Kennedy says Fauci paid Ralph Baric to develop a technique called "no-see-em," which makes pathogens more dangerous and covers up the evidence of human manipulation.

If I shot you in 2020 but you do not die from the wound until 2026 my crimes of assault, battery, attempted murder in 2020 become the crime of murder in 2026. There is no statute of limitation for murder.

A pardon does not apply to crimes committed after the pardon. The bogus auto-pen pardon Fauci received in January 2025 does not shield him from prosecution and punishment at all, but assuming arguendo it does, he is not shielded from criminal prosecution for injuries and deaths that were proximately caused by the death jabs. Even if the autopen pardon is held by the court with the final word to be valid, Fauci is not shielded from civil liability in any court or criminal liability in any state. A valid presidential pardon only applies to federal crimes, not state crimes.

Also, acts of fraud that are carried out with the intent to hide the crimes and/or civil wrongs, toll, that is stop, the applicable statutes of limitation during the time the crime or civil wrong are being concealed. The Covid and death jab crimes and civil wrongs are to this day being concealed. Thus, no statute of limitation has even began to run, much less expire.

Dr. Martin understands this and is directing our attention to one avenue of attack, the PATRIOT [so called ] Act, which contains a provision that includes the use of bio weapons in the definition of terrorism and also includes a provision declaring there is no statute of limitation when a act of terrorism causes death. The Act also extends the statute of limitations from 5 years to 8 years for other injuries not resulting in death. All statutes of limitation are tolled or in the cases of death there is no statute of limitation at all.

There is plenty of time to prosecute Fauci and the other criminal actors for their state and federal crimes and civil wrongs. There is just no, or not enough, will or desire by those in the positions of authority to do so.

That lack of will compounds the felonies and allows these crimes against humanity to not only go unpunished, but to continue unabated.

Now she sits on CNN lecturing you about “misinformation” and “trusting the experts.”

RFK Jr. asked her the only question that matters:

“Do you see your job as ending vaccine hesitancy, or do you see your job as telling the truth to the American people?”

She said “telling the truth.” Then refused to debate the science. Then told him she wouldn’t let him “use our air.”

I had over a million hydroxychloroquine tablets sitting in warehouses, ready to be distributed to doctors and patients across America.

Fauci’s own diary from March 2020 shows he viewed the drug as safe and supported making it available.
