I happened to stumble upon a book from 1920 exposing and protesting vaccines.
In particular, he claims then that more deaths were caused from the smallpox vaccine than from actual smallpox, and he cites statistics from the previous 15 years prior to the vaccine introduction to prove it.

This is absolutely true. I have had quite a few clients who lost their souls due to the Covid "vaccine". Thus, I believe there are millions of soulless people on the planet right now. The numbers are way too big for me to handle, or try to remedy.

Interesting quotes attributed to Dr Rudolf Steiner. Before accepting them at face value, I would be very interested to know the original source. Are these actual, direct quotations from one or more of his lectures or books and if so, which ones? Or are they modern paraphrases that combine several passages?

I have found over the years that many well known quotes circulating online turn out to be shortened, edited and/or taken out of context. That's not to say the underlying ideas are wrong, only that the original wording and context can sometimes make quite a difference.

177. The Fall of the Spirits of Darkness: The Fallen Spirits' Influence in the World 27 Oct 1917, Dornach

I have told you that the spirits of darkness are going to inspire their human hosts, in whom they will be dwelling, to find a vaccine that will drive all inclination towards spirituality out of people's souls when they are still very young, and this will happen in a roundabout way through the living body.

The time will come, and it may not be far off, that people will say: It is pathological for people to even think in terms of spirit and soul. ‘Sound’ people will speak of nothing but the body. It will be considered a sign of illness for anyone to arrive at the idea of any such thing as a spirit or a soul. People who think like that will be considered to be sick and — you can be quite sure of it — a medicine will be found for this. At Constantinople the spirit was made non-existent. The soul will be made non-existent with the aid of a drug. Taking a ‘sound point of view’, people will invent a vaccine to influence the organism as early as possible, preferably as soon as it is born, so that this human body never even gets the idea that there is a soul and a spirit.

The two philosophies of life will be in complete opposition. One movement will need to reflect how concepts and ideas may be developed to meet the reality of soul and spirit. The others, the heirs of modern materialism, will look for the vaccine to make the body ‘healthy’, that is, makes its constitution such that this body no longer talks of such rubbish as soul and spirit, but takes a ‘sound’ view of the forces which live in engines and in chemistry and let planets and suns arise from nebulae in the cosmos. Materialistic physicians will be asked to drive the souls out of humanity.

Thank you Rosencross for providing the source. I followed the citations through to the Rudolf Steiner Archive and they answered my original question about where the quotations came from. What struck me was an important distinction between what Steiner actually says and how it is sometimes interpreted today.

One of the key passages from Lecture 13 (27 October 1917) reads:
"...the spirits of darkness are going to inspire their human hosts... to find a vaccine that will drive all inclination towards spirituality out of people's souls... through the living body."

And from the same passage he continues:
"...in future, children will be vaccinated with a substance which it will certainly be possible to produce, and this will make them immune, so that they do not develop foolish inclinations connected with spiritual life, 'foolish' here, of course, in the eyes of materialists."

That is quite different from saying a vaccine literally removes the soul. I can also understand why people point to passages from the earlier Lecture 5 (7 October 1917) particularly where Steiner says, "The soul will be made non-existent with the aid of a drug or where he says materialistic physicians will be asked to "drive the souls out of humanity."

What I found especially interesting is that Steiner explains the comparison himself earlier in the same lecture. Referring to the Council of Constantinople, he says:
"At the Council of Constantinople it was decreed that the spirit did not exist..."

He then adds:
"In the same way attempts will be made to decree the soul, the inner life, as nonexistent."

That suggests he is talking about denial and suppression rather than literal removal. Others may read those passages differently and that is perfectly fair but I think those earlier sentences provide important context for the quotations that are most often shared.

As always, I am not telling anyone what conclusion to reach. I simply find that going back to the original wording usually sharpens the conversation.

Yes KMan, I ponder his stuff from as many perspectives as I can; he himself recommends this. There are also many times he speaks about the soul not incarnating fully into the physical body, which brings about Autism (I have worked with many autistic people). You can look into how Autism has severely increased since vaccination began. Ps: When I worked at a curative Ed School,every parent with an autistic kid said it happenened a few days after vaccination: coincidence perhaps but they all said the same thing. There is so much; I have been reading and studying his works for over 50 years and am still a little toddler.

Grown-ups feel bad a lot. Not the kind of sick where you stay in bed for a few days and then feel better. The kind that lasts and lasts. Sore joints. Sad tummies. A tired heart. Feeling wobbly all the time. Sixty grown-ups out of every hundred have at least one of these.

Some people wanted to know why.

They looked for grown-ups who had never had any of the shots doctors give when you’re a baby. Not a single shot. They found lots and lots of them, all over the country. Then they asked those grown-ups: “How many of you have the kind of sick that lasts and lasts?”

Fewer than three out of every hundred said yes.

Sixty on one side. Three on the other. That is a really big difference.

Then some other people used a very strong microscope to look inside the little bottles the shots come from. They found tiny bits of metal in there. Lead, and other kinds of metal too. No one had told anyone the metal was in there.

Once metal goes into your arm, your body cannot get it back out. It stays. Sometimes it goes to other places in your body. It stays there too. The body tries and tries to clean it up. It can’t. So the trying keeps happening. For a long, long time. Sometimes forever.

There is a shot for cats. Someone checked it too. The cat shot is clean. There is no metal in it.

The shots for children are not clean.

Thanks Rosencross and I appreciate that perspective. I think that willingness to look at something from as many angles as possible is one of the most important parts of genuine inquiry. Too often we either accept a claim too quickly because it resonates with us or dismiss it too quickly because it challenges our existing view.

Over time I have found this approach so valuable that I have been developing a rough framework of my own for exploring claims from different perspectives, looking at where a claim holds up and where it may need more before we can lean on it.

Still refining it but the process itself has been a fascinating journey.

Yep,KMan, I had this funny picture arise a while ago where I imagined a snow globe with 8 billion little flakes, each one a person and all looking toward the central theme in the centre. Every one of them has a different perception of the theme depending on where they are looking from. They are all seeing the truth from their own position of where they are in that moment. Maybe that is where the saying of "My Truth" comes from, as it is right. Just like we all see things from our own point of viewing derived from our personal biography (parents, friends, education etc), everyone is basically right from where they are, but imagine if we could look and see everyone's perspective by moving ourselves to see through their eyes. We wouldn't have to agree, but we would learn a lot and probably not end up arguing and fighting so much. Perhaps!

Some scientists looked very carefully at the shots that doctors give to children. They used a special microscope that can see things much smaller than a speck of dust. They found tiny pieces of metal inside the shots. The metal was too small for your eyes to see, but it was there.

Once a tiny piece of metal goes into your arm with a shot, your body cannot get rid of it. Your body knows how to clean up many things. It does not know how to clean up metal. So the metal stays. When a doctor uses sound waves to look inside a mommy’s tummy at her baby, the sound waves bump into the metal and make tiny bubbles pop next to it.

None of those things would hurt you very much if the metal was not there. And the metal might not hurt you very much if all those other things were not there either. But both of them are there at the same time, and together they do more harm than either of them would do alone.

That is what “negative synergies” means. Two things that would each be small on their own, but when they meet inside your body, they get bigger together.

The people who make the shots have special microscopes too. They could look inside their own bottles. They do not. The people whose job is to keep the shots safe never told them to look. The cat company looked at the cat shots, and the cat shots are clean. The children’s shots are not."

It's very sad. I haven't had a shot in thirty years but everyone in my family has (they won't listen). And every one of my acquaintances has (they won't listen).

Today a friend went to her doctor because yesterday she was stung by a wasp. The doctor prescribed two lots of antibiotics, cortisone cream and a tetanus shot. For a wasp sting that happened yesterday?
