A Netanyahu puppet was burned at a festival in Spain.

This year, a puppet of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was burned during the traditional "Burning of Judas" festival held in the town of El Burgo, located in the Malaga region of Spain as part of Easter celebrations. The event, carried out within the framework of the ritual of "burning of evils," turned into a protest reflecting the town's people's reaction to Israel, and those moments resonated widely on social media.

During the traditional festival held in the town of El Burgo, located in Malaga, Spain, a puppet of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu was burned as part of the ritual of "burning of evils." While the event turned into an anti-Israel protest this year, the images shared on social media created a significant stir.

THE TRADITION OF "BURNING OF JUDAH" CONTINUES
While various events are organized across Spain during Easter, one of the significant religious periods in the Catholic world, the "burning of Judah" festival in El Burgo stood out.

As part of the tradition that has been ongoing since the 1940s, a figure representing "evil" is chosen and burned each year.

    THIS YEAR'S SYMBOL WAS NETANYAHU
This year, the townspeople chose the puppet of Netanyahu, whom they hold responsible for the events in Palestine and the attacks on Iran. The giant puppet, approximately 7 meters tall, was set on fire during the festival held in the town center.

THE FESTIVAL TURNED INTO A PROTEST
As the crowd gathered during the event watched the puppet engulfed in flames with applause, the festival transformed into a protest against Israel. The images quickly spread on social media.

"NO TO WAR AND GENOCIDE" MESSAGE
The town's mayor, Maria Dolores Narvaez, stated that the event has been a long-standing tradition and expressed that they wanted to convey a message of "no to war and genocide" with the figure chosen this year.

The festival held in El Burgo, with a population of approximately 1800, welcomed a large number of visitors this year, just as it does every year.

Mohammad Ghalibaf[/B], like so many Iranians, has a PhD and speaks four languages fluently: Farsi, Arabic, Hebrew and English. I wonder how many politicians in the US, the UK, and the EU could match that.
Actually manny in EU and not only politicians are polyglots. It is common for EU citizens to speak 2-3 languages on average.
Croatian PM Andrej Plenković is fluent in five languages: Croatian, English, French, and Italian, and he is conversant in German.

Quote European high-ranking politicians are frequently polyglots, with many fluently speaking their mother tongue plus English, French, and German, which serve as the European Commission's three procedural working languages. While the European Parliament recognizes all 24 official EU languages and mandates interpretation for all, English has become the de facto lingua franca for informal networking and much of the legislative debate.
Prominent examples of multilingual leaders include Jean-Claude Juncker, who speaks Luxembourgish, German, French, English, and Latin, and Martin Schulz, who is fluent in German, English, French, Italian, Spanish, and Dutch. Other notable figures include Emmanuel Macron, who speaks fluent French, English and decent Spanish, and Angela Merkel, who is proficient in German, English, and Russian.
Too bad they are all pricks.

Is every mind connected to form a peer to peer network that creates the illusion of a shared reality, making the appearance of material reality a simulation created through shared beliefs?

Thank goodness I was born in mostly monoglot U.S. I had to take a second language course in college, and tried German. The stiff upper lip older German task master and professor who taught the class only ever smiled twice in my presence.
    1. The first time we had to read a paragraph out loud in German to the class, my pronunciation was so dreadful that the entire class including the professor broke out laughing.
    2. A week later, when I told the professor I had arranged to change my courses from German to Latin (speaking Latin was not a key skill for passing), the professor broke out in a big smile and said "yeah, that would be a good idea."

🇮🇷 Iran raises the issue of U.S. breaches of commitments with Pakistan’s Prime Minister

    Tasnim’s correspondent in Islamabad, Pakistan:

🔸The Iranian delegation will raise the issue of the American side’s breaches of commitments in today’s noon meeting with Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif.

🔸The release of Iran’s assets and a ceasefire in Lebanon are among the preconditions for starting negotiations.

🔸The United States had informed Pakistan, as the mediator of the talks, that it agrees to these preconditions and some other conditions for initiating negotiations. However, some of these have not yet been fulfilled.

🔸In today’s meetings, the Iranian delegation intends to assess the U.S. position and its adherence to its commitments; after that, it will decide on whether to negotiate with the United States.

I can see that possibility too. But if that is what’s happening, Trump still looks far too slow. If better energy and a real transition are waiting in the background, then now is the time. People need relief now, not after the old system has squeezed every last drop out of them.

The Iranian delegation reiterated the TOP 4 NON-NEGOTIABLE red lines to Pakistan:

    1. Strait of Hormuz under FULL Iranian control.
    2. War reparations.
    3. Frozen Iranian assets completely released.
    4. Stable ceasefire in ALL areas.

Empire of Chaos already going bonkers.

This ends once and for all the crude, crass, stupid imperial Divide and Rule tactic promoting a Sunni-Shi'ite divide.

We demand the release of 10,000 Palestinians in exchange for American pilots, no changes will be made during negotiations.

Trump says that the USA is currently helping to clear the Strait of Hormuz as a "favor" and that many nations have begun buying oil from America as a replacement.
