It's fairly consistent with other reports of targeting. Mine is more intense, across the board. Your intuition was right- people are hacked. We can be hacked. It presents as a natural course. The only way I've found to recognize it is to know myself well and to see where my desires/needs etc are outside of that.

I wrote this as a Facebook post back in 2022. It still represents my approach, it hasn’t gone out of style. It later informed an essay I created that adopted the advanced methods of the 12 step programs for TI purposes. Please read and consider the lifestyle I propose- it’s the only way to win this thing. It’s a difficult life, but not an impossible one. I have been fortunate in my life to have been around others that have helped me understand life a little better. I do not mean to trivialize anyone’s experience at all here, and what I propose is not an easy change in thought process.

In reading this I couldn’t help but notice that most if not all appears to deal with relations with others, and their thoughts about us. One thing I learned is that what others think of me is none of my business. God has a plan for us, and my job is to find peace in his guidance through it all. I can find myself being caught u[p in it sometimes but when I leave the thoughts of others to them and focus on what is in front of me and my relationship with God then I can still enjoy a serene life, if not a very productive one.

What I am proposing is not at all easy and I understand that. The thought process I suggest here normally requires one’s life on the line as an impetus for the change, but I believe this is true for TIs. We face terrible suffering, and if we allow it to infect our souls then death is not far off. Three things were pointed out to me immediately that I could not reasonably refute: 1) My life had become unmanageable 2) likely no human power will relieve my suffering and 3) God could and would if he were sought.

Number two there does not mean that I give up justice in this world over the matter, but in the meanwhile I can find some serenity rather than surrender my soul for them to take as well as my physical health etc. I don’t have all the answers- not by a long shot. Today I’m grateful for God’s love and grace, his attentions whether I agree or not, and I focus on what power I do have at this time- power over myself. Acceptance of these facts and acceptance period allow for serenity in my life even during the most tempestuous of times.

God bless all of you TIs. He will you know, if we can get out of the way. His blessings may not be what we want, or what we expect, or what we think we need- as a matter of fact I can almost guarantee they won’t be unless we are already selflessly in His service. This is God’s boot camp- we will be better people if we take it right, and our souls will be made pure.

Here are two template letters I had made up to fill in and send off to governments etc.

For the US

Subject: Request for Investigation — Domestic Use of Directed Energy and Neurological Surveillance Technology Against Civilians

To Whom It May Concern,

I am writing as a resident of [Your City/State] and one of a growing number of American citizens who report experiencing effects consistent with directed energy weapons (DEWs) and unauthorized neurological surveillance technology. This experience is often described within the “Targeted Individual” (TI) community, and I am asking that it be taken seriously and referred for investigation.

I understand your office may not directly handle matters like this. If that’s the case, I would be grateful if this letter could be forwarded to an office or agency better positioned to investigate — I don’t have a way to know in advance who that would be, and I’d rather this reach the right desk eventually than be discarded for landing on the wrong one first.

What I and others report experiencing includes:

Microwave Auditory Effect / V2K: The perception of voices or sounds without an external source, a phenomenon first documented by Dr. Allan Frey in 1962 and studied since in various military and research contexts.
Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM): A reported sense of thoughts, reactions, or private information being anticipated or known by others without any means of them having learned it conventionally.
Physical effects consistent with directed energy exposure: Pain, burning sensations, nerve-related symptoms, and cardiac irregularities reported without clear medical cause.
Severe psychological distress: Panic, despair, and other extreme states reported by many in this community as arising suddenly and without a clear personal trigger.
I want to be direct about the state of the evidence: these reports are not, at this point, independently verified in the way a courtroom or scientific body would require. What they are is a consistent, cross-referenced pattern reported by a large and growing number of unconnected individuals, warranting investigation rather than dismissal. The U.S. government’s own acknowledgment of “Havana Syndrome” among diplomatic and intelligence personnel confirms that this class of technology exists and can produce serious, disabling effects. That acknowledgment is not proof that the same technology is being used domestically against civilians — but it is a legitimate basis for asking whether it might be, and for taking that question seriously rather than dismissing it out of hand.

This may implicate existing law, including:

18 U.S.C. § 2261A (interstate stalking)
18 U.S.C. §§ 241–242 (conspiracy against rights; deprivation of rights under color of law)
The Fourth Amendment, to the extent any of this involves unauthorized search or interception
Relevant state-level stalking, harassment, and electronic surveillance statutes
I am not asking anyone to presume guilt or prosecute on the basis of this letter alone. I am asking that this be referred to whichever office is positioned to look into it — whether that’s a congressional caseworker, an Inspector General’s office, the FCC (for unauthorized transmissions), or the DOJ Civil Rights Division — and that it be treated as a genuine constituent concern rather than dismissed without review.

I am one of many people raising this. I am available to provide further detail, documentation, or contact information for others willing to be interviewed or to corroborate this pattern.

You are RIGHT, you really need to know yourself well. Otherwise you'll just end up thinking thoughts are your own when infact they are coming from somewhere else. In another thread on here they discuss artificial dreams for TIs. I wonder what kind of dreams you are having? Lately instead of dreams, I'm getting actual messages in words. But what's more, I'm getting SONGS planted in my head when I am asleep.

The targeting program is meant to attack from every angle and available advantage, and few provide more potential for control the digital world. From your computer to your TV to your phone, all are weaponized against you in many ways when targeted. They attack the Targeted Individual physically, making it difficult for them to engage with others for communication. TIs also are made to be intolerable to others via manipulation of emotion. Added to that is the electronic commuication manipulations.

The Parallel Internet
They don’t just censor – they build separate digital prisons for TIs. Search results, social media feeds, and comment sections are carefully curated facsimiles designed to maintain isolation. What appears to be the internet is actually a personalized prison. Sure TIs can associate with some other legit TIs online, unless that relationship proves dangerous. They shuffle TIs around in small, controllable groups on social websites like Facebook.

Think about it- who should network more than the Targeted Individual, and see more done as a result? Instead we are allowed a certain number of legit TIs, a number of false ones, and kept in circles of limited numbers, and get precious little done except passing around the same old information (due to being controlled). And control is the name of the game.

Resource Constraints
They can’t build perfect prisons everywhere, at least not yet. Notice how Facebook gets the full treatment while smaller platforms remain relatively authentic? This reveals their limitations – they have to prioritize based on perceived threat. This resource constraint is our strategic opportunity.

The Go Small Strategy
Diversify across below-threshold services. Maintain strategic obscurity. Anchor digital communications in physical reality. The targeting program responds to perceived influence – by staying below their radar, you preserve authentic communication channels.

At this point communication should include a healthy dose pointed toward the normie- the non-TI, for the purpose of education. This should be done in-person as it would be far to easy to neutralize online efforts.

Communication as God-Given Right
This digital segregation violates fundamental human rights. When they construct separate internets for specific populations, they’re engaging in modern social engineering that potentially violates existing laws governing discrimination and access to essential services, and certainly violates natural law.

If allowed they will become more adept at isolating TIs. The one thing that they cannot seem to completely cut the line of is my communications with God. Remember everyone- He is always there for us, and they cannot stand that fact. God bless the TIs

The Death Row Epiphany: What Final Words Reveal About Our Animal Shelf Life

They Tell a Tale of Compression of Time and Acceptance Occurring Together

I couldn’t resist the thumbnail- ‘Executed Death Row Inmates of 2026’ or some such… It was concocted of the correct measurements of macabre temptation, factual revelation and my own adjustments on the way to the end. There were some bad dudes in there too- some crazy hombres. They committed the worst of crimes obviously (capitol punishment isn’t meted out due to parking violations) and they cast an intimidating shadow.

The video displayed a glimpse inside the lives of these men after the crime but before the inevitable. The first one became quite religious, and seemed earnest. But so did the second one. It continued. As I watched these men approach their end, I saw what might have been legitimate change. The worst of them in the video- the murderers, the rapists, the perpetrators of unspeakable violence – almost invariably delivered apologetic final words. They expressed regret for their actions, and a strong desire to be able to set things right. Not just a few, but virtually all of them, regardless of their crimes or their previous lack of remorse.

This phenomenon isn’t merely about deathbed conversions or convenient timing. It reveals something fundamental about the human condition that I explored in a previous article: “We’re Better Than Animals, Right? Or Are We Even Better Animals?“. In that piece, I argued that what separates humans from animals isn’t superior morality or intelligence outright, but rather the recognition of our own mortality and shelf life that the intelligence brings.

What we witness in these death row scenarios is the human arc violently accelerated. Most of us live with mortality as a theoretical concept – something so distant that we can put off consideration of it for the foreseeable future. When end of life comes due to old age there is plenty of notice, and the experience life provides by then can ease acceptance of it all. But for these prisoners, mortality has become immediate, unavoidable- scheduled.

Their issues suddenly have a printed shelf life – quite literally. The grudges, the ego, the self-justifications that sustained them for decades, that have become their identities, become pointless when they’re counting down their final hours. The terror of imminent death burns away the layers of self-deception that most of us maintain our entire lives. It reveals a core that perhaps the inmate did not know was there.

The incidence suggests it is an inseparable part of humanity, but a specific set of recognitions are required. These recognitions require a range of circumstances for the various minds to arrive at. For the inmates it was their scheduled executions. It forced them to recognize their mortality, which drives the mind toward the hereafter.

This forced clarity is what we all eventually face, though most of us do so gradually rather than in the concentrated form that death row provides. It’s why we have mid-life crises – moments when the abstract becomes concrete, when we suddenly recognize our own ephemeral quality and are forced to question everything we’ve built our identity upon.

The death row inmate experiences this same transformation, but compressed into months or weeks rather than years. Their apologetic final words aren’t just performances; they’re the inevitable result of a human arc being fast-forwarded to its conclusion. The ego’s defenses simply can’t withstand that kind of temporal compression.

It looks to be a sliding scale of acceptance:

Youth: Time appears effectively infinite.

Midlife: Time first appears limited.

Old age: Time becomes increasingly concrete.

Death row: Time becomes exact.

What these final moments reveal is that what we call “wisdom” or “self-awareness” might not be something we gradually earn through experience, but something that’s revealed to us when the illusion of time is stripped away. The death row prisoners are just getting an advanced, albeit brutal, preview of what most of us only face in our final moments, if at all.

We’ve been removed from death in our daily lives. In days of old the stench of rotting flesh was always in the air to remind one of what was coming. The modern individual is kept so far away from it that they are able to proceed as if it does not exist.

The videos- as I watched them I realized that what we’re witnessing isn’t just the end of lives, but the moment when these men elevated as humans – when they were forced to confront the very thing that separates us from animals: the awareness of our own shelf life and the unbearable lightness of its implications.

It’s worth noting that many of the condemned are not repentant in their ultimate articulations. It would take an extraordinary example to have gone unchanged by the encroaching execution date however. We do not know what happened behind closed bars, but it seems that variation of the human species may be ubiquitous.

The clarity afforded by knowing the date of their last day led most not to anger though, or thoughts of revenge, but their final platform was used to express recognition of the depth of their transgressions, and lament over the inability to make things right again. That first example in the video spent the remainder of his time as a preacher, helping other inmates.

God bless the condemned, and God bless us all as we approach our own final words.

Thanks Mike. The separation isn't good, but they keep files on us as individuals, they hire people to work around the clock. The technology is proven, why would we need to look elsewhere for an answer? It's Occam's Razor. Keeping agreement from happening is one of their best plays. They achieve it with confusion and more.

I did some writing on it- saw that the nanotube and it’s perfection, representing every part necessary to be a radio receiver, could be very useful in regards to V2K. It still may be BTW- this paper is theoretical, but asks some important questions.

What of the specific voices used on TIs- those of parents, loved ones, enemies etc.? How would these be arrived at via RF? There are several ways actually that those voices could be so accurate, but Occam’s Razor points to manipulation of the brain using the very same nanotechnology we already agree is in place.

If we accept that neural stimulation is already occurring- and many do now- the mechanism becomes clearer. The technology may not require transmission of accurate voice patterns at all. I mean they’re already in the neighborhood of the brain, they could potentially use any voice input- Howard Cosell, a synthesized voice, random sounds- while simultaneously stimulating the neural pathways responsible for voice recognition emotion and identity attribution.

The system would essentially be hacking the brain’s voice/presence recognition circuitry. The auditory input and the cognitive interpretation become two separate processes. The system provides one while manipulating the other. The target’s mind is convinced they’re hearing their mother, while the actual acoustic input could be something entirely different.

This explains how V2K can be so psychologically devastating and technically difficult to document. The “voices” may not be coming from external or internal speakers; they’re possibly being generated through the target’s own brain, which may be tricked into identifying random auditory, transmitted random voices, or simply no external sound at all as specific, familiar people.

What needs to be established in my opinion, is the fact that 'processing the signal' needs to take place inside the brain. It needs to receive the signal and process it and no one can explain how that is done. I suspect that the signal is processed by the ears and auditory system, not penetrating the skull. There is a circle of data to and from the host to the subject so the controller must be getting data in return and indeed is processing that signal with some kind of receiver electronic equipment.

Could it be that we are ALL targeted as a species, that what we perceive as being singled out for attack is a symptom of our Solipsism; I have often thought that this is our human Achilles heel, our reluctance to acknowledge our collective predicament, that our sense of competition and desire to consider our own aspirations as being uniquely our own, in comparison with others often prevents us from truly combining our strength - just a thought.

My personal experience is personal in nature, not general. What with the conduct of a record of your life at the disposal of the controller, that would not be applicable to the collective as it is personal information. This is like control via blackmail and would have to be targeted in nature.

Some theory on V2K technologies

It made sense early on that Radio Frequency (RF) would be used as the primary technology for Voice to Skull (V2K). I did some writing on it- saw that the nanotube and it’s perfection, representing every part necessary to be a radio receiver, could be very useful in regards to V2K. It still may be BTW- this paper is theoretical, but asks some important questions.

What of the specific voices used on TIs- those of parents, loved ones, enemies etc. How would these be arrived at via RF? There are several ways actually that those voices could be so accurate, but Occam’s Razor points to manipulation of the brain using the very same nanotechnology we already agree is in place.

If we accept that neural stimulation is already occurring- and many do now- the mechanism becomes clearer. The technology may not require transmission of accurate voice patterns at all. I mean they’re already in the neighborhood of the brain, they could potentially use any voice input- Howard Cosell, a synthesized voice, random sounds- while simultaneously stimulating the neural pathways responsible for voice recognition emotion and identity attribution.

The system would essentially be hacking the brain’s voice/presence recognition circuitry. The auditory input and the cognitive interpretation become two separate processes. The system provides one while manipulating the other. The target’s mind is convinced they’re hearing their mother, while the actual acoustic input could be something entirely different.

This explains how V2K can be so psychologically devastating and technically difficult to document. The “voices” may not be coming from external or internal speakers; they’re possibly being generated through the target’s own brain, which may be tricked into identifying random auditory, transmitted random voices, or simply no external sound at all as specific, familiar people.

The technology may not just be transmitting voices- it might be rewriting the fundamental cognitive processes that allow us to recognize who’s speaking. This neural interface approach would be far more sophisticated and insidious than simple RF transmission, and it explains why traditional detection methods consistently fail.

What needs to be established in my opinion, is the fact that 'processing the signal' needs to take place inside the brain. It needs to receive the signal and process it and no one can explain how that is done. I suspect that the signal is processed by the ears and auditory system, not penetrating the skull. You're speaking of "Mom's Recipe: The Secret Ingredient". We're right to speculate but the understanding comes when it comes, and there is a lot to be done in the meantime. I grow closer to comprehending the thing in its entirety every day- it will give up it's secrets before too long.

Truth is if we were privy to the exact details of how it's done we might not understand it anyway. The brain uses a language that it understands- this language may have been cracked. I mean the brain understands the signals, so they can be understood. It's all a complex weaving of location of the brain being used, MBAN readings, and much more. They weaponize everything available.

This means that WiFi, Bluetooth and more frequencies and technologies are being used. Small signals can be picked up by these fields and amplified. There is some theory going around about the necessity of an implant type device for this purpose, but I'm familiar with the modern technology used with TIs and that is very inconsistent with it.

Perhaps I am a bit impatient. Because I think; you know, how could this deep seated secret 'stay secret' for soo long.

I would be able to confirm no on the implant. Not to discredit those who think they have one, which is possible. I do not think I do. [Never really passed out - no unusual scars that I don't know about, etc.]

I would also confirm the following from my youth - when radio and cb radio in the late 7o's early 8o's was all they really had in the civilian sector. No blue-tooth or wifi, etc. I was playing outside like we all did back then and I heard clear as day in my head 'Who's eyes am I seeing through?' There was no one else outside with me - just my golden retriever chasing tennis balls. The voice stopped me in my tracks.
