I'll copy and paste what may be the important part, which has only just started to be noticed by a few. I won't change a thing by adding any extra formatting, but it can be seen that it was signed by 36 individuals, all of whom cited their credentials and two of whom are Nobel laureates.

I won't make any personal comment either, but this is a real thing that has happened and it might well surface in the news cycle sooner or later to become more prominent.

Mr. WHITEHOUSE. Mr. President, I
ask unanimous consent to have printed
in the RECORD the following statement
from medical professionals and their
names into the RECORD on behalf of
myself and Senator REED.
There being no objection, the mate-
rial was ordered to be printed in the
RECORD, as follows:
MEDICAL CONCERNS ABOUT PRESIDENT DON-
ALD J. T RUMP AND HIS FITNESS FOR OFFICE
The following is not a political statement.
It is a medical one, made by individuals
holding both conservative and liberal
ideologies, identifying as both Republicans
and Democrats, from different backgrounds,
races, ethnicities, and religions.
We are a group of neurologists, forensic
psychiatrists, general psychiatrists, and
other physicians, along with other mental
health professionals, experienced in the diag-
nosis of cognitive disorders and in evaluating
dangerousness to self and others. Among us
are professionals whom the courts and crimi-
nal justice system regularly turn to for our
expert opinion on these matters. We are also
consulted by governments in matters related
to national security and the psychological
profiles of world leaders. Prior to the presi-
dential election in the Fall of 2024, a state-
ment assessing Donald J. Trump’s mental
fitness for the presidency was issued. At that
time, serious signs of cognitive decline were
identified, and in our expert opinion, these
signs warranted disqualification from office.
It is our professional opinion, based on pre-
vious and ongoing assessments, that Donald
Trump’s mental state since our 2024 state-
ment has deteriorated even further. In keep-
ing with our professional ethics, and for
those of us who are physicians, with the Dec-
laration of Geneva—the successor to the Hip-
pocratic Oath that binds us to the humani-
tarian principles of medicine since the Nur-
emberg trials—we are compelled to warn of a
President of the United States who is in-
creasingly a danger to the public.
We do not take our statement, and the re-
sponsibility that comes with making it,
lightly.
The President was not examined face to
face, and he is not a patient of any member
of our group. Rendering a formal diagnosis in
this case is not our role. We have closely fol-
lowed his behavior and his statements over
the past year.
Objectively observable signs of serious
medical concern include:
Marked deterioration in cognitive func-
tioning, evidenced by disorganized and tan-
gential speech, rambling digressions, factual
confusions, unexplained sudden changes of
course in strategic matters, both national
and international, episodes of apparent som-
nolence during critical public proceedings.
Grandiose and delusional beliefs, including
assertions of infallibility, imagery of himself
as Pope suggestive of a divine mission, being
a mythical warrior hero, depicting himself as
combat pilot—dropping feces on civilians,
and claims that his decision-making author-
ity is unlimited—with no need to consider
domestic and international laws and con-
strained only by his ‘‘own morality.’’
Severely impaired judgment and impulse
control, reflected in reckless threats of vio-
lence, advocacy of lethal force against civil-
ians, encouragement of extrajudicial actions
by armed supporters, repeated threats and
often actions—judicial, prosecutorial, police,
military, and by invoking emergency pow-
ers—against political opponents and others
who disagree with him.
Significant loss of self-control
(disinhibition) and getting stuck on the same
thoughts or actions, unable to let go or move
on (perseveration), including seemingly com-
pulsive, manic-like late-night communica-
tions—e.g., 150 social media posts in one
night—fixation on perceived enemies, perse-
cutory ideas, and prolonged, dispropor-
tionate attacks on specific individuals and
institutions.
Escalating violence that threatens na-
tional and global stability. As Commander-
in-Chief of our military—more than 5,000 nu-
clear warheads in inter-continental missile
silos, on submarines, and in bombers around
the world, are ready for launch solely upon
his order, and no one now has the authority
to countermand his order
On August 7, 1974, as President Richard
Nixon’s impeachment loomed, White House
Chief of Staff, General Alexander Haig, was
so alarmed by Nixon’s wandering the halls of
the White House at night, sleepless, dis-
traught, and heavily intoxicated, talking out
loud to portraits of past presidents on the
walls, that he alerted Defense Secretary
James Schlesinger. Equally alarmed, Schles-
inger directed Chairman of the Joint Chiefs
of Staff, General George S. Brown, that any
military orders from Nixon—especially nu-
clear ones—first be cleared through him or
Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. It has
been reported that the nuclear ‘‘football’’
that contains the codes for a nuclear launch
was then quietly removed from Nixon’s con-
trol.
The public and those with the power to ad-
dress such potentially catastrophic condi-
tions must ask themselves if they—and we—
are confident that officials such as Secretary
of Defense Pete Hegseth and Secretary of
State Marco Rubio would do the same.
It is our professional opinion that the be-
haviors of Donald Trump, tragically, are nei-
ther momentary lapses nor political theater.
It is our professional opinion that they re-
flect a rapidly worsening, reality-
untethered, increasingly dangerous decline.
If we were called upon under the 25th
Amendment to judge the President’s present
ability to discharge the duties of his office,
we would have to conclude that he lacks the
capacity to do so.
For the reasons cited above, emphasizing
that he presents a clear and present danger
to our country and to the world, it is our ex-
pert opinion that Donald J. Trump is men-
tally unfit to be the President of the United
States, and that steps to remove him from
office must be undertaken with the greatest
urgency, with vital responsibilities on the
shoulders of those in positions of leadership.

I was on staff at Harvard for four years in the eighties. I am not impressed. Where were these creeps when the Covid nightmare descended upon us. They showed no judgment of character then, and I wonder if they called for this same threat during Biden's presidency, or is it just suddenly we have a president with dementia now?

Not 100% convinced Trump is actually the political arm of the SSP or controlled opposition and the end times is a long engineered set of events with a reset as outcome.

What is evident from the Epstein files. The academic landscape has been strongly influenced by the circles above. Weinstein has been one of the figures who publicly spoken about being approached by the likes of Epstein to "reconsider" research agenda focus points.

There are enough "research" fields that are "questionable". If it would not be that serious, one could think it is a joke. Examples. Classic, war on cancer since 50 years. Result: Not positive.. than you have people like Thomas Seyfried who try at least to correct the scammy, cancer is a DNA disease framing (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sgbvr1R23rw)
The whole pharma and medicine industry is just questionable. Basically building on a set of axioms that are just not true and contradicts a hermetic universe but give framing for whole industries. One of the worst examples of how science has been distorted is the telecom field. Long list of scientist who have been made quiet by academic pressure, but still enough studies for people with the right mind to question the delivered axioms and framing. Anyhow tldr , all "science" is questionable. The splitting from alchemy into science and nature is a construct. It is as basic as that. The scientific method is valid, the scientific grounds mostly are not. Off course all of what I wrote can be backed up. Covid was one of the worst of course. I am baffled how people still are not able to grasp the diverse engineered effects and side effects of the bio weapon.

Conclusion: First. Thanks for sharing Arcutrian108. Not surprised by the article and the push of these people. The "other" side works with thought forms and collective consciousness. Possibly starting to frame Trump in a way that keeps it easy to follow-up with a real attack. Problem-reaction-solution. Classic pattern. Let's see how the Iran war develops and if disclosure moves the right way. If signs are positive, the proclaimed liberation of earth might be a thing (there are some positive developments to be fare). If not, digital prison, energy and food crisis will follow, we will need to step up a noche higher and indeed wake up to our god self and work on the polarity if that is what one deems rightful. Waking up not a bad idea regardless.

Re. Statement from Medical Professionals ...

Trump's condition is seem as a medical decline, which makes him unstable and dangerous. (Admittedly, that is a very simplified summary!)

If you view Trump as a grandiose narcissist who has crossed the boundary of malignancy (in part brought on by the severe narc injury caused by losing an election to Biden), then he is not medically ill but in the full expression of his narcissism. He is not in medical decline (other than not being a healthy old man) but has fully embraced the pathology of a personality order without any restraints. (The glamour of a full-blown narcissist in the White House seduced a lot of people, and some of them, including billionaires, have never broken away from the spell.) He does seem to not be getting quality sleep, but the consequences of that are less restraint and energy, so what he says and does is the authentic Trump and not the result of a cognitive disorder. He is dangerous but fully responsible for what he says and does. A personality disorder is not a cognitive disorder, and tapping into the narcissistic aspects of the ego can fuel great personal achievements, but in Trump that narcissism is toxic, unrestrained and dangerous. I admire the various groups and people who are trying to find ways to stop him, but for lasting protection against a rogue president, perhaps the means should be grounded in the Constitution as an expression of the will of the people rather than a personal one. Congress and Senate do not seem to be serving the will of the people, but perhaps they do? (In an upcoming local election, my niece plans to spoil her vote by writing a rude message to the ruling party, rather than simply abstaining from voting. Say no rather than remain silent and absolve yourself of responsibility? Of course, you would need to have physical ballot papers for such a protest to be possible!)

Because Africa has so many countries and many of them are made up of diverse groups of people, leaders with NPD seem to be a more common than in other regions. Often they start off doing great things for their people, but the longer they hold onto power, the more destructive they become. It is as difficult to remove a bad leader in Africa as it is in the US! I suppose it could be worse and we could have kings blessed with longevity genes!

In the 5-0 ruling, the justices issued a scathing reprimand of Hill, writing that she 'egregiously attacked Murdaugh's credibility' throughout the March 2023 trial.

The South Carolina Supreme Court has ordered a new trial for Alex Murdaugh, overturning his 2023 conviction in the killings of his wife and son, citing the action of the clerk of court as the reason why.

The decision vacates the guilty verdicts that had sent the former attorney to prison for life after a Colleton County jury found him guilty in the June 2021 shootings of Maggie and Paul Murdaugh.

About Trump's narcissistic personality disorder, of course it's quite possible that at the same time he is also overtaken by mental decline. The many instances of him falling asleep during high stakes meeting are evidence of advancing mental decline.

And of course Biden was also afflicted with cognitive decline during his presidential term, and should have been removed from his presidential position.

So, that's two presidents in a row showing signs of advancing, or even severe, mental decline during their presidential term. That should raise questions. In Biden's case the mental decline was noticed even as he campaigned in 2019. As for Trump, the obvious mental decline occured early during his 2024 term. Marjorie Taylor Greene said in interviews that she saw Trump suddenly and drastically change early in his presidency in 2025, and completely reversed his campaign promises. (e.g. the Epstein files and the war against Iran)

Is it possible that there is a common factor between the two's mental decline? Or some sort of mind control operation, or special drugs? Who would benefit? Does Israel know of a special technique to make USA presidents particularly pliant and amenable to their requests? Because the other thing Biden and Trump have in common is total obedience to Israel's demands as it conducts a horrible genocide against Gaza.

There is a curious lack of action on the part of the USA political system from using the 25th amendment to remove these two ailing presidents. Instead, we're left to watch the prolonged and very sad & cruel spectacle of incapacitated old men doing the most disgraceful, and dangerous, things to their country and the world.

I believe more than ever that political candidates are hand-picked by the zionist lobby before they even begin their campaign. That would be another explanation why two presidents, one after the other, showed mental deficiencies. They might have selected old men specifically so that when cognitive decline sets in, the public will just explain it away as dementia, and not suspect a more nefarious intervention.

A California mayor who has since resigned has been charged with acting as an illegal agent of the People’s Republic of China and has agreed to plead guilty, according to federal prosecutors who say she secretly worked to push pro-Beijing messaging inside the United States before she took office.

Eileen Wang, former mayor of Arcadia, California, has been charged with acting as an illegal agent of the People’s Republic of China and has agreed to plead guilty to the felony offense, the Justice Department announced. She now faces up to 10 years in federal prison along with a potential $250,000 fine, though any sentence would be determined by a federal judge..

Federal prosecutors say Wang admitted she acted "at the direction and control" of Chinese government officials from at least 2020 through 2022, coordinating with individuals in the U.S. to spread pro-Beijing messaging, all without notifying the U.S. Attorney General as required by law. The conduct described by prosecutors occurred before Wang took office on the Arcadia City Council in December 2022.

Arcadia city officials said the case is tied to Wang’s individual conduct and does not impact city operations.

"Individuals elected to public office in the United States should act only for the people of the United States that they represent," Assistant Attorney General for National Security John A. Eisenberg said.

And of course Biden was also afflicted with cognitive decline during his presidential term, and should have been removed from his presidential position.

The real Biden disappeared from view around November 2017. "President" Biden was played by several actors: body doubles or actors wearing a mask. So the dementia was all an act. [They] like to show how stupid the sheeple are.

Trump also uses body doubles but for most of the time, I believe, he plays himself. Yes, he has a strange personality; much of it is an act; a distraction. Trump is a figurehead chosen by the team of military generals that currently run America.

And I read that there's no such thing as a nuclear weapon. The bombs dropped on Japan in WW2 contained high explosives with napalm and radioactive dust. (I'm not totally convinced that the technology wasn't made to work after the war, however.)
