Ben says in this episode that the shift is accelerating even more than he thought originally, and there are fewer tsunami safety zones. More details coming on all that in about a month.
From the transcript (part of a conversation he is having with a colleague) :

"Wildly increasing weirdness in the secular variation in jerks and then a drop off timed perfectly with the move from losing 5% of the Earth's magnetic field per century to 5% per decade.
That trough there, the one that scared the elites.
Frequency is increasing again. Now, another jerk due.
And if it's another huge one, then the prediction for the next super acceleration I forecast last year should in fact be between 2027 and 2033. Yikes.
But this is more yikes. My latest interview on the backlash, this was a pretty cool dude by the way.

The Aspen fire in Colorado is very near to Observer Ranch.
(The first question that leaps to mind for many here is whether the fire was intentionally started by those who would prefer Observer Ranch didn't exist.
I am not aware of any reports as to that, but I haven't done any searching as yet.
Property prices will be plummeting, but it will be interesting to see who purchases land there now.
For as we know, many areas that appear to have been intentionally destroyed, get bought up soon after by those who were no doubt responsible for the destruction. Land at the elevation of that part of Colorado are predicted to be safe from tsunamis caused by the geomagnetic pole reversal, which is now estimated to be coming in the 2030s. Interesting timing, since those new estimates were quite recent. )

"We are deeply saddened by the Aspen Acres fire and the impact on our neighbors. Total acres burned are at 91,981 and officials report 12% containment; this is now the seventh largest wildfire on record in Colorado. Over 1,100 people are currently deployed to fight this fire and it remains the highest-priority fire in the nation.

Containment efforts are underway but expected to take several weeks. Southern Fremont County remains under mandatory evacuation orders; the edge of the current evacuation zone is approximately 10 miles from Observer Ranch Campground. As resources allow, our campground is serving as a shelter and support hub for evacuees.

Event & Resource Updates
Major local activities — July 4th celebrations, farmers markets, and the Whitewater Festival — have been cancelled so resources can be directed to support impacted residents and emergency response.

According to Ben Davidson of Spaceweathernews (and other experts) a blast from the Sun today the size of the Carrington Event in 1859 would bring down the electric grid globally and create planetary chaos.
That's due to the Earth's protective magnetic field which is rapidly diminishing as a result of the geomagnetic pole reversal/12,000 year solar cycle that is ongoing now.
But the destruction of the electric grid is just one of the disasters coming within the next 15 years or so caused by the 12,000 year solar cycle, according to the most recent and credible data (and many prophecies).
The documentaries and playlists on Spaceweathernews give all the details which have been recorded on this thread, and there is more here from other sources as well.
