There's just one problem with that plan, if the cities are going to be built in places like Lahaina or the US West Coast.
Those coastal areas will be inundated in a decade or so if not before when the current 12,000 year solar cycle finishes doing its thing.
Surely the Globalists are aware of that.

Do they they think they can avert or avoid the destruction?
It seems like the ultimate in cluelessness since they have already wasted so much in stolen taxpayer funds building their DUMBS in places where they will very likely be destroyed by the geomagnetic excursion of the continental plates.
