I feel a deep pain and heavy weight in my soul right now... witnessing... and hearing about constant events... that defy humanity, can bring about a feeling of intense sadness... powerlessness.. or what some call a dark night of the soul... I am protecting my energy.. trying to... focusing also on thousand of actions of kindness..
But still... these moments we are living through.. and sensing them in the future... hurts!
