I have a friend who's been suffering from strange symptoms for well over a year for which her doctor can find no reason and all tests have come back negative. An MRI scan revealed nothing. She continues to experience the following symptoms which are causing untold stress and a marked weight loss:

- head pressure
- head or ear pain
- dizziness
- disorientation
- nausea
- anxiety (from experiencing the symptoms)

"Questions remain as to the true origin of Havana Syndrome — a rare condition in which government employees at U.S. embassies "described sudden unexplained head pressure, head or ear pain, dizziness" and a variety of other symptoms, according to military officials. The United States has previously said that a foreign adversary was unlikely to be behind the illness, which was first reported by embassy employees in Havana, Cuba, and has since spread to Europe and Asia. But a new report has revealed that another country may indeed be causing the syndrome.

A joint investigation, published on March 31 by news outlets The Insider, "60 Minutes" and der Spiegel, concluded that Russia was likely the culprit of Havana Syndrome. The investigation reported that the mysterious symptoms "may have their origin in the use of directed energy weapons wielded by Unit 29155." This is a specialized unit of Russia's foreign intelligence service, the GRU, that is "skilled in subversion, sabotage and assassination," The New York Times said.

The investigation has uncovered evidence that Unit 29155 "has been experimenting with exactly the kind of weaponized technology experts suggest is a plausible cause for the mysterious medical condition that has to date affected over a hundred far-flung U.S. spies and diplomats," The Insider said. Russian diplomats have condemned the report as false. But what was uncovered about Russia and its possible link to Havana Syndrome, and how plausible is it?"

I don't buy that the technology is Russian in particular as I feel there are many countries carrying out subversive tests on the unsuspecting public at any given time. The reason I've raised the thread is that the article in the UK press came out a couple of weeks ago and the video was posted on 30th March 2024.

I'm left wondering, in as much as I even care, and knowing the back line defensive strategy is already focussed on Trump in 'power' post 2024, what the CIA Alt' mocking bird op' is up to. Whatever narratives they don't already hog, they are grappling to dominate by a desperate 90+% truther model. But a mouthy chaotic truther model full of sexed up quips and cliché table tennis.

I find this story very interesting, and extremely concerning.

In the above 60Minutes program, the targeted USA victims describe their experience/symptoms: sudden intense pressure and pain, etc.

What they described is very similar to what the victims of the USA attack on Venezuela on January 3, 2026, i.e. Venezuelan soldiers reported they felt like their head was about to explode. When the Venezuelans' reports came out, most of the media speculated that the USA special forces had been using a sonic weapon during this operation (only a few media outlets guessed it might have been a microwave weapon).

However, in the above program, they mention that there is in fact a specialized microwave weapon developed by the Soviet Union. The USA discovered this in 2024 when the CIA acquired this microwave weapon from a Russian criminal gang. So, I'm guessing that the CIA has passed the technology to the USA military, to be used in special operations, and that is what they used to attack Venezuelan soldiers in January 2026.

It's horrifying to think that this weapon is in criminal hands. What the victims described is extremely injurious.

This is very interesting.

Kim Iversen discusses the report of an Epstein investigator who claims to have been attacked by a pulsed microwave weapon. Kim speculates that the reason the CIA is so circumspect about the "Havana Syndrome" is that they know it has been caused by a weapon of Israeli origin.

Personally I think that Kim is making a good point. In the documentary in post #6 above, (link: https://www.cbsnews.com/video/havana...eo-2026-03-08/ ), it is claimed that the CIA acquired a pulsed microwave weapon from 'Russian criminals'. Kim speculates that the silence surrounding the harmful impacts of the Havana Syndrome may be due to an Israeli connection, since many Russian Jews emigrated to Israel, possibly taking that stolen technology with them to Israel who eventually passed it on to the CIA. The CIA is now using this weapon to assist Israel's agenda, e.g. preventing the investigation of Epstein, or using this weapon to attack Venezuela and seizing its oil which is now shipped to Israel. Just my own speculation here.

US pays out $3m to victims of mystery Havana Syndrome condition reported by spies

The US government has paid nearly $3m (£2.2m) in compensation to victims of so-called Havana Syndrome, a mysterious neurological condition reported by spies, diplomats and their families.

The payments are the first to be made to US agency staff in relation to the illness, reports of which began emerging a decade ago by CIA officers working in the Cuban capital.

Since then, American staff based elsewhere, including China, have reported "anomalous health incidents".

Sufferers have described symptoms such as hearing a low hum, clicks, squeals and "grinding metal" while others reported intense pressure on the skull, dizziness and nausea.

The US Department of Defence said it would continue to prioritise "the care of affected personnel" as it announced the compensation, paid out under the Havana Act which was signed into law in 2021.

There has been widespread speculation for many years over what - and who - is responsible for Havana Syndrome.

Some have claimed the illness is caused by microwaves, prompting further speculation that a foreign power may have used some kind of sonar weapon to attack US overseas staff and their dependants.

"My brain is broken," former CIA analyst Erika Stith told CBS News in 2022.

"We got this as a result of serving our country. And we deserve to be taken care of," she said.

Last year, most US intelligence agencies and departments surmised that it was "very unlikely" that a foreign actor used "a novel weapon or prototype device to harm" US personnel and their families.

Although, a small component of the US intelligence community did not completely dismiss the theory.

The report, by the National Intelligence Council, said none of the agencies or departments it spoke to "call[ed] into question the experiences or suffering" of US workers and their families.

The community believed that they "experienced genuine, sometimes painful and traumatic, physical symptoms and sensory phenomena and honestly and sincerely reported those events as possible anomalous health incidents".

What is Havana Syndrome?

Havana Syndrome was first publicly reported in 2016, when US diplomats in Cuba reported getting sick and hearing piercing sounds at night.

Other cases have been reported around the world, from Washington to China.

It was these reports that sparked speculation of an attack by a foreign power using a mystery sonic weapon.

In 2017, the US government pulled more than half of its staff from its embassy in Havana after employees and their families reported dizziness, nausea and difficulty concentrating.

Canada's government also heard of similar symptoms from its embassy employees in Cuba, leading to a sharp reduction to its personnel in Havana in 2019.

While Havana Syndrome cases began to emerge around a decade ago, some claim the illness has been around for much longer, spanning the Cold War years.

I'm sure you can beam/transmit microwave energy at a human, and it will have some nasty effects on them.

The effectiveness largely depends on the wattage and the antenna system employed. I researched this topic and recall an article from a few years back that, when you connect all the details, clearly explained the original purpose, particularly for those .gov buildings.
