    Secretary Kennedy

    @SecKennedy

Thank you, Tulsi, for documenting Dr. Fauci's central role in causing the COVID-19 pandemic among the most consequential crimes in human history.

Tulsi Gabbard says there is a path to prosecute Fauci. This is not true.

He was pardoned by Biden. Senior DOJ officials told me months ago when I inquired that it’s nearly impossible for them to prosecute Fauci due to his pardon from Biden which covers 2024.

If an Autopen pardon by a dementia riddled illegitimate president is enough to protect an evil Fauci from prosecution for crimes against humanity then our Country is a joke and we don’t deserve justice.

Yes, and the President has declared his pardon null and void and of no further effect, due to the autopen discoveries of the Oversight Project.

It's a choice NOT to prosecute.

Biden didn't pardon him. An auto-pen that was being used to sign Bidens name was being sold on a per person basis, depending on how bad of a **** bag you had been they would make you pay a lot of cash to get the auto-pen pardon.

Twitter did the same wiith Blue Checks.

    @TonySeruga

    Why the CIA COVID Cover-Up?

The US government cover-up of the origins of the covid virus that hit the world in 2020 was bad enough, but now we know that the CIA itself was involved.

On May 13, James Erdman III—an employee of the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA)—bravely stepped forward to testify to the Senate Homeland Security Committee about a cover-up of the origins of the COVID pandemic instituted by the CIA’s leadership. While the CIA’s official spokeswoman denounced the Committee’s hearing as “political theater” and Democratic members of the Committee refused to even show up, Erdman’s revelations are arguably the most sensational exposure of CIA misdeeds made under oath to a Senate committee since the Church Committee hearings in 1975.

When the American public first learned that a highly infectious variant of a bat coronavirus was killing people in Wuhan, China in January of 2020, it was almost immediately evident that the virus must have come from the Wuhan Institute of Virology (WIV). The WIV’s website openly advertised for post-doctoral researchers to study SARS-related coronaviruses in bats (English translation in figure 1), and the mRNA of the virus itself showed unambiguous signs of a deliberate and selective insertion of a furin cleavage sequence and other artificial modifications that greatly increased infectivity in humans.

When a January 31, 2020 Zerohedge article began to publicize concerns about the virus’s possible WIV origins, Dr. Jeremy Farrar of the Wellcome Trust took notice and brought it to the attention of Dr. Anthony Fauci—head of the National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases (NIAID)—in a February 2, 2020 email.

As Fauci’s emails from this period make clear, panic had already taken hold of his circle. They had realized a few days earlier that the NIAID had funded WIV virus work via subawards through University of North Carolina virologist Ralph Baric. Further email threads raised alarms about how Baric had transferred gain-of-function techniques to his WIV colleagues (tissue culture passaging was specifically mentioned; Baric had also previously employed furin cleavage site insertions) and had even co-authored a 2015 Nature article with the Chinese speculating about a covid-like outbreak. Fauci’s circle was already deeply worried about a possible lab origin of the virus and their own personal connections to it.

Fauci’s circle clearly had a vested interest in squashing any public speculation about SARS-CoV-2 originating in a WIV laboratory in China. Three hours before he forwarded the Zerohedge link, Farrar had warned the group that “questions will get louder and more polarized and people will start to look to who to blame”—avoiding such blame is a plain enough motive for Fauci and friends to initiate a cover-up.

In spite of the grave concerns about the virus’s origins among his own experts, the Zerohedge article seemed to confirm Farrar’s warnings and thus trigger Fauci. A mere four hours after he learned about the Zerohedge article, Fauci urged his circle to “move quickly” with the help of the WHO against “the threat of further distortions on social media” that promoted covid lab origin theories (figure 2). It was the “threat” of adverse publicity and not “the science” that made any discussion of the lab origin conclusion verboten.

Erdman’s testimony casts a much more sinister light on Fauci’s campaign to obscure SARS-CoV-2’s origins. Why would leaders of the CIA collaborate with Fauci by suppressing the classified internal conclusions of their own biological experts, and why would they continue to stonewall Congress and attack the credibility of a whistleblower years later? How could the interests of the US intelligence community be so strongly aligned with those of Fauci and the Chinese?

While Erdman didn’t answer these questions, there is another covid whistleblower who shed some light on them. He is Dr. Andrew Huff, former Vice President of the EcoHealth Alliance and author of The Truth About Wuhan. His claim is that EcoHealth acted as a cutout for the Intelligence Advanced Research Projects Activity, an office within the Office of the Director of National Intelligence. EcoHealth participated in a USAID-funded collaborative research agreement known as “PREDICT” and led efforts to work with the WIV to harvest dangerous viruses in China. The discovery of the natural bat coronavirus precursor of SARS-CoV-2 arising from PREDICT’s Chinese operation was published in a 2013 Nature article, whose co-authors including three EcoHealth researchers and PREDICT’s Principal Investigator, Dr. Jonna Mazet of the University of California, Davis.

Federal agencies like the US Agency for International Development (USAID) and the Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) as well as the NIAID were funding a remarkable array of research projects around the world through a small cabal of civilian actors that in aggregate constituted a de facto bioweapons development program. In my former job as a data analyst for the University of California system, I had access to enough data to strongly suspect the existence of such a program prior to reading Dr. Huff’s book. In the section of my own 2023 COVID whistleblower complaint to the University regarding PREDICT, I wrote the following summary, citing Huff as well as various emails, sponsorship documents, and other sources:

There's loads more incriminating evidence now, but will that really make any difference?)

"An inside source with knowledge of Sen. Rand Paul’s plans told The Defender on condition of anonymity that Dr. Anthony Fauci is expected next month to testify under oath before the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs about “everything” — from his involvement in funding gain-of-function research that may have created COVID-19 to the subsequent cover-up of a possible lab leak.

Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) on Monday subpoenaed Dr. Anthony Fauci to testify publicly next month before the U.S. Senate, after Fauci backed out of a voluntary appearance.

Fauci will have to testify before the Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs, which Paul chairs.

“Today, I have issued a subpoena requiring him to testify before the Committee, in public, next month,” Paul wrote in a post on X on Monday.

An inside source with knowledge of Paul’s plans told The Defender on condition of anonymity that Fauci is expected to testify under oath about “everything” — from his involvement in funding gain-of-function research that may have created COVID-19 to the subsequent cover-up of a possible lab leak.

In an interview with Semafor, Paul said he will also ask Fauci about the destruction of federal records and about the preemptive pardon former President Joe Biden granted him last year.

The pardon shields Fauci from federal prosecution for his official acts dating back to 2014.

“He’s been slow-walking information to us for six months or more,” Paul told Semafor. “We’ve been negotiating over the date for several months. He agreed, then he said he wouldn’t. So, I think it’s time that we bring him in. I think there’s a lot to discuss.”

Speaking to CNBC’s “Squawk Box” today, Paul credited U.S. Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. for aiding in Paul’s COVID-19 origins investigation.

“We’ve gotten more evidence over the last year. From the Biden administration, they revealed nothing. From the Trump administration, particularly with Secretary Kennedy, we’ve gotten a lot of information,” Paul said.

Deposition ‘about holding Fauci to account’

Investigative journalist Paul D. Thacker, editor of The Disinformation Chronicle and a former Senate investigator, said the deposition “will be about holding Fauci to account for the sake of all the Americans who were harmed by his policies and who were ridiculed as ‘conspiracy theorists’ for noting his dishonesty.”

Paul did not formally announce the date when Fauci is scheduled to testify, but the hearing has reportedly been set for July 29. Paul told CNBC, though, that Fauci may challenge the subpoena in court.

    Paul said:

“I think it’s going to be a challenge to get him. I think we will have to fight him in court. But the one thing about the January 6th committee that was a good precedent is the courts have upheld congressional subpoenas. So I think there’s a very good chance the court will command him to come.”

Children’s Health Defense CEO Mary Holland applauded the subpoena. She said:

“It is not shocking that Sen. Rand Paul finally issued a subpoena to Dr. Tony Fauci, the voice of the government and mainstream media during COVID. What is shocking is that Dr. Fauci refuses to testify voluntarily, after having agreed to do so.

“People who trusted, supported and nearly beatified Dr. Fauci throughout COVID must wonder why he refuses to speak.”

Attorney Greg Glaser said the subpoena “is a direct consequence of the public trust being exhausted.”

“Rand Paul subpoenaing Fauci is essential for accountability in the post-COVID era. For five years, Fauci has operated as an untouchable figure behind a wall of institutional immunity and media deference. That wall is finally cracking,” Glaser said.

‘The very definition of a cover-up’

In several follow-up posts on X, Paul elaborated on his allegations that Fauci oversaw risky gain-of-function research, which increases the transmissibility or virulence of viruses, at U.S. biolabs and China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology.

In one post, Paul wrote that U.S. taxpayer money “funded gain-of-function research” at the Wuhan lab, which “likely caused the COVID pandemic.”

Fauci’s subpoena comes just days after outgoing Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard released documents indicating that Fauci funded gain-of-function research that led to the development and subsequent leak of COVID-19 — and that he sought to suppress evidence of the funding and the lab leak.

“Anthony Fauci didn’t just fund dangerous research at the Wuhan lab. He personally shaped what the intelligence community told the American people about COVID’s origins,” Paul wrote on X.

The subpoena also comes on the heels of Senate testimony last month by CIA whistleblower James E. Erdman III. He testified that Fauci intentionally helped cover up evidence showing that COVID-19 emerged from the Wuhan lab.

“There is such overwhelming evidence that Dr. Fauci used the intelligence agencies to support his gain-of-function agenda, that it’s truly shocking that just one Congressman is subpoenaing him,” said Stephanie Weidle, executive director of Feds for Freedom, a watchdog group Erdman co-founded.

Glaser said the evidence against Fauci goes beyond what was contained in the documents Gabbard recently released. “The Gabbard documents are not the only evidence. There is a growing body of material showing that the intelligence community had information about a lab incident that was suppressed,” he said.

Rutgers University molecular biologist Richard Ebright, Ph.D., agreed. He suggested that Fauci’s responsibility for gain-of-function research is only the tip of the iceberg.

“Fauci willfully violated federal policies on gain-of-function and enhanced potential pandemic pathogen research; committed conspiracy to defraud, fraud, perjury, destruction of federal records, and obstruction; and caused a pandemic that killed 20 million and cost $25 trillion,” Ebright said.

‘There could be some real drama on the way’

Legal experts and commentators have suggested that Biden’s preemptive pardon may not fully protect Fauci during his congressional testimony next month.

“Fauci can be indicted if he fails to be honest about his former lies, for which he needed a pardon,” Thacker said, noting that Fauci may otherwise face perjury charges.

“His pardon means no 5th Amendment protection, according to court precedent, so he might have to tell the truth. There could be some real drama on the way,” said Jeffrey Tucker, president and founder of the Brownstone Institute.

Conservative commentator Michael Knowles told NewsNation’s “CUOMO” that Fauci committed perjury during his 2024 congressional testimony, when he claimed that he did not discuss COVID-19’s origins with intelligence officials. Recently released documents show that Fauci discussed COVID-19’s origins with intelligence officials.

“That was clear perjury, and that’s within the statute of limitations,” Knowles told NewsNation. “We know that from CIA briefings. We know that from whistleblowers.”

In an interview with The Defender earlier this month, Ebright said Fauci faces a limited range of options regarding how to approach his congressional testimony.

Ebright said Fauci can respond truthfully, “confessing that he committed conspiracy to defraud, fraud, perjury, misuse of federal funds, destruction of federal records and obstruction.” Or he can provide false testimony and risk perjury charges, or feign mental incapacitation and inability to recall.

During a closed-door interview with the U.S. House of Representatives in 2024, Fauci claimed more than 100 times that he did not recall details about the federal pandemic response and COVID-19’s origins.

“Fauci has proven himself extremely wily in testimony in the past, but that was before we had all the receipts,” Tucker said. “At this point, he will face a genuine grilling on established facts and known relationships.”

“People are going to get to see ‘The Real Anthony Fauci‘ next time he appears in the Senate to mumble, ‘I do not recall,’ hundreds of times,” Holland said.

Is Biden’s preemptive pardon of Fauci unconstitutional?

Paul has pushed for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) to indict Fauci on perjury charges for allegedly lying to Congress during testimony in May 2021 by claiming that the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) never funded gain-of-function research.

The five-year statute of limitations for indicting Fauci for his May 2021 testimony expired last month.

However, Fauci provided similar testimony in July 2021, telling the Senate that NIAID did not fund gain-of-function research, that research involving bat coronaviruses did not fit the definition of such research and that he hadn’t previously lied to Congress. The statute of limitations for that testimony expires next month.

Others have suggested Fauci may face perjury charges as late as 2029, for congressional testimony in 2024 when he claimed he never conducted official National Institutes of Health (NIH) business using his personal email account.

In April, a grand jury indicted Dr. David Morens, formerly a top aide to Fauci at NIAID, for attempting to shield information about COVID-19’s origins from potential Freedom of Information Act review by illegally using his personal email account.

According to Thacker, the DOJ faces organizational challenges that may make it difficult for it to pursue a prosecution of Fauci.

“I don’t believe that Fauci will be indicted. [Attorney General] Todd Blanche is down thousands of attorneys at DOJ, and I’m not sure there’s much appetite for going after Fauci,” Thacker said.

But last week, Paul told The National News Desk that the pardon Biden granted Fauci is likely unconstitutional and “should be challenged in court.”

“How do you pardon someone in advance of a charge?” Paul asked. “A court could look at this and say that’s way too broad.” "

In 2014, 300 scientists warned Anthony Fauci would start a global pandemic. Following the high-profile escape of three bugs from U.S. labs, these 300 scientists sent a letter to President Obama, urging him to shut down Anthony Fauci's gain-of-function research. Obama issued a moratorium and shut down 18 of the worst projects by Anthony Fauci. In the end, he really didn't shut them down. Instead, Obama moved the research offshore to places like Ukraine, the former Soviet State of Georgia, and the Wuhan Institute of Virology in Wuhan, China. Now, it is widely accepted that COVID-19 originated from that very lab in Wuhan, China. Those 300 scientists were right about Fauci… But the big question is, why are people like him so obsessed with creating dangerous pathogens in the first place?

    Exclamation Re: Fauci

The revelations from Fauci's diary released by Senator Rand Paul paint a damning picture of the man who for years was considered the face of the American fight against the coronavirus. More than 1,100 pages of personal notes and internal emails reveal not a driven scientist fighting for the truth, but someone who deliberately manipulated the public narrative to his own advantage — and extensively praised himself for it.
    • It started with the first signs of the virus
On January 31, 2020, Fauci received a phone call from scientists who were seriously concerned about the structure of the coronavirus. They pointed specifically to a mutation in the spike protein — something that, in their view, could not possibly have arisen naturally. They spoke openly about a possible lab leak. The next day, Fauci convened a larger meeting with twelve experts. Ten of those twelve shared the concern that the virus had been created artificially.

Just three days later, a draft text was already circulating that drew the opposite conclusion. That text culminated in the famous article 'The proximal origin of SARS-CoV-2', published in Nature Medicine, which claimed that the virus definitely did not originate in a lab. Lead author Kristian Andersen confirmed that the article had been initiated by Fauci and his colleague Francis Collins. Both reviewed it before publication. Fauci's reaction to Andersen: “Nice work.” Two months later, Andersen received a grant of 8.9 million dollars through Fauci's institute.
    • The doubt that never reached the public
What stands out in the released documents is the systematic pattern: internally, Fauci knew of the scientific uncertainty, but outwardly he declared with full conviction that the virus had an “obvious” natural origin. In May 2020, he told National Geographic that the evidence pointed “very, very strongly” to an unmanipulated variant. Those personal doubts from his diary never came anywhere near a microphone.

Even more remarkable is how his account of that early meeting has systematically changed over the years. Where he initially noted that ten of the twelve experts suspected artificial manipulation, he described that same conversation in 2021 as “fifty-fifty.” In a sworn statement to Congress in 2024, he spoke neutrally of a “lively discussion.” The facts shifted every time political necessity demanded it.
    • Masks, double masks, and a mannequin as proof
His face mask policy also has a poor reputation. When he started pushing for wearing two masks at the same time in early 2021, he noted himself that he had already been advocating this for “a while.” The scientific evidence he cited afterwards consisted of a test with a mannequin. No randomized study, no meta-analysis, no risk assessment. Just: a dummy.

Equally telling is what is simply missing from the 1,141-page diary of America’s highest infectious disease authority. The term “peer review” does not appear in it. Nor does “meta-analysis.” “Mental health,” “cost-benefit analysis”—all absent. What is present in abundance: the word “award” eighty times, “hero” forty-nine times, “Instagram” thirty-six times, and 641 mentions starting with “press.”
    • Secretly controlling the CDC from his mobile phone
One of the most explosive parts of the revelations concerns his relationship with then-CDC Director Rochelle Walensky. When the CDC’s independent vaccine advisory panel voted nine to six against the White House’s booster recommendation in September 2021, Fauci got actively to work. He texted Walensky personally and wrote in his diary that he had “begged” her to ignore the vote. After a late-night phone call, she did just that. His diary entry: “Hooray! Rochelle listened to me.”

He had previously noted how he personally convinced the Mayor of New York and the Governor of California to lock down their cities and state — not based on published research, but because they had seen him on television. He described it with barely concealed pride.
    • A global player with a diary full of self-aggrandizement
The scope of his informal influence was both impressive and alarming. Heads of state called him personally. He called Bill Gates once every two weeks. This is the true picture painted by the revelations: not a tireless scientist fighting the pandemic, but an administrator who used the pandemic to maximize his own influence, silence opponents, and steer public debate.
    • dutch 🇳🇱 (+ Multi-Language Options). 🦜🦋🌳
We see every time Fauci is turned to for guidance, he makes bold proclamations without feeling burdened to verify any scientific basis. We also see it in the numbers.

Across 1,141 pages by the nation’s senior infectious disease official during the largest public health event in a century, here is how often certain terms appear.

Never once: “peer review.” “Meta-analysis.” “Risk-benefit.” “Learning loss.” “Mental health.”

    Once: “N95.” “Seroprevalence.” “Cost-benefit.”

Twice: “Cloth mask.” “School closure.” “Natural immunity.”
    Against which:
    • “Award” — 80
    • “Hero” — 49
    • “Instagram” — 36
    • “Bobblehead” — 23
    • “Selfie” — 19
    • Entries headed “PRESS:” — 641

Scientists Receiving NIH Money Nominated Fauci for Prizes
    By Zachary Stieber
    7/27/2026
    https://www.ntd.com/scientists-recei...s_1162319.html

"Dr Anthony Fauci received multiple prizes during the COVID-19 pandemic, including a $1 million prize from an Israeli foundation.

Scientists who have received funding from the National Institutes of Health (NIH), headed by Dr. Anthony Fauci, nominated Fauci for prizes before and during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to emails made public by the office of Sen. Rand Paul (R–Ky.), chairman of the U.S. Senate Committee on Homeland Security & Governmental Affairs, on July 24.

Charles Dinarello, a professor of medicine and immunology at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, nominated Fauci for a Dan David Prize in 2020, a $1 million award given by a foundation in Israel, the emails show.

Dinarello wrote in one email that Fauci and Greg Folkers, an aide who worked closely with Fauci, did “most of the work” on the submission.

The prize included $1 million, with $900,000 going to the winner. Fauci won the prize.

The Dan David Prize awards are based at Tel Aviv University but are an independent program because the prize’s owner, the Dan David Foundation, could opt to move it out of the university, according to an NIH review.

That means accepting the money would not violate the U.S. Constitution’s clauses against accepting foreign gifts, officials said. Tel Aviv University receives some funding from the NIH.

A former American law professor, E. Donald Elliott, disagreed, writing in an op-ed published by The American Spectator after it was announced that Fauci had been awarded the prize that because Tel Aviv receives a majority of its funding from the Israeli government, accepting the money would violate the Constitution.

In certain other instances, government ethics officials determined that Fauci could not take money for prizes, such as from the Georgia Institute of Technology, because the institute was a grantee of the NIH’s National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), which Fauci headed from 1984 to 2022.

“Congratulations….you’re rich!” one NIAID employee told Fauci after the review for the Dan David prize was completed. “I want my 15%” Folkers wrote in a separate email.

NIAID provided millions to Dinarello for research from 1985 through 2020, and about $18 million after he nominated Fauci for the prize, records show.

Dinarello wrote to Folkers in 2021, asking whether Fauci had been asked by a committee to nominate someone for the Shaw Prize.
Fauci told Folkers he thought he had been.

“If Charles wants me to nominate him for the Shaw Prize, I would be happy to do so,” Fauci wrote.
“He would have to write the nomination as he has done in the past.”

    Requested Nominations
Fauci requested nominations from Dr. Barton Haynes, a professor of medicine at the Duke University School of Medicine, on multiple occasions, according to the emails.
In 2018, Haynes nominated Fauci for the Shaw Prize in Life Science and Medicine, which Fauci did not want, according to the emails.
Then Fauci asked Haynes to nominate him for the Heinz Award for the Human Condition after Fauci requested the nomination.

Fauci said that his team would handle the nomination papers.

“The only minor glitch is that in order to nominate me, you need to write to them, send your [curriculum vitae] and indicate that you want to serve as a nominator,” Fauci said.

“They do this because they do not want just anyone nominating anyone.”

“Yep, will do this straightaway,” Haynes said. “This is a good one, I think, for you.”

Fauci did not win a Heinz Award or The Shaw Prize.

Haynes also agreed to nominate Fauci for the Dan David Prize in 2019. Fauci later realized that the themes for that year were not related to science or medicine and said they would wait until the themes were scientific or medical, according to the emails.

    “Thanks anyway,” he wrote.

Haynes, whose records show he had received more than $100 million in research funding from NIAID prior to 2019, received more than $100 million in additional research funding after nominating Fauci for the Heinz Award.

The NIH, Haynes, and Fauci did not respond to requests for comment by the time of publication.

“The records raise the obvious question of a quid pro quo given the large amount of prize money at hand,” Paul said in a statement."

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. rips Fauci's diary, self-promotion and contradictions

"On Fox News’ ‘The Ingraham Angle,’ Secretary Kennedy Slams Fauci Ahead of Sen. Paul Committee Hearing Scheduled for Wednesday
Sen. Paul released a tranche of Anthony Fauci diary entries which Kennedy said reveal ‘America’s doctor’ promoting himself – not public health.
On Monday evening, Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. appeared on Fox News anchor Laura Ingraham’s show The Ingraham Angle, to comment on the upcoming Anthony Fauci hearing scheduled for Wednesday.

Fauci, the former director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases, was preemptively pardoned by former president Biden just hours before he left the White House on January 20, 2025. He now faces scrutiny over his leadership during the pandemic.

On Wednesday, July 29, Fauci will face off with Sen. Rand Paul (R-KY) and other members of his Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Committee, on which Paul serves as chairman.

“The mismanagement of this pandemic and these diaries and then the media malpractice that told us all we had to trust the experts, and that he was the expert that they [had] elevated?” Kennedy told Ingraham. “Anybody who did not give complete blind faith to these expert opinions, which we now know were lies, was marginalized, vilified, demonized, censored.”

Cover of The Wuhan Cover-Up and the Terrifying Bioweapons Arms Race by Robert F. Kennedy Jr.

Continued Kennedy, whose bestselling books The Wuhan Coverup and The Real Anthony Fauci are proving more prescient by the day:

“I pointed out that this almost certainly came from the Wuhan lab, and I lost – my Instagram was canceled, a million followers, for ‘misinformation.’ I never put any misinformation up. I put up all the things that we now know are true. And it was called misinformation and the press was part of this collaboration. It was corrupt and it did tremendous damage to the media in this country and to America’s faith in that very important democratic institution. It also did incalculable damage to public health.”

Cover of The Real Anthony Fauci by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. with subtitle naming Bill Gates and Big Pharma.

Over the weekend, Senator Paul released over 1,000 of Fauci’s diary entries including these, re-published in the New York Post:
    https://nypost.com/2026/07/26/opinio...ovid-response/

“It is not hyoperbole [sic] to say that today I am the most famous and talked about person in the country and one of the most recognizable peson [sic] in the world . . . The entire secret service corps is coming over to me and chatting. They let me into the first gate without even checking [my] ID.”

“Big front page article abut [sic] me appeared in the Washington Post. Very flattering,” he wrote on May 21, 2020, noting global deaths of 9,800, with 272 deaths in the US.

“BIG DAY!… USA = 2888 [cases] with 58 deaths . . . I did all 5 Sunday Shows today (my 3rd Fauci 5) with This Week on ABC, Meet the Press on NBC, Face the Nation on CBS, FOX with Chris Wallace and CNN.”

Side by side photos of a young Anthony Fauci holding a slide in a lab coat and an older Fauci in glasses.

And, as reported in The Hill, this:

“Press is going wild with me. Front page in Washintgton [sic] Post yesterday and Op Ed by Maureen Dowd in NY Times today about me and my relationship with the POTUS. Profile by Peter Nicholas on me in The Atlantic. I am trying in several articles and on TV to clarify that the POTUS is talking about hope for therapies although there are no good data, while I must stick to the science and so fundamentally we are approaching this from different, but not conflicting standpoints,” Fauci wrote on March 22, 2020 [grammar and spelling errors are Fauci’s].

Reflecting on Fauci’s diary entries, Kennedy told Ingraham, “I think the starkest impression that you get from reading these diaries is this massive dichotomy between what he was saying privately and what he was simultaneously saying publicly.” "

Rand Paul gives Fauci one last chance to answer the question and stop breaking the law by invoking 5th Amendment rights that no longer apply because of his presidential pardon.

    Fauci refuses.

A vote certifying his contempt is scheduled for next week. If it passes, he is referred to the Justice Department for criminal prosecution.

Contempt of Congress is punishable by up to a year in jail. Perjury carries up to five years.

Once you know that, it suddenly makes sense how Fauci acted this whole hearing. He would rather spend a year in jail than admit what he's done or perjure himself.

PAUL: "I'm going to give you one more opportunity to COMPLY WITH THE LAW... Did you destroy any federal record or tell anyone else to?"

FAUCI: "I respectfully decline to answer..."

PAUL: "Because you refuse to answer, citing a privilege (5th Amendment) that is SUPPORTED because of your pardon and after being denied to do so, this committee has scheduled a vote next week on a resolution certifying your contempt."

The Fauci hearings have taken a dramatic turn, marked by the expulsion of his attorney and bombshell revelations from his personal diary.

The diary entries reveal a troubling obsession with fame during the pandemic, as Fouchy documented his rise to celebrity status while contradicting the official narrative regarding the virus's origins and public health measures.

Covid and the banality of evil. Most people assumed Tony Fauci was either a brilliant scientist or an evil mastermind, or maybe both. His diary reveals he’s just a vain teenage girl pining for cable news hits.

So we all can sue Fauci for the harm he has caused us. Use Pro Se. It costs a few dollars to file. THE FAUCI will have to spend millions on lawyers to TRY to defend himself.

    @RepLuna

Dr. “Mengele” Fauci may be protected by a federal pardon but that does not hold against state prosecution and civil lawsuits.

I am calling on the great Attorneys General and Governors of FL, TX, WV, and AR to bring charges against Fauci for crimes against children in exposing them to a vaccine that has now been PROVEN to hurt people. He is and will go down in history as one of the darkest souls who has ever been in federal government.

There is NO JUSTICE unless he is held responsible for the crimes HE committed against HUMANITY. https://x.com/Acyn/status/2082474215337545995/video/1
