    Default California Election - S L O W ballot count

For anyone who has doubts about how California handles elections and ballot counts:

I voted last Tuesday, 11/2/2026 and that same day, 5 p.m., I placed my ballot in the "official" ballot drop box at the local library.

Today, one week later, I rec'd this:

I was born and raised in L.A., so that election is of particular importance to me and friends and family who still live there. The evidence of fraud there is so overwhelming that the process isn't even of Third World country caliber.

I have kids so my concern for their future is immense. And having kids, my behavior towards this is much more civilized than it would be otherwise.

Born and raised in Cali. Made it 47 years and hate that I had to move. There's something to be said for the freedom you find living in the country, in a state where red tape is minimal, where you can still do on your property what you please. That's no longer possible in California, hasn't been for a long time, and now look at the poor souls in the Pacific Palisades and all the rest, anyone remember Paradise (why do I think of Zeppelin?) I miss the ocean. I was raised by the ocean and it will never feel right living away from it, no matter how much freer I feel in the country. It really pains me to see what's happened to California, and the rest of America for that matter.

I think it is safe to say that California is not counting votes; they are looking for votes. If you need proof that the Democrats are broken and evil, consider this: last year, they brought a mobile abortion clinic to their national convention. They celebrated the number of women having abortions each day at the convention. This political party has gone so far off the rails that they have moved from pro-choice to pro-death. Their march to the extreme is in full stride, and they just can't stop themselves. Rules, whether they are human or divine, mean nothing to this group.

Take heart because things are changing, but I believe it has to get a bit worse before things start getting better.

"Hotel Paradise". Yes, the best of times! And same here, on the ocean! I thought moving to NorCal would be saner, more practical and less political. I must've been out of my mind*. One can't EASE OUT OF L.A. without completely leaving the State. I'm proud of you. You have larger cajones than I do!!

*I run into Nancy Pelosi at our local market.

Thank you. I know you're right about things getting worse before they get better. I pray not too much worse. It must be awful for people living in the cities...

I had NO IDEA about the mobile abortion clinic?! That's not "choice". That's sick encouragement. "Off the rails" is right! Wow.

Yep. I ran from LA in 1996 at the age of 26. Moved to SF and, while a much needed breath of fresh air, the same bs eventually caught up so had to get out all together. I'm guessing if Pelosi's a neighbor you're now in SF too? My wife and I lived very close to that park across from her house (mansion) and would spend afternoons in the sun there. You might have better luck out of the cities, get yourself some land and get off grid, but California politics are a dumpster fire. It's expensive everywhere now but you're better off in the flyover states at this point, harder to turn into a 15 minute city and a more armed and aware populace to be honest. I can't believe how asleep all my friends in the Bay Area truly are. I have more awake and aware friends living in LA than SF, counter-revolution indeed, more like counter-evolution, lol! Hang in there. I seriously hope someday to move back and live by the ocean again, dare to dream, but we're going to need some serious reinforcements to make that happen. All the best!

Thank you. But no, I'm near Pelosi's other house* with vineyards in Napa Valley! Also, where her husband had his mysterious drunk driving accident in 2022 which disappeared from the news cycle rather quickly. Nancy probably can't bear being in the City anymore than we can bear visiting it! SF was pretty cool in the 80s but things started to go very wrong in the 2000s. You got out at the right time. Your former SF neighbors have spread their "values" up here, now, too.

Yep, she ruined the city and then got out. You might be surprised to know that I'm surrounded by Californian expats where I live now. I went to a tiny post office, literally a shack across from a lumber yard, and got to talking to the people inside. The six people that happened to be there, including the postal worker, were all originally from California. I was told when we first got here to quickly remove my California plates as my car might get defaced or vandalized, and it was true, someone keyed our car days before we changed the plates. Seems California has gained a nasty reputation. Can't really blame them. Their small community has grown tremendously and been inundated by what they term "California libtards," yet most who've ended up here are not lefties or libtards by any means but people simply fed up with the California corruption who saw the writing on the wall.

More evidence of corruption in California. The homeless were allegedly paid to vote for Karen Bass.
