In the below video it states Nicola Hickling is the lip reader and has over twenty years of experience. Her name anagrams to Link China/Chain Logic. I flashed on the movie Casino where the main characters were talking to each other while covering their mouths because they brought in FBI lip readers. I also thought of The Godfather where Brando said, "I going to make him an offer he can't refuse." They and their security are well aware of lip readers and would probably use that as a form of propaganda in an art of war logic.
