    A monk of 28 years reveals why he abandoned society. (9 minutes)

    A former teacher-turned-monk reflects on his life journey, explaining how growing dissatisfaction with conventional work and worldly success led him to enter a contemplative monastery, where he spent 28 years.

    Although monastic life appeared austere from the outside, he found it profoundly rewarding, describing an expanding inner life and a freedom from social expectations that brought deep meaning and contentment.

    He later left the monastery after feeling spiritually called to do so and now lives a quiet life centered on prayer and meditation. Discussing spiritual guidance, he describes God's voice as a subtle inner prompting rather than an audible sound and stresses the importance of discernment and mentorship.

    Why Gen-X Punks Became the Most Reliable Men in the Room

    ~~~This video is about the generation that came home to empty houses at age nine, found punk and metal before anyone told them what to think, and built a set of values so durable that researchers are still trying to explain why the "damaged kids" turned out more civically engaged, more emotionally stable, and more loyal than the audience that watched the Senate hearings and nodded along.~~~
    Why Stretching Is NOT Enough After 60 (& What to Do Instead) (6 minutes)
    Flexibility and mobility are not the same thing. Flexibility is just how far your joints can move. Whereas mobility is how much control you have over that movement. After 60, control is the thing that keeps you safe, keeps you independent and stops you from getting hurt.
Trump joking about making Canada the 51st State and serious about buying Greenland - does anybody else see these moves as what someone in power might do if he knew that there was a polar shift coming up, or a space object that would crash and make the lower portions of Earth unlivable-unproductive?
    Blue Light Evolutionary Waves (53 minutes)
    Pam Gregory
    June 23, 2026
    473K subscribers
    Interesting discussion with Pam Gregory and Nancy Rebecca. For those short on time, I ran the transcript through AI for main points, a summary, and expanded on 5 of the 14 areas of discussion.
    Overall Summary:
    Across the discussion, Nancy Rebecca presents a spiritual framework in which humanity is undergoing a profound evolutionary metamorphosis. The process involves energetic upgrades, multidimensional awareness, personal and collective transformation, stronger connections to nature and ancient wisdom, and the emergence of new forms of healing and community. While acknowledging global turmoil, both speakers focus primarily on inner development, self-care, creativity, and the belief that a more conscious and connected future is already beginning to take shape.
    ************************
    Nancy Rebecca shares three major evolutionary shift occurring during June, July, and August. She calls this period the “333”:
    • 3 months: June–August
    • 3 years: 2026–2028
    • 30 years: The longer-term trajectory that follows
    According to Nancy, humanity is entering a metamorphic rather than merely transformational phase, comparable to a caterpillar entering a chrysalis. She believes the current period represents a pivotal turning point that will influence individuals’ development for decades. The incoming “blue light” is said to bring light codes, guidance, and opportunities for personal evolution, particularly through changes experienced in the physical body and energy system.
    14 Main Areas:
    1. The “Blue Light” Evolutionary Wave and Metamorphosis
    2. The Chrysalis Process: Purging, Activation, and Inner Change
    3. Reconnection, Multidimensional Awareness, and the Return of Magic
    4. August Integration and Future “Hinge Points”
    5. Choice Points, Timelines, and Expanding Possibilities
    6. Time Distortion and Accelerated Evolution
    7. Self-Care as the Foundation of Transformation
    8. Emerging “Butterfly” Consciousness and the Light Body
    9. The “Elevator Technique” and Multidimensional Communication
    10. Ancient Wisdom, Astrology, and the Return of Forgotten Knowledge
    11. Baby Boomers as Stabilizers During the Transition
    12. Regeneration, Vitality, and Aging Differently
    13. Rest, Nature, and Preparation for 2027
    14. Collective Awakening and the Emergence of “New Earth”
    ************************
    Sample - 5 of the 14 Areas Expanded:
    #2. The Chrysalis Process: Purging, Activation, and Inner Change
    Nancy explains that between mid-June and late July humanity is moving through a symbolic chrysalis stage:
    • June 11–24 is described as an intense energetic period, characterized by a powerful influx of light.
    • Early July represents a “softening” phase as internal restructuring accelerates.
    • Mid-to-late July brings a crescendo of energy, corresponding with astrological alignments discussed by the interviewer.
    She portrays this process as:
    • A purge of old programming, ancestral patterns, and energetic debris.
    • DNA and epigenetic activation.
    • A dissolution of previous identity structures, followed by reorganization into a new state of being.
    • The interviewer notes that Nancy’s descriptions closely mirror astrological patterns pointing to a major energetic peak during July.
    #5. Choice Points, Timelines, and Expanding Possibilities
    Nancy uses the metaphor of a collapsed highway to explain human evolution. When familiar routes become blocked, people can either:
    • Stay where they are,
    • Slowly clear obstacles one by one, or
    • Find entirely new pathways forward.
    She suggests that expanding consciousness provides access to more possibilities and choices. In her framework:
    • Lower levels of awareness offer fewer options.
    • Higher-dimensional awareness provides increasingly flexible responses to life circumstances.
    One of her most dramatic claims is that during this three-month period some people may shift multiple “timelines,” with extraordinary cases involving as many as sixteen timeline jumps and more typical experiences involving several major shifts in direction or perception.
    #8. Emerging “Butterfly” Consciousness and the Light Body
    Nancy returns to the butterfly metaphor, suggesting that by late August some people may begin to emerge from the chrysalis phase.
    She describes this stage as:
    • Having new capacities but still learning how to use them.
    • Moving gradually into a lighter way of living over the next three years.
    • Becoming more sensitive to food, alcohol, sugar, and other lifestyle choices.
    • Experiencing increased activation of what she calls the “light body.”
    Rather than expecting sudden supernatural abilities, she compares the process to a child learning to crawl and walk. The emphasis is on gradual development, growing sensitivity, and learning to function in a new energetic state.
    The segment ends as Nancy introduces an “elevator technique,” an exercise intended to help people experience different levels of awareness and consciousness.
    #11. Baby Boomers as Stabilizers During the Transition
    One of Nancy’s most distinctive themes concerns the role of older generations.
    According to her:
    • Baby Boomers were born in large numbers not merely because of postwar demographics, but to serve as elders during a major period of global change.
    • People over roughly age 60 help stabilize the collective energetic field through emotional maturity and heart-centered coherence.
    • Their life experience enables them to remain calmer during upheaval and to act as anchors for younger generations.
    She contrasts this with younger people whose emotional lives may fluctuate more dramatically, arguing that elders contribute steadiness and resilience to the collective environment.
    Nancy also believes older adults are experiencing accelerated intuitive and psychic development, describing conference participants in their 80s and 90s actively studying intuition, healing, and consciousness.
    #12. Regeneration, Vitality, and Aging Differently
    Both speakers express optimism about aging.
    They suggest that:
    • Traditional assumptions about inevitable decline may be challenged.
    • Many people are beginning to experience increased vitality, creativity, and personal growth later in life.
    • Future developments in healing and consciousness could support longer, healthier lives.
    The interviewer argues that cultural beliefs about aging function almost like a form of collective conditioning and encourages people to adopt more empowering expectations regarding health and longevity.
    Thank you RunningDeer (Paula) for posting the above discussion between Pam Gregory and Nancy Rebecca . I found it quite uplifting and relevant right now. I was wondering Paula, as you are intuitive, have you been feeling some energetic changes as well? I have had some wonderful feelings of universal conscious connectedness when I am feeling open to it, it's always hard to explain
    Hi Harmony,
    Yes. For example, when I wake up and before my brain fully gets into gear, there’s an inner knowing that something has shifted. There’s a brightness to my environment that feels different. Other times, I catch myself thinking, something has shifted. And then there are moments when, out of the blue, a subtle surge of energy moves through my body.
    I’m also experiencing changes in my balance. There’s a slight pull to one side, and sometimes it’s strong enough that it takes a few steps for my body to right itself. In those moments, I hear myself asking, “Energy shift? Timeline shift? Body adjustment?
    My connection to nature has changed as well. Rather than simply engaging with it on my walks, I feel more a part of it, more woven into it.
    The inner work, the shadow aspects, has become different, too. What once felt heavy and repetitive now feels more like an exercise in observation. I can see it from a broader perspective and watch it fade, rather than having it cycle endlessly through my mind.
    I also get occasional glimpses or impressions of living within a manufactured or controlled environment. It’s not knowledge gained through research. It feels like a different kind of understanding. Because of that, I find myself less burdened by what’s happening “out there.
    Now more than ever, I feel called to keep my body healthy and strong and my mind sharp. That has always been important to me, but it feels as though it has shifted into another gear. I’m here for the show, and I plan to see it all the way through.
    ............
    Thank you for your insightful reply Paula, and most of those observations I have been feeling too. It's nice to hear what others are feeling as it is likely a global energy we are adjusting to.
    It is the same for me how you so aptly described feeling "woven" into nature when you out experiencing a kind of reciprocating "love" or entwining of the spaces.
    Also that feeling of quickly shedding off some old feeling from a past experience or something like a reaction being triggered can be quickly recognised and is like water off a ducks back because it's understood for what it is
    I have been thinking alot about a dream I wrote about a while back on the Here and Now thread where I could see how all of our material reality was made of of small bits of sparkling energy bits (very scientific ) and just by our thoughts they can be changed instantly as the conscious information in everything around us is listening when we are attuned with our heart because we wish no harm and only pure shared existance. Thank you for sharing your intuitive experiences
    The inner work, the shadow aspects, has become different, too. What once felt heavy and repetitive now feels more like an exercise in observation. I can see it from a broader perspective and watch it fade, rather than having it cycle endlessly through my mind.
    I also get occasional glimpses or impressions of living within a manufactured or controlled environment. It’s not knowledge gained through research. It feels like a different kind of understanding. Because of that, I find myself less burdened by what’s happening “out there.
    Now more than ever, I feel called to keep my body healthy and strong and my mind sharp. That has always been important to me, but it feels as though it has shifted into another gear. I’m here for the show, and I plan to see it all the way through.
    I have been thinking alot about a dream I wrote about a while back on the Here and Now thread where I could see how all of our material reality was made of of small bits of sparkling energy bits (very scientific ) and just by our thoughts they can be changed instantly as the conscious information in everything around us is listening when we are attuned with our heart because we wish no harm and only pure shared existance. Thank you for sharing your intuitive experiences
    Harmony, reading about your scientific dream triggered something I saw 3-4 years ago. It’s helped me understand more about this world. I saw a grid matrix across the sky. As soon as it registered in the brain, it faded. I’ve been thinking about that more these days.
    Could be this grid what both of you are looking at?...
    I would highly recommend the movie In the Hand of Dante. It is a layered and complex story that stands out. It did get a lot of criticism because critics and audiences found it too long and complex, and real.
    Quote In the Hand of Dante is a 2025 drama film directed by Julian Schnabel, who co-wrote the screenplay with Louise Kugelberg, based on the 2002 novel by Nick Tosches. It follows a handwritten manuscript of Dante Alighieri's Divine Comedy found in the Vatican library, which makes its way to a mob boss in New York City, ending up in the hands of Nick Tosches. It stars Oscar Isaac alongside an ensemble cast that includes Gal Gadot, Gerard Butler, John Malkovich, Louis Cancelmi, Sabrina Impacciatore, Benjamin Clementine, Martin Scorsese, Al Pacino and Jason Momoa.
    The Mobility Test That Predicts How Long You’ll Live: Will Harlow
    A 30-second test with nothing but a chair can tell you whether you'll be independent or dependent at 80. Most people score lower than they expect and don't find out until something goes wrong. Here's the stat that stopped me cold: for older adults, the hip often breaks before the fall. The bone gives out first. The fall is what happens next. And most doctors never mention it. UK physiotherapist Will Harlow breaks down why your knee pain usually isn't coming from your knee, how even people in their 90s rebuilt leg strength by 175% in eight weeks, and the one movement test that predicts your longevity better than most bloodwork panels.
    AI generated main points:
    • Many age-related problems are incorrectly viewed as unavoidable consequences of aging.
    • Chronic pain, weakness, and loss of function are often treatable and preventable.
    • The four pillars of independence are:
    • Mobility
    • Strength and muscle mass
    • Balance
    • Skeletal health (bones and joints)
    • Muscle mass is a major predictor of longevity and overall health.
    • Sarcopenia (age-related muscle loss) begins earlier and progresses faster than many people realize.
    • Even people in their 90s can make dramatic strength gains with training.
    • Short "exercise snacks" (30–60 seconds of activity throughout the day) can effectively improve fitness and function.
    • Pain is not always caused by physical injury; fear of movement and neural factors can amplify pain.
    • Many chronic pain conditions stem from poor biomechanics and movement patterns rather than structural damage.
    • For sciatica, identifying movements that worsen symptoms and favoring movements that relieve symptoms can help recovery.
    • Walking, restoring mobility, and rebuilding strength are important components of sciatica rehabilitation.
    • The 30-second sit-to-stand test is a useful indicator of leg strength, fall risk, and overall functional health.
    • Strong quadriceps and glute muscles are critical for maintaining independence and preventing falls.
    • Falls and hip fractures are major health risks in older adults and are often linked to poor strength and bone health.
    • Progress is possible at any age; consistent movement and strength training can significantly improve quality of life and independence.
