The kindred vibe and the intelligence in their faces and their having to be reminded to put clothes on touched my heart and almost gave my brain a rest. Even so, my mind was tracking along often reading the flow of experiences as profoundly important reminders of where I and we are all at with things.

We Took an Amazon Tribe to the City for the First Time
    April 7, 2026
Quote I was really excited when I heard about the dreams of two indigenous friends from the Waorani tribe. I immediately made plans and showed them modern life for a few days. Their reactions were very different from what I expected.
    Thank you, norman.

I Joined a Real Monkey Mission in the Amazon | Waorani Tribe | Episode 1 (32 minutes)
In the heart of the Amazon jungle, I joined the Waorani tribe for an unforgettable experience. In this episode, we explore survival skills, monkey tracking, and ancient jungle life deep in Ecuador. From primitive techniques to raw reality, this is what it truly means to live off the land.

This is Episode 1 of a unique series. In the next episodes, we take two members of the tribe to the modern city a powerful culture clash you won’t want to miss.

Living with the Waorani Tribe! Deep in the Amazon Part 2 (21 minutes)
In this second episode, we spend time with the Waorani tribe to see how they actually live where they sleep, what they eat, how they raise their kids, and what daily life looks like deep in the jungle.

EDIT: The post by jaybee here and the video are must viewing...

    https://projectavalon.net/forum4/sho...=1#post1711337

This is for Sara.....her courage and her successes...AbJitBB...
    And hopefully for others, esp.NSK...Sobrino...

U.S. Presidential Executive Order issued at the Oval Office at the White House this morning, April 18, 2026 opening up, AGAIN without the pressure from the addiction and trauma profiteers, the acceptance by the FDA for advanced clinical studies on the use of "psychedelics", specifically focussing on using the plant based extract of the Iboga plant, Ibogaine, in the treatment of PTSD and other addictive substances. The State of Texas last year, 2025, started their own trials of Ibogaine treatments, allocating the same amount of $50 million as the USG has now approved. This marks a major, national turn in not just funding treatments proven highly effective for decades in countries outside of the US, but it is a deliberate move to counter the centuries of abuse the drug industries have profited from. A good first step.

Standing with the president were the heads of HHS, the FDA, the avid life experience reporter/researcher Joe Rogan, and a group of veterans whose lives were saved from self harm by the power of health care monitored treatments that administered Ibogaine to them. Many were at the edge of committing suicide and were saved by the treatments, treatments that have for decades proven a 75% to 80% cure rate for just one session, and proving a 90% cure rate for two sessions. This is great news for a much wider group of people struggling with addictions and depression, including the numbers of young adults and adolescents who have suicide as the #2 cause of death.

This EO is the result of a decades long journey living with the many struggles to get curatives, and better treatments to prevent suicide, alleviate depression and put harmful addictive behaviors into personal context, opening the doors to profoundly deep healing.....This new beginning on a very public and official pathway is long, long overdue...

This action taken is appreciated, but quite unexpected because it has been blocked by the influence of pharmaceutical companies for decades. We cannot omit the intel agencies of the West who had not had yet used their cocaine and heroin trafficking industries, along with their killing machines to extract their billions in profit. Not to be forgotten was the Cee Eye Aye's early chemical creation of crack, (testified to by an LAPD detective, at an L.A. public hearing with then AG Elliot Abrahams), that it introduced into the minority communities as it's own subsidiary of Hatred of Humans Inc..

That was the deliberate and deadly introduction into the promotion of gang warfare that has devastated inner cities in the states and worldwide. But Hey, the spooks of the intel class, that's how they roll over the humanity they have always used for profit. Anyone still wondering why the original OG Freeway Rick Ross, not the prison guard turned rapper or the cracker, religion deprogrammer, survived his massive drug dealing operation prosecutions as a temporarily free man should investigate how he beat the rap by proving it was the usg-intel group that provided the product he sold....

There were many players who pressured the FDA, some 36 years ago, to stop proving that even this one substance was and is an amazing True Medicine. Not patentable. Very effective. Like all natural curatives this is the bane of media pushed, academic stamped and polluted, "legit" drug industries. Let's see the public fights as a response to the threat to big pharma and congressional whores, and how they form....

Going after the former addict RFK Jr....for sure. Going after all of those former addicts and the great lives they now live? They'll try. Going after all of the Navy Seals and other combat vets of all branches of the service, even those who suffered sexual assault created PTSD at the hands of fellow service members, 1 in 4 amongst female vets and 1 in 5 amongst male vets, all who received some personal and self-empowering resolution ( if not justice, tho we know that real justice is the most personal and valuable life ) with the use of Ibogaine? No. They can't go there. Think about it, they will, but they will not succeed.

The use of Iboga is quickly effective. Not pleasant for sure, as it is another in the genus of alkaloid substances that produce a clearing effect in many bodily functions, notably so the digestive tract...so throwing up is common and expected. Experienced care facilities do take care to prepare those undergoing treatment to prepare the body beforehand in expectation of the natural purging that occurs. However, the most common experience I have taken note of is the remembrance of many instances when others were treated bad by the same person now undergoing the treatment.

Why did it take so long? The truth is that the drug companies had not yet made their billions of dollars of profit from the sale of their opiates and then used their political payoffs, their bribery, of politicians to prevent the FDA's approval of clinical trials in 1993 to stay viable, just as they used their control of the media to keep successful experiences of addicts and victims from finding relief without substance abuse from going public.

As you will see reading the other posts in this thread, some of us have known of the unique and powerful successes for those who have treated a wide variety of addictions to opiates, SSRI's - so called anti-depression drugs, drugs that list in their public ads a possible side effect of committing suicide!!. Included in successful use of this so-called "psychedelic" "drug" are addictions to alcohol.

Researchers and Clinicians will likely find relief from many other harmful disorders, including eating disorders when they do their clinical studies in earnest and in full public view and review. The two doctors appearing with the group behind the president did reveal, as real scientists most often secretly share, that there are possibly many other afflictions that
could be positively affected by study in the areas of natural curatives....A fact that has existed far before profits were ever used as motivation in treating illnesses.

For those of us who have personally taken on the loving actions of helping others out we take this as very good news.
During our volunteer work in 2016, 17,18 for The Longest Walk 5, created for fighting substance abuse (and ostensibly domestic violence and sexual abuse) on the Reservation, here in the states....some became aware of the "legal" use of Ibogaine as a treatment for those in the mix who were at least 1/4 Indigenous Blood. For some of us we were sharing our knowledge from decades earlier.

The road of people, family friends, co-workers, fellow humans, not a stranger amongst us, to break free from the control of the dark influence of the profit-driven medical industries and all of their affiliates in every society is a long road...a very Long Walk, but it is a one we are all on, together whether we choose it or not. Those who run the industries of suffering remind us all of our common, even common sense, path from surviving their influences and imbedded institutions to living full and exciting lives. We eventually embrace those things they conditioned us to believe were difficult and painful, all conditions when faced and embraced give us back our very personal power.

(By the way, during a successful treatment, NO OTHER substance of "relief", like pot or alcohol, can be used. That will immediately stop the healing.)

How to Be a Slow Paced Soul in a Fast World (10 minutes)
    • No one needs a reason to prefer peace.
    • Those who live slowly are choosing more carefully where to invest their energy.

Are you living, or just letting time pass? This video explores the concept of a "slow life" in our fast-paced world, encouraging a deeper look into what truly constitutes "intentional living." We question the common narrative of sacrifice and invite you to consider how you define the meaning of life, fostering personal growth beyond conventional expectations.

Evil People Don’t Go To Hell. Here’s What Actually Happens To Them | Suzanne Giesemann
What if everything you’ve been told about Spirit is only half the truth?

In this episode of Mayim Bialik's Breakdown, Suzanne Giesemann—evidential medium, spiritual teacher, and author of Always Connected: How to Find Comfort, Clarity, and Direction from the Spirit Within—returns to reveal what really happens when you try to connect with Spirit, and why so many people are getting it wrong.

After facing her own recent health challenges, Suzanne shares how Spirit taught her to flow with life’s ups and downs, and why your connection can feel completely blocked when you’re overwhelmed, stressed, or dealing with physical and emotional struggles.

But here’s the twist: you don’t have to be fully healed to connect.

    If you’ve ever wondered…
    • Can psychics win the lottery?
    • Can they really find missing people?
Suzanne answers both—and shares a remarkable real-life story of working on a missing person’s case, including the astonishing details she received from Spirit.

    Suzanne also breaks down:
    • Why your focus narrows during hard times, and how that disconnects you from Spirit
    • Simple, practical ways to strengthen your intuition in just 1–3 minutes a day
    • How she clearly distinguishes between messages from spirit guides, angels, deceased loved ones, & her own intuition
    • What spirit guides actually are, and how they “match your frequency” to influence your life
    • Top 5 misconceptions about connecting with Spirit (including what it can’t do for you)
She also dives into the deeper truths most people aren’t ready to hear:
    • Why spirit guides won’t protect you from every challenge
    • Why humanity is still in its “adolescent” stage of evolution
    • How nervous system disregulation can completely block your spiritual connection
    • Why questioning your challenges might be the key to your growth
    • How psychics connect to deceased loved ones through energetic resonance
    • Why readings often come through as feelings, symbols, and imagery
    • What truly happens to “evil” people after they die
    • Why “Hell isn’t a place, but a state of consciousness”
    • How love dissolves internal barriers & accelerates healing
    • Powerful question to ask a higher power: “What do I need to know that I don’t know?”
    • Top 5 signs you’re being guided by Spirit right now
If you’ve ever felt disconnected, confused, or skeptical about spirituality, this conversation will challenge your assumptions and open a door you didn’t even know was there.

This sounds interesting, but the tweet has almost zero info.

I grew up writing cursive, tho never called it that, just called it writing. Started with making discreet letters, have forgotten what that’s called. Printing?

While at uni, freshman year, I realized that my cursive was messy. So, I practiced it during one of my favourite classes*, writing a single letter, lifting after, line upon line, iirc abt 2 pages per letter then on to then next through the alphabet order. This worked well, and my handwriting got looking pretty good, to me**.

    * class was History of Technology, by the Engineering Drawing dept. Just a great and easy listen and visuals, no need to take notes. Covered entire civilizations in the weekly 3 hour shows! I had been an amateur history buff through highschool, and that’s what I liked best about it.

** Prof announced “Please type” the main project/thesis, but let me use cursive after I asked. Then after marking it (I passed), told me that he had real trouble reading it, and would never again grant that variance.

    😊😊😊😊😊😊😊

I hope that this subject gets more posts, maybe even its own thread. Thank you, Delight!

'Dr. John C. Lilly was not a mystic—he was a neuroscientist for the National Institutes of Health. But after decades of research using isolation tanks and extreme states of consciousness, he discovered that the human brain is not a creator of reality, but a "Bio-Computer" running a specific OS.

And he didn't just find the software. He found the System Administrators.

In this video, we decode Lilly’s terrified and fascinating reports on "E.C.C.O." (The Earth Coincidence Control Office), the "Survival Programs" that keep you trapped in the body, and the concept of "Alternity"—the state where all timelines exist simultaneously.

This is not just history. It is a manual for hacking your own programming.

⚠️ WARNING: The concepts discussed in this video shatter the boundary between psychology and physics. Proceed with an open mind.

    🗝️ KEY CONCEPTS EXPLAINED

The Human Bio-Computer: Lilly’s theory that we are bi-pedal robots running "programs" of survival, sex, and pain, which can be rewritten if you access the root code.

E.C.C.O.: The intelligence hierarchy that manages "Long-Term Coincidences" to guide souls toward their destiny.

Alternity: The dimension where all possible pasts and futures exist at once (similar to the Many-Worlds Interpretation of Quantum Physics).

Metaprogramming: The act of consciously rewriting your own belief systems to alter reality. '

Stanford Neuroscientist: Can’t Remember Your Dreams? Your Brain May Be Warning You!
Most people think they’re a single individual making rational decisions, but Stanford Neuroscientist, Dr. David Eagleman, explains that you are actually multiple people in one brain. A brain that tricks each version of you in different ways!

Dr. David Eagleman is a Stanford neuroscientist, technologist, and author who examines how our brain interprets the world and what that means for us. He is known for his work on brain plasticity, perception, and how the brain adapts to external inputs. He is the cofounder of Neosensory and BrainCheck, as well as director of the Center for Science and Law. He is also an international bestselling author of books such as 'Livewired: The Inside Story of the Ever-Changing Brain.

    He explains:
    • How your brain tricks you to keep you safe
    • How to outsmart your own brain when it's working against you
    • Why doing hard things physically rewires the brain
    • Why we dream, and what dreams may actually be doing for the brain

20 LOST Strength Secrets The Government BURIED From Men
Somewhere between your grandfather's generation and yours, a set of everyday habits quietly disappeared from American life. Walking miles a day, sleeping on firm surfaces, drinking raw whole milk, eating liver, swinging Indian clubs, squatting on your heels to rest. In this countdown, we trace twenty lost strength practices from the early nineteen hundreds through the policy shifts, industry pressure, and convenience culture that slowly pushed them out of the picture.

    Thanks Eva2,

I have been plowing through his book, "Center of the Cyclone" now.
We also have his book "Programming and Metaprogramming in the Human Biocomputer" available to read in the PA library.

(I wonder if his work might offer come clues to Doug's question here?)

5 Medical Checkups I'd NEVER Get After 65 - Doctor Explains
In this video, we explore a common scenario where routine check-ups for individuals over 60 can lead to unexpected findings, creating a significant health crisis. We discuss how a simple 'just to be safe' test can sometimes flag a potential cancer scare, leading to a patient facing surgery. This narrative emphasizes the critical importance of understanding one's medical history, even when feeling perfectly well, as health problems can arise without immediate symptoms.

Why Scammers Stay Silent for 3 Seconds When You Pick Up
You answer the phone, say Hello, and all you hear is silence. Then a click. Sound familiar?

That three-second pause is not a glitch. It is a sophisticated automated system called a predictive dialer, and it is testing whether your phone number belongs to a real person. Once it confirms you are real, your number becomes a valuable target sold to scam operations worldwide.

In this video, we break down the four phases of the silent call scam, from the initial robocall blast to how your number ends up on a criminal hot list. You will learn exactly what happens during those three seconds of silence and why saying hello is the worst thing you can do.

Most importantly, we give you a complete four-step defense plan called the Silent Shield that you can start using today. Plus, we cover what to do if you have already been answering these calls for years.

She Got Inside Cartels, Hitmen & Scam Factories.
Here’s What She Found | Mariana van Zeller

What really happens inside the world’s most dangerous underground economies? And why do the people running them trust a journalist enough to talk?

Mariana van Zeller — Emmy- and Peabody Award–winning investigative journalist, host and executive producer of Trafficked on National Geographic, and host of The Hidden Third podcast — has spent years embedded with scammers, smugglers, cartel members, assassins, and black-market power brokers. In this episode of Mayim Bialik's Breakdown, she pulls back the curtain on the shadow systems that quietly shape the global economy.

Mariana breaks down the difference between the black market vs. the grey market, why understanding these hidden economies is the only way to create real change, and how she manages to gain access to some of the most secretive and dangerous players in the world. She explains how empathy, not judgment, is often the key to getting people labeled “the worst of the worst” to open up, and why many of them speak with her because of something surprisingly simple: a deep human need to be heard and understood.

She also addresses critics who say she shouldn’t give criminals a platform, revealing why listening to these voices is essential to exposing the systems behind global crime.

We dive into her most harrowing experiences in the field — including the terrifying moment she and her team weren’t sure they would make it out alive, and the time they had to escape a country in the middle of a life-threatening military coup while filming.

Mariana also unpacks the current climate in Mexico’s drug war, explaining why violence often escalates when major cartel kingpins are taken down, and the troubling implications of the fact that many of the weapons used by cartels originate in the U.S.

We get into one of the fastest-growing criminal industries in the world: scams.
She breaks down everything you’ve ever wanted to know about romance scams and “pig butchering” operations, including:
    • Psychological tactics scammers use
    • Who scammers typically target and why
    • Massive infrastructure behind modern scam compounds
    • Why many scammers are actually victims of forced labor themselves
    • Why victims often stay silent due to shame and stigma
Mariana explains why advancing technology, crypto, and AI are making financial scams easier than ever, and why anyone can fall victim — no matter how smart or cautious they are, including the shocking case of a bank CEO who was successfully defrauded.

We also explore medical black markets, from organ trafficking to international surrogacy scams, and discuss some of her most intense interviews, from conversations with a suspected Russian sex spy to Anna Delvey, the infamous socialite scammer.

Despite spending her career face-to-face with some of the darkest corners of humanity, Mariana reveals something surprising: she still believes deeply in people. In fact, she sometimes finds more hope, honesty, and equality in underground markets than in global governments or legal capitalism.

This conversation will change how you think about crime, power, empathy, and the hidden systems shaping our world!

Posture, Bone Density & Muscle: A Stanford Doctor Destroys Aging Myths Most People Believe
    • April 29, 2026
Most people focus on living longer. Stanford geriatrician Deborah Kado says that’s the wrong goal — the real goal is living well for longer by protecting strength, mobility, and independence, and the research helps explain why.

Deborah Kado is a professor at Stanford University School of Medicine, co-director of the Stanford Longevity Center, and board-certified geriatrician, specializing in bone health, osteoporosis, and aging-related syndromes. In this episode of The LIVING Room Podcast, she shares what decades of research in geriatrics and epidemiology reveal about what actually shapes quality of life as we age — bone health, hip fracture risk, muscle, posture, strength vs power, and why the difference between lifespan and healthspan is everything.

What we cover in this conversation:
    • Why hip fractures are deadlier than most people realize
    • Whether bone density loss is actually reversible
    • The difference between living longer and living well
    • Why power matters more than strength as you age
    • What Deborah wishes people in their 30s and 40s understood about aging now
    • Why NAD supplements may be overrated
    • What geriatricians actually do (and why there aren't enough of them)
For evidence-based insight on building lasting strength, mobility, and independence — free from the noise of longevity hype — this episode delivers.

00:00 – Can you still build muscle and live well longer?
02:09 – What is a geriatrician vs gerontologist?
03:12 – Why there aren't enough aging doctors (and why it matters)
04:48 – What led Deborah Kado into aging research?
09:02 – Why are hip fractures so dangerous after 50?
11:10 – What does poor posture predict later in life?
16:29 – Healthy longevity starts with strength and function
19:37 – Why is healthy aging harder in younger years?
23:40 – Can you rebuild muscle and function at 90?
26:14 – Can bone density actually improve with treatment?
39:24 – Why chasing immortality may be harming your health
43:29 – What does being mortal teach us about aging?
54:34 – Why does power matter more than strength?
58:35 – Is longevity hype distracting from what works?
01:03:02 – What does living well actually look like?
