organization allegedly linked to Andriy Yermak — they are reportedly seeking Ukrainians who speak Hungarian and have an athletic build, offering salaries of €3,000–6,000.

A small article in a daily newspaper today which I noticed claimed that 7 or 8 European Ministers had written letters to the *Central European Commission*? warning about Russian interference in the elections.

Perhaps they really know their history and just didn't wish to clarify it was the Ukrainian part of Russia, or they were setting the narrative for the inevitable Orbán win.

Those pesky nasty Russians have done it again!

    From Gerry Nolan:

    __________________________________
🇭🇺 Before a single vote was counted in Hungary today, a document had already leaked from within Peter Magyar’s own circle — advising him to declare victory prematurely on election night, citing the 2014 Maidan coup in Ukraine as the operational blueprint, and calling for street mobilisation against government buildings if the result goes the wrong way did Brussels.

Magyar denied it. A former party adviser confirmed the document was real.
Let that establish the context for everything that follows because what is being sold to you as a democratic movement in Hungary is, in the most literal sense, a Brussels-backed project with a colour revolution manual attached to it.

Ask the obvious question: why does a bloc of 450 million people care so obsessively about who governs a country of ten million?
Because Viktor Orban has been blocking the EU’s €90 billion loan to Ukraine and dares to Hungary's interests first. That is the entire story. Everything else... the projection over corruption allegations, the rule of law rhetoric, the years of wall-to-wall Western client media coverage is packaging around that single geopolitical imperative. Hungary is the one member state with the nerve to use its veto, and Brussels needs that veto gone.

When Orban blocked the loan, Zelensky responded in March by threatening to give Orbán’s personal address to the Ukrainian Armed Forces “our guys can call him and speak to him in their own language.” Brussels Court Jester openly threatening the the life of another country’s elected leader. Over a loan vote. Even the European Commission no friend of Orban was forced to condemn it, warning there “must not be threats against EU member states.”

The institution demanding Hungary’s compliance had to formally rebuke its own puppet for threatening Hungary’s Prime Minister with military contact. And now, on election day itself, we have a document circulating inside the EU-backed opposition advising Magyar to use Maidan as his template if the ballot doesn’t deliver.

This is not the first time Brussels has run this play. They ran it in Serbia in 2023. They ran it in Georgia in 2024. And in Romania the most brazen example of all, they didn’t even wait for the street. When Călin Georgescu won the first round of Romania’s 2024 presidential election, the Constitutional Court annulled the entire result two days before the scheduled runoff citing BS "classified" intelligence reports that could not be fully disclosed, examined or contested by the candidate or the public. A man won an election. The establishment cancelled it. Even the pro-EU candidate who stood to benefit from a rerun condemned the decision. The precedent was set in plain sight: if the wrong person wins, the result is void as the EU lectures about democracy.

This is the EU's actual operating model for sovereignty. If you vote correctly, your election stands. If you don’t, your election is a Russian influence operation and your Constitutional Court will be reminded of its obligations.

The script is identical every time — fund the opposition, saturate the zone with NGOs and aligned media, construct the “foreign interference” narrative in advance to pre-delegitimise any unfavourable result, and if the vote still goes wrong, activate either the courts or the streets, depending on which is more convenient.

Turnout in Hungary hit a record 66% by 3pm today — a million more Hungarians voting than at the same point in 2022. Whether they are voting for Orbán or against him, they are voting with the full knowledge of what Brussels did to Romania, what it attempted in Georgia, and what a leaked document suggests it has prepared for Budapest.

The results come after 7pm. Watch what happens next with enormous care — because if the Maidan playbook attached to Magyar’s campaign is real, the story doesn’t end when the polls close. It’s just getting started.

Longtime Prime Minister Viktor Orban has conceded defeat in the country’s parliamentary election.

Hungary’s longtime Prime Minister Viktor Orban has conceded defeat in the country’s parliamentary election after partial official results showed Peter Magyar’s Tisza party winning a landslide victory.

“Prime Minister Viktor Orban just called to congratulate us on our victory,” Magyar posted on social media Sunday, as his party stood at 52.49 percent and Orban’s Fidesz at 38.83 percent, with 53.45 percent of precincts counted.....

    Yes Orban has conceded.

    Brian McDonald

Victor Orban has conceded defeat in Hungary’s election. For Russia, the loss of one of the few friendly voices inside the EU is notable. While Hungary is unlikely to shift dramatically overnight, the overall direction points toward closer alignment with mainstream Brussels policy.

Budapest has been one of the main obstacles to consensus on sanctions. Unless, of course, another country (like Slovakia, Belgium, Italy or Czechia) now steps up to take Orban's mantle. There's a theory that some European leaders have been hiding behind the Hungarians and this could bring them out into the open.

Elon Musk says Soros organization seizes power in Hungary after elections

This was the businessman's response to a remark by Alex Soros that the Hungarian people had "taken back" their country

NEW YORK, April 13. /TASS/. US entrepreneur Elon Musk, commenting on Hungary’s parliamentary elections, said an organization linked to financier George Soros had taken power in the country.

"Soros Organization has taken over Hungary," he wrote on X in response to comments by the financier’s son, Alex Soros, who said the Hungarian people had "taken back" their country.

The opposition Tisza party secured 138 of 199 seats in the Hungarian National Assembly (unicameral parliament) following the parliamentary elections on April 12.

George Soros is a US financier, investor and philanthropist, and the founder of the Open Society Foundations (recognized as an undesirable organization in Russia), known as the Soros Fund, established in 1979.

🇭🇺 Viktor Orbán Defeated, Bringing Down One of Trump and Israel’s Closest EU Allies

🔹Viktor Orbán, Hungary’s authoritarian prime minister and one of Donald Trump’s most loyal global allies, conceded defeat Sunday after 16 years in power, as opposition leader Péter Magyar’s center-right Tisza party took a commanding lead.

🔹With over half of precincts counted, Tisza stood at 52 percent to Orbán’s Fidesz at 38 percent. Orbán called the result “painful” but “clear.” Turnout was the highest in Hungary’s post-communist history, with nearly 78% of eligible voters casting ballots.

🔹Magyar is a former Fidesz insider who broke with Orbán in 2024 over a government corruption scandal. He ran on a platform of Christian-conservative politics but without what he calls Fidesz’s corruption — promising to restore EU ties, unfreeze billions in EU funds, and bring Hungary back into Western institutional norms.

🔹On Israel, a Magyar government would likely mark a shift from Orbán — who Netanyahu has called “a rock”:

🔸 Magyar is expected to reverse Hungary’s withdrawal from the ICC, which issued an arrest warrant for Netanyahu — before it becomes permanent on June 2

🔸 Hungary has been the sole EU member blocking sanctions on violent West Bank settlers; Magyar may lift that veto

🔸 Orbán repeatedly blocked EU joint statements condemning Israeli strikes, forcing the bloc’s foreign policy chief to issue them in her name alone — that firewall would likely end

🔸 Magyar is expected to distance himself from Netanyahu personally, while maintaining ties with Israel more broadly
