I had forgotten this additional idea that might explain the Mandella Effect. Regarding a time loop:

"What if a loop doesn’t have to erase? What if it layers?

A musician recording a guitar loop understands this. You capture a simple phrase, a clean signal. Then you run it again. And again. But you don’t leave it alone. You add to it. You distort it. You blend signals- clean and overdriven, wet and dry. Each pass through the loop carries the residue of the last, shaped before it’s fed back in. We assume a loop resets things to zero, a clean slate. Why? What if each pass allows for adjustment- small, precise ones- before the loop resolves into a final version? This isn’t travel. It’s iteration."

What you wrote reminds me of Preston Nichols' book The Music of Time

P56. Our reality is actually a group of frequencies or an ensemble of notes.

P57. A thought form is a group of interrelated frequencies, amplitude, phase and every other aspect one can measure. During the Los Angeles riots black helicopters transmitted frequencies that induced peaceful behavior in crowds.

P98. The subliminals sold the records, not the sound.

P101. He was involved in the movie Star Wars.

P102. George Lucas had adepts put a psychic overlay on the film to make it more successful.

P103. He got into a shouting match with George and left. He was called back for post-production and he agreed. There’s a movie Lucas made that no one has seen called Splinter of the Mind’s Eye. Preston developed THX sound which was called Lucas sound at the time. They used it for The Empire Strikes Back.

P104. He was fired again because a nearby radio station interfered with the premiere of Empire. The Star Wars movies were based on George’s writings called Journal of the Wills. They came from dreams he’s had his whole life. Preston believed he is part of a group that came from the old universe. His dreams could also be part of mind control. Lucas did a film called Dreamscape which could be a takeoff of Duncan Cameron’s accessing people’s dreams. One of his targets was Jimmy Carter. Preston heard George bought a house in Montauk.

P109. White noise is the band width 20-20,000 hertz. Outside of that it’s called black noise.

P111. When the time loop between 1943 & 1983 was closed the song Sky High by Jigsaw wouldn’t play anymore and all you would hear was white noise. (note: I added the Sky High song because that's what I recall, but I'm not sure).

P112. Preston heard that song was on the voyager record.

P133. In musical programming the drummer is the most important because he puts the listener in a hypnotic state.

P138. Music is thought form. Authors will encode thought forms into music without being aware of it. He believes our entire reality was created via the Montauk Project.

The synopsis make it look to be an interesting read. I see various influences in it all the way to Kafka (The Trial). First thing that came to my mind was this lyric by the Red Hot Chili Peppers.

"And Cobain can you hear the spheres singing songs off Station to Station?", making mention of "The Music of the Spheres".

Donald Marshall claims to have written a song for Nirvana while at a cloning center. Arkheim Ra mentions Nirvana.

Arkheim Ra tells his story about being on a planet called Centurion Five. They gave him a powder you place in water and it turns into a cake like substance for nutrients. He claims it's produced by the Nestle company. On that world they have a song that sounds like Smells Like Teen Spirit in an Italian opera format. The music can program people and helps to fund black ops. It's a tropical world with dinosaurs, teradactyls and giant bugs. They transferred him to a large humanoid body and had a team clear-out part of the forest with laser guns. That could have come from a Technology Transfer Program (TTP). He believes that they started colonizing that world in 2022 in his timeline.
