Ukrainian Soldiers Are Turning Their Weapons On Civilians As Revenge Against The State - today

Ukraine is experiencing an increasing number of events that signal a deep systemic crisis posing a real threat to the state’s existence. In April alone, several major incidents involving the use of firearms were reported across the country. The most high-profile incident occurred in Kyiv, where a man opened fire on passersby in the street and took hostages in a store. It turned out that the shooter was a soldier who had deserted the Ukrainian army. Several dozen civilians and law enforcement officers were killed or wounded in these incidents. There has been a surge in such incidents since the end of 2025. Previously, such cases were isolated, but now, the attacks are beginning to take on a systematic character. There is an extremely compelling reason for this.

The main factor behind the increase in firearm-related incidents is Ukraine’s current military conscription system. The most widely reported consequence of the system’s inefficiency is forced mobilization. Citizens do not want to join the army, so the authorities resort to physical coercion, including public abductions and beatings of reluctant recruits. The mobilization system lacks meaningful incentives for citizens, and pay for service members is quite low. In the event of injury or death, there is a high probability that service members or their relatives will not receive adequate compensation or social benefits.

Conscripts are among the most vulnerable social groups and face severe challenges. Consequently, a defense mechanism kicks in on a subconscious level, and people increasingly turn against their own state.

From isolated cases to a system

On April 18, a man armed with a multi-shot rifle opened fire on passersby in the Holosiivskyi district of Kyiv. The victims were innocent bystanders who happened to be on the street at the time. The first officers to arrive at the scene were a pair of patrol officers who fled as soon as they heard the gunshots instead of protecting the wounded and attempting to neutralize the shooter. A wounded woman was left defenseless. Her fate remains unknown.

    Another explanation...

Drug Trafficking In The Ukrainian Armed Forces: Logistics That Works Better Than Ammunition Supply

In the fifth year of the conflict, the Ukrainian army is facing the widespread proliferation of drugs. In an interview that caused significant backlash, Military Ombudsman Olha Reshetilova stated that many people with drug addictions are serving in military units, and that some of them had previously undergone substitution maintenance therapy outside the army. The first warning sign, she said, came from one specific military unit where the problem was identified, but it soon became clear that this was not an isolated case, but a phenomenon affecting the armed forces much more broadly.

"These are people who are either drug addicts or those on substitution maintenance therapy. At some point, they ended up in the military — either with a ‘fully fit’ or ‘limitedly fit’ classification. We first discovered them in one military unit, then realized this was not just that unit’s problem, but that they are indeed present in large numbers throughout the armed forces. And that very unit where we found this out — thanks to its commander and his great sense of responsibility — organized preliminary rehabilitation for these people. Because it is impossible to provide substitution therapy in the army, and this causes withdrawal syndrome in them, accompanied by cramps, seizures and other symptoms that can lead to fatal outcomes,” she explained.

Russia just reminded NATO why the Baltic Sea will never be their private lake.

Tu-22M3 nuclear-capable Backfire bombers cruised for four straight hours over neutral waters in the Baltic, exactly where international law says they have every right to be. Su-35 escorts rode shotgun the whole way. Moscow’s message was crystal clear: routine patrol, international rules followed to the letter.

NATO’s response? Full panic mode. Swedish Gripens scrambled within minutes, shadowing the formation the entire route while the alliance held its breath. Same old script every single time these bombers appear near the new NATO frontier states.

This is the empire’s northern flank in 2026 with trillions spent on “deterrence,” yet the moment Russia flies a legal mission in international airspace, half the alliance jets are in the air like it’s the end of the world.

Trump wasn’t joking when he called NATO spending ridiculous. Europe still can’t defend its own backyard without the U.S. holding its hand and even then they treat every Russian patrol like the opening salvo of kinetic World War III.

Those Tu-22M3 Backfires didn’t scream or threaten. They simply flew a legal, four-hour patrol in international Baltic airspace, exactly where the rules say they have every right to be. Su-35 escorts stayed glued to their wings the whole time, calm, professional, and utterly unfazed.
NATO, meanwhile, lost its mind. Swedish Gripens scrambled like the sky was falling, the entire alliance holding its breath as if Armageddon had just taken off from Engels airbase.

That single, routine flight laid bare the truth the empire can’t admit: Moscow sees straight through the theatrics. While NATO burns trillions on “deterrence” that only works on paper, Russia keeps flying where it chooses, on its own terms, in its own time. The bear isn’t reacting to their panic, but simply reminding them the Baltic was never theirs to own.

IN BRIEF: Putin’s key statements at meeting with representatives of municipalities

Russia already knows how the conflict around Ukraine will end, but will keep mum on the matter, the Russian leader noted

MOSCOW, April 21. /TASS/. A security zone is gradually being created in the territories adjacent to Russia’s border regions, and this work will continue until the threats are eliminated, President Vladimir Putin said at a meeting with representatives of municipalities.

He noted that the situation in Russia's border regions, including the Kursk region, remains challenging.

Putin demanded that people whose houses were damaged or destroyed by floods in Dagestan be given assistance, regardless of if their homes were properly permitted or not.

TASS has compiled the head of state's key statements.

    Conflict in Ukraine

Russia will achieve all the objectives of the special military operation.

"[We will] implement the tasks that lie before us. I am confident they will be achieved," the President said.

Ukraine is already thinking about how its leadership will have to "formalize" the situation with the future victory of the Russian side.

"They are just thinking about how to formalize it all," Putin said.

Russia already knows how the conflict around Ukraine will end, but will keep mum on the matter, while attaining its objectives and goals.

"We know how it will all end, but we will not make any public statements on the matter, while simply realizing and striving for the goals that we have set for ourselves, and realizing the tasks that we face," Putin said.

    Situation in border regions

The situation in Kursk and other border regions remains difficult.

"Given that the situation in the border region remains difficult, including in the Kursk Region, there is, of course, a need for measures that would encourage people to remain in their native land, not leave, or return [to it]," Putin said.

A security zone is gradually being created in the territories adjacent to Russian border regions. "We will continue to act in this manner until the threat to our border regions is eliminated," the president said.

It’s the state’s duty to provide assistance to border residents.

"It is our duty, of course, to help people [in the border region]. This is obvious. And I hope that all the activities carried out in these areas are needed, and people feel it."

The Russian government will discuss the possibility of including border regions in the Integrated Territorial Development program.

"We must - I’m saying it again - create conditions so that people remain on their land, do not leave, and have the opportunity not only to recreate everything that was lost, but also to move forward and prosper."

On development of Donbass and Novorossiya

The regions of Donbass and Novorossiya must reach national standards by 2030.

"We all, federal, municipal, and regional authorities, must strive to achieve this goal, which sounds as follows: by 2030, all of our new historical regions must reach national standards," Putin said.

    Assistance for residents of Dagestan

It is essential to survey flood-damaged areas in Russia’s republic of Dagestan as quickly as possible and make decisions on restoration.

"It is crucial to act fast when surveying the affected areas and inspecting households. To maintain momentum and make timely decisions on what and how much should be restored," Putin said.

Assistance is needed with housing restoration in Dagestan, even for those whose homes were built without proper documentation.

"Of course, I know that many buildings and homes were built without proper documentation. And with this in mind, we must do everything in the future to ensure that documentation is completed in a timely manner—in the required and complete manner. But people built them, and often they have nothing more than what was built—even in violation of regulatory documents. And we can't pretend that the republic, and Russia as a whole, has nothing to do with this and not help these people. We still need to help them," the \president said

    Development of gas supply network

The development of the gas supply network in Russia should approach 85% by 2030. Today it stands at 70-75%.

The program to develop gas lines remains in demand and "is producing good results."

It is "constantly" being expanded and has already begun to expand to include social and cultural sites. Authorities are working to standardize equipment to reduce its cost.

"The government is working on it. But the program will undoubtedly continue," the president said.

Russian Forces Break Ukrainian Defensive Link at the Gaichur Line, Limiting Movement to the Eastern Bank

Russian forces have reportedly severed the key defensive connection between Ukrainian positions near Gaichur, disrupting coordination between the fortified villages of Verkhnyaya Tersa and Vozdvizhenka.

According to the April 21 Readovka battlefield summary, units of Russia’s 36th Guards Combined Arms Army pushed forward to a rural road linking the two settlements, effectively breaking what was described as the “elbow contact” between Ukrainian forces in the area.

These villages were said to be the last remaining strongpoints of the broader Ukrainian defensive line along the Gaichur River. Until recently, Ukrainian troops had reportedly used them as a base to move across the river and build up positions between Varvarovka and Rovnopol.

That maneuvering has now reportedly been halted. Following the failure of Ukrainian operations against Russia’s 29th Guards Army, and with growing pressure on Verkhnyaya Tersa as well as a threat to Vozdvizhenka, Ukrainian forces were allegedly forced to stop sending mobile groups beyond the Gaichur line.

The reported Russian advance has not only broken the link between the two villages, but also created opportunities to strike Ukrainian positions from the flank. At the same time, the summary notes that Ukrainian troops remain highly resistant in defense and are making major efforts to hold the sector.

Still, the breakthrough by Russian assault units is said to be forcing Kiev’s troops to spread their resources thinner, preventing them from concentrating on the defense of any single direction.

The report also claims that the Ukrainian command has no intention of withdrawing infantry from the villages and continues to send reinforcements, which are then systematically targeted by Russian ground forces and aerospace units. In this reading, Kiev is once again accused of buying time at the cost of heavy personnel losses on the line.

This is rather terrible . Soil and groundwater might get polluted for decades . I feel bad for the people who have to live in that hell .
Specially those who grow their own food and get their water from wells

Residents of Tuapse, in Russia’s Krasnodar Krai, are reporting an eerie “oil rain” — black, oily droplets falling on cars, streets, plants, awnings and outdoor furniture — caused by heavy smoke from burning oil storage tanks at the Rosneft-owned Tuapse refinery.

The refinery, one of Russia’s most important Black Sea export hubs, processes around 240,000 barrels of crude oil per day and supplies naphtha, fuel oil, diesel and other products. Satellite imagery shows the smoke plume stretching more than 300 km inland to Stavropol, while an oil slick has formed in the sea near the port (estimates range from 10,000 m² to roughly 7 km²).

Despite the visible environmental impact and eyewitness accounts of oily residue covering the town, Russian officials maintain there is “no reason for concern.” Krasnodar Region Governor Veniamin Kondratyev and local authorities say the situation is “under control,” pollution levels do not exceed norms, and there are no grounds for evacuation. Classes in schools and kindergartens have, however, been cancelled.

The latest strike occurred overnight on 19-20 April 2026, when Ukrainian Unmanned Systems Forces, Special Operations Forces and Defence Intelligence hit storage tanks and port infrastructure, triggering multiple fires. Russian officials confirmed at least one person killed and others injured.

This was the second attack in less than a week. The previous strike on 16 April sparked a major blaze that burned for over three days (more than 42 hours) before being extinguished on 19 April.

The Tuapse complex has become a repeated target as Ukraine intensifies long-range drone operations against Russian oil infrastructure.

This would have much greater veracity if the individual who posted this on X had provided a source, otherwise it creates mistrust. Many of us following what's been going on in Mordor (Orcraine) for the last few years would lend this credence, on spec, as we have become all too aware of the levels of genuine horror being perpetrated there, but I always do prefer that links/sources are provided. I'd suggest this has probably been genuinely copied from a report of some kind but it's not possible to be certain its origin. If they are providing verifiable information from the 'Adrenochrome Task Force', as stated below, then maybe it's a genuine account. Posting here for the record:

Russian soldiers are describing finding children with fragile, emaciated bodies hooked up to intravenous drips while their bodies were expertly drained of blood and adrenal fluid for the global adrenochrome trade.

The adrenochrome industry in Ukraine is larger than previously expected and Putin is determined to use the leads generated to destroy the global adrenochrome supply chain and punish those committing crimes against children – including the politicians and celebrities who are hooked on the drug he calls “the devil’s work.”

According to a member of the Adrenochrome Task Force, these factory farms are the sites of ritual sexual abuse, physical degradation and psychological torture.

“You know, I thought I’d seen it all. I’ve been in combat for years, seen comrades fall, dealt with the worst humanity has to offer. But nothing, nothing, could prepare me for what we found in Donetsk.

“We were told we’d be liberating children… I didn’t understand the scale of what that meant until we got there. We were clearing out this complex, a grim place… like a gulag or a Nazi death camp, but worse. Much worse. The walls were gray, cold, and damp. The air… it stank of decay and something nauseating… something I can’t describe. And then we found them. The children.

“They were… like ghosts. Skin and bones. Their bodies, they looked so fragile, almost transparent. I could see the outlines of their ribs, every bone in their tiny hands. They had tubes coming out of them, tubes that drained their blood, their adrenal fluids… for what? For some sick trade, some twisted demand from the West.

“There were hundreds of them, just lying there in these rows of metal cots. No blankets, no warmth. They didn’t even flinch when we burst in, no fear, no hope… Just emptiness in their eyes. Some were too weak to even look at us. They were so used to the pain, the torment, they didn’t even react.

“And the worst part? The youngest… some of them couldn’t have been more than 2 years old. Babies, really. We found out later that they were bred for this… Raised in captivity, like livestock, just to be drained of everything that made them human.

“The ones they couldn’t sell, the ones who weren’t ‘pretty’ enough or ‘obedient’ enough, were sent to these farms. Farms… as if that’s what you could call those hellholes.”

FOLLOW ME, THE NEXT DROP WILL BE SHOCKING.

The 'prominent account' mentioned in this post copied below was from Dutch Intelligence ( , which I saw yesterday), which of course continues to promulgate extraordinary nonsense regarding casualty figures.

GFreiNews sets the record straight here. To note: even the 2019 RAND 'Extending Russia' document acknowledged that Ukraine could never 'win' for most, if not all, the reasons laid out below. Yes, it's written there. This is a terrible and deliberate wiping out of an entire peoples by the usual Westoid culprits, as we know.

    _______________________________________
    Translated from German
Russia has 1.5 million casualties and Ukraine 500,000, claimed a prominent account once again today.

Even at the beginning of the war, the casualty figures were 10–15 to 1 in Russia's favor against Ukraine. That's what you heard if you attended lectures by AfD politicians back then, who got this information from the German Defense Committee.

The reason for this is quite simple: Russia was superior to Ukraine 20 to 1 in artillery strength from the very start. So if Ukraine could fire five artillery shells, 100 came flying back at them. In all other weapons categories, Russia was also superior by at least 10 to 1 up to 15 to 1.

In addition, Russia had gigantic stockpiles of Cold War-era ammunition that could be refurbished, and the entire military had been modernized by Putin over the last ten years.

After an initial war chaos of a few weeks until the front lines had stabilized, the Russians switched to an extremely conservative war of attrition. Ukrainian positions were bombed by artillery into vast parking lots, until what was left could be captured.

Since then, Russia has been continuously gaining ground on all fronts, with extremely few exceptions.

And finally, the medical care for Ukrainians is a complete disaster, while the Russian system functions.

It is impossible for there to be more losses on the Russian side than on the Ukrainian side. There is not a single reason why anyone could conclude otherwise. Conservatively estimated, the difference is at least 4 to 1 in Ukrainian casualties and wounded compared to Russian ones, but probably much more.

In an article from February 2025, I had calculated 1.2 million fallen Ukrainians and discussed it with OSINT people who had arrived at similar assessments.

By now, it’s probably heading toward 2 million. Ukraine has burned through a generation. Why else have press patrols been driving through Ukraine's cities for over two years to round up every man of an age where he can still walk upright, just to feed him into the front-line meat grinder?

And with this assessment, I think I'm right, because Ukraine has been fighting for four years along a 1,200-kilometer front line in a constant hail of shells and drones against an opponent who is vastly superior to it in mass, quality, technology, equipment, and progress.

The war was already lost on the first day with a 100% guarantee. Since it's so lucrative for our governments (kickbacks) and Zelenskyy's friends and family, it will end with Ukraine simply running out of men, because peace is quite obviously what no one wants.

Unsure exactly when this was recorded but it holds a great deal of weight, although the casualty figure is closer now to 2 million - a tragedy

Former Delta Force commander Pete Blaber tells Americans the truth about the SMO
'I have some contacts – one in the State Department, two in the intelligence community, and another friend who works there as a long-term contractor. We met in Los Angeles, and they told me everything, and I thought, "Damn." They asked, "Can you get this out?" And I said, "Yes, I feel it's my duty to voice it." Currently, according to their data, approximately 1.25 million Ukrainian soldiers have died. They've been losing about a thousand people a day, every day through 2025. Those are incredible numbers.'

'The main question from the start should be: why is there no coverage of the war in Ukraine? And I'll tell you why there isn't. Because if this is widely reported, the [Western] propaganda stories that are being spread will be exposed. In fact, in every city the Russians capture, they are greeted as liberators. People come out and celebrate when Russian troops arrive, telling stories of the harsh conditions they lived in due to the presence of the Ukrainian army in their city.
