Default Balancing personal life and scheduling

    Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a way to better protect my personal research time while staying organized. I juggle multiple calendars and would like my personal activities to automatically block “busy” slots on my work calendar without revealing the details to my contacts. Does anyone here use an automatic synchronization solution that runs in the background to avoid scheduling conflicts while maintaining this level of privacy?

Are you looking for a public website where you can read and update all details of your schedule, but others can only read busy/empty time slots? From "runs in the background", apparently not, as that sounds like something on your person or on your Desktop, such as a PC (Mac, Windows or Linux?) or mobile (iPhone or Android?) ... but if it was a PC or mobile, why would you be worried about anyone not in your physical presence seeing it at all?

Or are you looking for a combination .. an application that runs on your mobile or PC, where you can read and update it all, that also presents which of your time slots are busy or open, on a public website (read-only to viewers and no contact information)?
