    “How much of life do you feel is predestined? I always believed that I can make it happen. I was always good at manifesting, but I never considered the notion that maybe I'm just remembering the path that I already chose. And that even the things that I think I'm making, these choices are just an illusion of choice so that I'll play the game with all my heart, my mind, and strength. That's the reality I've come to know.” ~ Robert Edward Grant
    You Chose This Life Before You Were Born. Ancient Mathematics Proves It.
    What if EVERYTHING you’ve been taught about science, consciousness, and even your own thoughts…is incomplete?

    In this episode of Mayim Bialik's Breakdown, Robert Edward Grant (renowned polymath, inventor, entrepreneur, mathematician, philosopher, host of the series Code X on Gaia.com) pulls back the veil on reality itself, revealing why millions are feeling an intense shift right now as humanity crosses into the Age of Aquarius. This isn’t just spiritual talk - it’s a radical fusion of math, physics, ancient wisdom, and consciousness that will leave you questioning everything.
    • Why are so many people experiencing massive life transitions right now?
    • Is the universe actually NOT material?
    • Are your thoughts even happening inside your brain, or somewhere else entirely?
    We go deep into the hidden patterns that connect numerology, astrology, mythology, and sacred geometry, uncovering why music is literally “the geometry we hear” and how math might be the source code of reality itself.

    Robert shares his shocking personal journey, from Big Pharma CEO to spiritual seeker, and how repeated betrayal led him to one profound realization: You are here to learn unconditional love.

    Discover why what you judge is exactly what you attract, why he believes everyone must go through narcissism as part of their evolution, and whether ancient civilizations like Egypt, and even Leonardo da Vinci, have known secrets about higher-dimensional geometry that we’re only now rediscovering.

    Robert breaks down:
    • What if the brain isn’t a storage device, but an antenna tuning into a non-local field of consciousness?
    • Hidden codes embedded in da Vinci’s art?
    • Akashic field: Could all memory (past, present, future) exist in an invisible infrasonic frequency field connecting Earth, the sun, & human thought?
    • If reality is a simulation, what happens when you become lucid inside it?
    • Why science & spirituality are not opposites, but the same language
    • How all disciplines (math, biology, psychology, physics, philosophy) are just different lenses of one truth
    • Deeper meaning behind the most popular song the week you were born
    • Why prime factorization is the foundation of encryption & possibly reality itself
    • His belief that God is still learning & evolving
    • Why he doesn’t fear “dark people”, only those who deny their darkness
    • How much of your life is actually predestined?
    • Why polymaths appear on the walls of the Vatican
    • Mystery behind his favorite number, 137
    His ultimate message?
    • You don’t need a guru.
    • You don’t need AI.
    • You don’t need religion.
    Everything you’re searching for is already within you.

    If you’re ready to rethink reality, consciousness, and your place in the universe, this is the conversation you’ve been waiting for.

    The Evolutionary Wave creating Metamorphosis with David Clements
    “You know you're passing through. Why get in the way of the train that's trying to leave? It's going to be painful. Trying to stop it, it’s like you just need to let it be on its way.”
    *****************
    David Clements & The Arcturian team:

    As the days move forward, a great stream of energy is going to be coming through this huge conduit that connects from the Earth through us and through a higher selves, multidimensional. They’re saying (The Arcturian team) that it’s going to increase and that's part of the knowing that is coming forward. As that light comes forward and starts to immerse in you, you'll innately get this knowing coming forward. You won't know where it comes from. It will just appear. You might suddenly wake up and realize , ”I feel really different today. I don't know why. I feel just more fun, more graceful, more peaceful,” and it will just disappear

    So they're saying (The Arcturian team) those are to be expected because they're saying, those are the delightful moments that are going to increase more and more as time goes forward. But they're saying just be aware though that if you find yourself in sad or grip or grief, you know all of those kinds of low, beware that is something that has been brought up to the surface because of the light that is pushing it to the surface and that's okay. Just be allowing. Do not tackle it.
    *****************
    • David Clements works with an Arcturian team.
    This is another rich discussion with David Clements about the powerful evolutionary waves beginning in June and July.

    Dr Clements is a theoretical physicist with advanced degrees in Maths and Physics from our most highly regarded universities in England, Oxford and Cambridge. He is now a Living Energy Systems expert, developing regenerative technologies to help humanity.

    Amish Teens Stay in a Scottish Castle — and Nothing Could Have Prepared Them

    I loved this video, simply because both communities were so wholesome and welcoming to each other, it was interesting to watch and the outcome so positive. Afterwards, not in this video, the Amish youngsters went on to stay in other communities and I felt that if they visited my South London community, they'd probably be glad to get back home . . . Nevertheless, it's good to see that different communities can get along together really well, the single most important requirement for this being mutual respect.

    Hi grapevine. I watched to 5:01 of L =47:29, and found it charming, with excellent production.

    But before that, I noticed that I had subbed the chan, and then ceased notifications. I almost always watch on the YT platform, where my sub and notes status is presented.

    Watching that bit, I recalled why I nixed it: apparent AI fakeness.

    The chan uploads high quality docs like this, almost daily. Every clip is perfect, and the count of camera angles, POVs, is bonkers.

    Looking at their chan description, they have 8.17M subscribers, started 10 years ago, but that don’t comfort me.

    It also don’t worry me, for my discernment has grown apace.

    Nashville, the movie, closing scene after a campaigning politician has been shot. I recommend the whole movie, classic Americana.

    Feminine Fire is Rising | June, 2026 Energy Update | Lee Harris
    A strong wave of feminine fire is rising, helping many of us reclaim our voice, set clearer boundaries, trust our intuition, and stand more fully in our truth. At the same time, there is a profound call to stillness, reminding us to pause, reset, and create space amid the noise and momentum of daily life.

    You may also feel like you're wearing old clothes on a new body. So much is changing within and around us that old habits, routines, and identities may no longer fit, even as something new is still emerging.

    There’s much more inside this month's Energy Update, so be sure to watch the full video and explore all of the themes.

    Big love,
    Lee x

    The Most IMPOSSIBLE Sculpture EVER Created
    “San Martino had to carve the anatomical accuracy of a vein beneath skin and then carve the illusion of transparent fabric on top of that from the same piece of stone. Look at the feet where the instruments of the passion are scattered, pliers ,shackles, the crown of thorns, these objects have a different surface texture than the veil or the body. San Martino needed you to perceive at least three distinct materials, metal, fabric and flesh, and he achieved all three from a single slab of marble.”
    Giuseppe San Martino crafted this marble masterpiece in 18th-century Naples, challenging viewers to distinguish stone from fabric. While legends suggest alchemical secrets behind its creation, historical records offer a different perspective. Marmoreo explores the artistic techniques and theological questions surrounding this profound work of art.

    June 2026 offers exceptional skywatching opportunities, highlighted by a double planet conjunction and a rare lunar occultation. There is so much going on this month that you have to read the note below and watch the video to get a full list of events.
    • Venus-Jupiter Conjunction: On June 9, the two brightest planets will appear within 1.5 degrees of each other in the western evening sky, visible to the naked eye.
    • Planet Parade: From June 11–16, Mercury joins Venus and Jupiter, creating a compact alignment low on the western horizon after sunset.
    • Lunar Occultation of Venus: On June 17, the Moon will pass directly in front of Venus. This is a daytime event visible from parts of North America and South America; viewers must never use optics without proper solar safety equipment.
    • Meteor Showers: The Daytime Arietids peak around June 7–10, while the June Bootids peak around June 27–28, though the latter is known for unpredictable, often weak activity.
    • Full Strawberry Moon: The month ends with the Full Strawberry Moon on June 29, which will be visible inside the Teapot asterism in Sagittarius, best viewed from Europe, Africa, and Asia.
    • Deep Sky & Milky Way: The New Moon on June 15 provides dark skies ideal for observing the Milky Way and deep-sky objects like the Dumbbell Nebula and Wild Duck Cluster (M11).

    The BEST Morning Routine Starts With Breathwork | TUH #004 - Gary Brecka
    9:34

    Having seen a few interviews with Gary Brecka (The Ultimate Human), I tried the breadthwork as outlined in this video and found it very calming, although the huffig and puffing frightened the cats somewhat (they'll get used to it). Gary says doing this daily will regulate the circadian rhythm, bring mood enhancement, rid the body of disease, flood the body with oxygen and change the trajectory of your life. And better still, it's free . . ..

    It's not only what you're eating, it’s also when you're eating and how are you're eating.
    Join us as cardiologist Dr. Pradip Jamnadas (MD) explains the link between chronic inflammation and visceral fat. In this episode, we explore how high insulin levels act as a metabolic brake, preventing fat oxidation and cellular renewal. Dr. Jamnadas shares his vast cardiovascular expertise to explain the science of cellular autophagy and why prolonged fasting is a clinical powerhouse for cellular repair. By shifting the focus from calories to hormonal optimization, this episode offers a masterclass in preventative medicine. This episode is essential for anyone interested in the science of fasting, both intermittent fasting and the magic of the 36-hour fast, and how it can improve metabolic flexibility.

    In This Episode, We Reveal:
    • The Dangers of Visceral Fat: A clinical review of why ectopic fat storage in the abdominal cavity is the primary driver of systemic inflammation and cardiovascular disease.
    • The Insulin-Adipose Connection: Understanding the hormonal "lock" that prevents the mobilization of stored energy and how fasting restores insulin sensitivity.
    • Autophagy & Cellular Maintenance: A scientific breakdown of the body’s innate repair mechanism and the specific fasting durations required to trigger protein recycling.
    • The "Starvation" Myth vs. Clinical Fasting: Differentiating between nutrient deprivation and the controlled, physiological state of metabolic switching.
    • Electrolytes & Metabolic Support: Why sodium, magnesium, and potassium are non-negotiable for maintaining cardiovascular stability during extended fasting windows.
    • Worst foods: Identifying the "healthy" processed foods that trigger metabolic dysfunction and the four nutrient-dense pillars of health.

    Hey Paula If you want to do your thing with this video feel free.
    This lady did borax as a detox to kill parasites and a Dorito shaped orange parasite came out of her body that is not known to the study dedicated
    To parasites.
    This lady should be a member of Avalon she is amazing.
    Lots of correlations here.

    For the last 22+ months, I’ve been on a different experiment path. I’ll add the first of three posts here. This is the second response and the third follow-up on the Here and Now thread.

    There are threads that request advice and experiences on specific vitamins, minerals and alternative medicines. I suspect that my perspective wouldn’t be well received there, so I’ll share it here instead.

    Full disclosure: I do keep supplements and take them occasionally. It’s less than ten pills over the course of a couple of weeks. I’ve also experimented with alternative substances such as methylene blue, ivermectin, MMS, hydrogen peroxide, and pine turpentine, using them in an effort to counter potential contaminants in water, air, and food.

    Lately, though, I’ve been questioning that approach and feeling a pull to slow down, listen more carefully, and place greater trust in my body’s own signals and balance. (again)
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    I use supplements sparingly. I understand we’re all different, and it’s up to each of us to figure out what works best for our own system.
    My thinking has evolved over the years. Back in the 1970s, I was one of those taking “fistfuls of supplements,” influenced by Adelle Davis, who advocated for high-dose vitamin use and proper nutrition. My go-to bible was her, Let’s Eat Right to Keep Fit and Let’s Get Well.
    Today, my view is more measured. I see supplements as tools for correcting deficiencies or filling gaps in the diet. For example: 1) Iron when levels are low 2) B12 for those who are deficient (common in vegans) 3) Vitamin D when sunlight exposure is limited
    Supplements are not a substitute for good nutrition, exercise, quality sleep, and managing chronic stress. I also trust that the body has built-in systems that are designed to maintain balance: liver, kidneys, lungs, and gut.
    Some guiding thoughts I come back to based on my research and experience:
    • Do the basics exceptionally well, and supplement only where it meaningfully helps.
    • The body evolved to process nutrients primarily from whole foods, not large numbers of isolated compounds.
    • More isn’t always better. Excess supplementation can sometimes:
    1. Disrupt normal balance
    2. Interfere with natural regulatory processes
    3. Lead to diminishing or even negative returns
    My goal now is less about adding more, and more about supporting what already works.
    Oh I hear you. I've been eliminating a lot of supplements myself.
    I'm of the opinion that calcium almost killed me.
    That being said this woman's testimony isn't really about borax as much as it is the parasite
    She passed as a result of doing higher doses of borax as a parasite killer.
    The Dorito parasite is really the story.
    Her story really is worth a listen.
    As far as borax goes I will offer my personal experience.
    Borax is both a binder, parasite killer, disrupter of nanotechnology in the body.
    The list is pretty extensive.
    It may be one of the most extreme cure alls on the planet and definitely one of the absolute cheapest.
    The initial claim to fame for borax was pulling fluoride out of your pineal gland and helping arthritis. So I'm in, let's try this. Going into this I had neuropathy all through my left arm really bad, constant pain, sleep was constantly interrupted. My shoulders were in a state of pain, weakness, limited movement, easily injured.
    And as if that wasn't enough blood pressure so high my heart actually hurt.
    After six months of borax morning and before bed my shoulders have no pain, full range of motion and strength. The neuropathy in my left arm 90% better, no more numbness or burning pins and needles. My heart doesn't hurt and my blood pressure is way way better.
    How?
    I don't know how it works but I have my suspicion.
    Borax powers osteoblasts which are cells that tear down old bone and calcium deposits.
    There is a new idea that high blood pressure is caused by plaque inside the arteries and is actually calcium.
    Borax takes the calcium out of your arteries.
    The shoulder pain, neuropathy in my arm and heart pain all were probably caused by calcium deposits in my veins which the borax helped to clean out.
    Regardless I'm a convert and a big fan of borax.
    I feel it literally saved my life
    This is the protocol I use
    I use a one quart mason jar filled with water and add one teaspoon of borax.
    Of that one quart solution I take a teaspoon in the morning and one before bed.
    Borax has been discussed on the forum and can be a great item to keep on hand. I particularly like that it can help get rid of unwanted tech that could be in our bodies. Also I have heard you can put just a little on your tooth brush when brushing your teeth to help keep them strong.
    Here are a few links that might be helpful.
    Dr. John Kim: On Mold Toxicity, Mycotoxins, Heavy Metals, & Cellular Detox | TUH #276
    Haven't watched this yet but will be soon. It's from Gary Brecka and about how chronic, low-grade infections are leading to disease and pathology.
    Reason for posting is that it complements the last couple of posts and also there seems to have been an increase in mould in the last few months - it's literally everywhere . .
    "You might think that once you tear out the moldy drywall and move into a clean house, your body finally gets to heal, but in this episode, Dr. John Kim and I get into why so many people do everything right and still can't shake the brain fog, the fatigue, and the gut chaos. The answer lives somewhere most testing never looks: a stuck "cell danger response," where your cells stay locked in defense mode like a fire alarm that won't stop blaring long after the fire is out.
    I'll walk you through how Dr. Kim uses his ENCORE method to finally shut that alarm off, because you can't out-biohack a body that's still convinced it's under attack.
    If the Epstein files are a smoke screen to distract us, what should we be focusing on?
    Focus on the Light
    This is a revolutionary time on earth, but it won't look like old style revolutions because you are in a very different time in history. Energy is different and technology is different.
    You as human beings who are programmed to follow exactly what is playing out on earth right now. You believe we are trapped because our powers that be might not have our best interest in heart and we don't know how to get out of it.
    We say, No, you are souls who were born onto the Earth to be part of the change of power system on earth that has always been corrupt. But now you can see it. Now you can feel it. You have tools, the wherewithal, and know how to tackle it. This is why your own personal empowerment is so important at these times.
    If you feeling sadness, even though that's not comfortable for you, it’s good. Feel the sadness. Feel the grief. Feel the anger. Feel the rage. Those feelings won't last because your will to live, and you will to build a new world, will kick in. ~ Lee Harris
    A Couple Gave Up on Their Failing Farm and Let Animals Take Over — What Happened Stunned Scientists
    16:47
    A heartening story about allowing animals to shape the land. Reminded me of a similar story about elephants doing much the same thing in Africa . . .
    "Rewilding in England began in 2001 when Charlie Burrell and Isabella Tree faced a brutal choice on their failing 3,500-acre farm in West Sussex. The clay soil had defeated generations of farming. The estate was losing money. So they did the unthinkable: they stopped farming entirely, tore down the fences, broke up the drainage, and released free-roaming longhorn cattle, Exmoor ponies, Tamworth pigs, and deer onto the exhausted land. Then they stepped back and let the animals decide what the land should become.
    What happened over the next 25 years stunned scientists. Nightingales exploded from a single territory to over 60 singing males. Turtle doves — collapsing by 98% across Britain — actually rose at Knepp. Dragonflies surged by more than 800%. Purple emperor butterflies appeared in numbers nobody had recorded in the country. And in 2020, white storks bred in Britain for the first time since the year 1416 — a 600-year absence ended on a former failing farm."
    "Is there an idea more radical in the history of the human race than turning your children over to total strangers whom you know nothing about, and having those strangers work on your child's mind, out of your sight, for a period of twelve years?" John Taylor Gatto
