I wonder what they expect me to do. They dont want me to sleep, but they dont want me sitting up either. And when you get about 2 hrs of sleep per night its hard to not sleep if kept laying down. So then they hit me with panic attacks when it inevitable happens. The whole thing is retarded.

I had to be medicated.. your situation sounds way different though. You are lucky to be allowed to sleep at all. Try melatonin?

For me, music helps. I can't exactly drown my thoughts out but it helps when I start to panic. I never want to go back to that panic!!! I thought I was going to be abducted by aliens all the time it was horrible! I'm not sure what you are panicing about but try to remember that it always goes away. And get your sleep... you need it.

I console myself by thinking that a higher power is watching and paying attention. Maybe you don't believe in that's kind of thing. I agreed to give up my privacy completely, because I just want someone nice to be able to see what's going on. It IS retarded. I hope you can manage to keep writing even if it's only a little bit.

Thanks petra, sincerely. I'm a long-time musician and I maintain that when allowed, listen constantly. One of my articles about music gained a large amount of attention here once, though the wrong kind. Panic attacks don't require a catalyst- they are a short-circuit of the system. It's purely mechanical, not psychological.

I do believe in God thanks. I've written extensively on Him- enough for a book, which if I am able to, I may organize. I find this one to be intriguing, though it's more about applying recognition of perspective across all of our understandings.

I know that my internet is routed through the perp's network. It's been confirmed to me, and the most recent confirmation is when I attempted to watch the recent hearing they made my feed just repeat the same 10 minute or so part.

The process is not too different from a VPN. They quickly (sometimes) change what gets to me into what they prefer. I suspect this to be a federal crime actually. Look for signs that this is happening to you as well.

Team sports is an interesting thing. All any individual can do is their best. It creates a dual tier situation: a possible win for the team, and a definite win for the individual that stays the course and never wavers from their intentions.

That happened to me when reading my friend Toms website! The site told me what evil was planning, it seemed to be about ME, and I just lost it! In hindsight now I know he didn't write that. Also I could have hallucinated it too I guess. At the time I wasn't thinking about VPN, more in line with the "matrix" type of stuff where they just edit the code in real time

Edit: So the evil plan was to be able to "edit" a spirit and I can't explain why but at the time I felt like it was "all my fault". I don't anymore. Though I still do feel like a program sometimes..

I see "TI Resistance" groups that can only handle their version of positivity.

I see "Nano Solutions" groups that focus on easy fixes with no basis in science. Difficult problems may require difficullt solutions.

Most of all I see a refusal to organize past the power structures they have in place. These are separate groups and will goddamn stay that way until the end. POWER- it cures what ails ya doesn't it? Well, in the moment anyway...

The targeting program is using the granting of small amounts of power to romance TIs away from being effective. It's limiting one's self and others by proxy to only one side of the wave sign, missing necessary facts.

Remember "Raiders of the Lost Ark"? How that bad guy had half the info burned into his hand? TIs are diggin in the wrong place.

I know- Kev and his truth. I've been marginalized, ignored. My work sits unused. I have nothing to lose. I don;t mind burning bridges over this. Get right or you put as all at risk.

This reminds of a story from history of a particular person being burned on a spit. He had a sense of humor about it, suggesting that he was likely done on that side and should probably be turned over. It stands out though because it's remarkably hard to be in those spirits when being tortured to death.

This reminds ME of when my thoughts "thought" it would be a good idea to torture Hitler! I didn't agree! I just don't agree with torture in any way shape or form, even if it is Hitler. That man was a child once.. and something happened to him. I like to think that maybe his spirit will repent, but I'm not the one judging him, God is.

I've mentioned it in other threads but I feel I should share with you personally. I was asked by my thoughts to write out some rules for "judging based off nothing". It was very polite. So I tried to comply but it was really hard! I decided to write that I trust my parents then. But I also kept saying God is the judge, because I really didn't feel "qualified" to be judging anything. Especially based off nothing.

Don't worry about being too quick You have to be quick in this "business" haha. Thinking in thoughts is MUCH faster than thinking in words too, I'm just not very good at it. I do most of my thinking in words, but sometimes it does get very fast!
