I had a dream revolving around my phone last night, and the being in my head admitted to "hacking my dream"!

In the dream my phone was hacked. I could only access the home screen, no apps would open. My boyfriend was there and I was begging him to fix it but he said no

Someone said in another thread about not being able to dream about your phone so that makes it stand out to me even more. I've never dreamed about my phone before (only someone else's phone).. this is the first time

I have dreams with my phone all time, and like your dream, my phone gets hacked or they don't work properly. I also have dreams where my computers get hacked and then thy whole network including phones all get hacked. They are very stressful dreams.

Oh my God wow! You must be in deep.. I'm sorry it's stressful. Mine kind of was too. I mean, I was begging in it

Do you ever feel like your dream itself is hacked? Or fake?

I know you asked them but one time I was so tired I took a nap on my couch and I was dreaming real hard. Well eventually I awoke but didn't open my eyes and the dream was still happening. So I yelled in my thoughts, 'I'm awake!' and then it stopped. So I think it was affected by an outside source and not natural. Is what I think. So maybe not hacked but certainly fake. I cannot recall the content because I dream so much sometimes I just forget right away when waking up.

Petra asked, "Do you ever feel like your dream itself is hacked? Or fake?"

    No, not really.

One funny thing is that very often I wake up a little confused, like half dreaming still, but I wake up laughing out loud about whatever I was dreaming about.

I would call that a suspicious dream! It sounds like something being “beamed into your head”
Have you ever heard of “screen memories”? That’s another thing I wonder about, it’s like a fake memory covering up a real one. Mine feels like it might have been a screen memory because it was so short.

Not heard of the coined term - screen memories and do not really think I have any examples. My memory is sorta good and sorta not depending.

That sounds awesome!! Especially if it’s a big laugh. I would love it if you could share some funny dreams. I’m jealous
I only recall one dream that I had make me laugh. I was on a synchronized swim team (I can’t swim irl) and the instructor looked at me and said “we have got to do something about those skinny arms”.. my dream kind of insulted me! I woke up laughing then
