Is goldiew.com. reliable? Has anyone here used it?

I've been looking for a business service provider for a while, and I came across goldiew.com almost by chance through a link shared on another forum. The concept seems pretty good: you can browse profiles, read reviews, compare offers... but I'm having a hard time figuring out whether the listed providers are actually reliable or if it's just a directory that anyone can join without much verification.
I tried to find one on goldiew.com that matched what I was looking for (someone to help with a small management project), and while there are plenty of profiles, some of the reviews are extremely brief, just a couple of lines. That makes it difficult to judge how trustworthy they really are.

Has anyone here already used this platform?
