Dr. Charles Hoffe who is a family doctor from Southern British Columbia describes how he was told never to speak badly about the vaccine even though his patients were experiencing adverse reactions to them. The side effects of the coronavirus vaccines are finally the subject of an official parliamentary inquiry in Canada — while most politicians in the Netherlands continue to anxiously avoid the issue. More than a thousand Canadian citizens have come forward to testify about serious health damage they sustained after a coronavirus jab. In the Netherlands, you hardly hear a word about this in the House of Representatives.

• Parliamentary inquiry with hundreds of witnesses

The initiative comes from Dean Allison, a Conservative MP for the Niagara West constituency. He is organizing the so-called Allison Inquiry : a preliminary inquiry that gives affected Canadians the chance to tell their story. The hearings are scheduled from September 8 to 11 on Parliament Hill in Ottawa. About fifty people are expected to testify.

During a press conference in Ottawa , Allison indicated she was completely surprised by the enormous response. Over a thousand people signed up — a multiple of what the organizers had expected. Many of them have been struggling with serious health problems for years and say they feel the medical system has let them down.

• Doctor restricted by own professional association

The most shocking moment of the press conference was the speech by GP Charles Hoffe from southern British Columbia. Hoffe has been working in the same practice since 1993 and primarily serves the First Nations community, the indigenous population. His story shows how far censorship has gone at the medical level.

As soon as the vaccination programs began, Hoffe tried to warn his colleagues about what he was seeing in his own practice: a patient who died suddenly shortly after the jab, three people who became permanently disabled, and several others with serious complaints. He sent an open letter to the provincial health authority of British Columbia, Dr. Bonnie Henry. The response? A vaccine expert declared, without any investigation, that it was all a coincidence.

Hoffe subsequently filed fourteen reports of side effects. All fourteen were dismissed without substantive assessment. He then received a warning letter from the College of Physicians and Surgeons — the professional association of doctors in British Columbia. That letter was sent not only to him, but to every registered doctor in the province: anyone who spoke negatively about the vaccines risked disciplinary proceedings. A collective order to remain silent for the entire medical profession.

• Charges withdrawn — but the damage had already been done

Hoffe was eventually formally charged with spreading disinformation. Shortly before the trial, the professional association withdrew the case — thanks in part to a strong lawyer and eight international experts ready to defend him. The official explanation for withdrawing the charges was that the proceedings had already achieved their goal: deterring other doctors from speaking critically.

In other words: it was never about establishing the truth. It was about stifling dissenting voices. By putting pressure on doctors, an artificial consensus was created that gave the impression that the medical field unanimously supported the vaccines.

• Excess mortality only after vaccination program

In his speech, Hoffe also pointed out a telling pattern in the mortality figures. In the first year of the pandemic, there was no measurable increase in the total number of deaths in Canada. The so-called excess mortality — more deaths than statistically expected — only began after the vaccination programs had been launched.

In the United States, the open adverse events reporting system VAERS has now registered nearly 39,000 cases of people who died unexpectedly within 28 days of receiving their coronavirus shot, and more than 72,000 cases of permanent disability. Yet the official message remains unchanged: safe and effective. Hoffe wondered aloud how many more victims must fall before action is taken.

• The Netherlands remains silent, other countries act

What is now recognized in Canada and the United States as a serious societal problem is being politically hushed up in the Netherlands. Neither the House of Representatives, nor the RIVM or the health authorities have ever initiated an independent investigation into side effects on the scale on which they are being reported by affected individuals. Citizens who have suffered harm are often not taken seriously by doctors who themselves—just as in Canada—felt no room to be critical.

The Allison Inquiry shows that things can be done differently: ordinary citizens are given a platform, doctors like Hoffe finally get a microphone, and parliamentarians take their oversight role seriously. Whether the Netherlands will ever reach that point remains the question for now.

• The study that was supposed to dispel vaccine doubts is now under fire itself:

This is going to be a scientific story, but it needs to be covered. Because the regulators think they can get away with it, and we cannot just let that happen. First, all sorts of “fact checks” appeared claiming that there was no DNA in the mRNA vaccines. It is now acknowledged that there is indeed DNA in those vaccines, but it is said to remain within limits. DNA contamination in mRNA vaccines is at the center of a scientific battle — and now independent researchers are delivering scathing criticism of a study used by regulators to dismiss concerns. Immunologist Jessica Rose, along with Kevin McKernan and David Speicher, published a critical analysis in the journal Oncotarget showing that the study by Achs et al. (2025) is riddled with methodological errors that systematically lead to an underestimation of DNA contamination.

• What was the claim of Achs et al.?

The study by Achs and colleagues claimed to have demonstrated, using four independent measurement methods, that there are no excessive DNA contaminants in the COVID-19 mRNA vaccines from Moderna and BioNTech/Pfizer. Regulators seized upon this conclusion as evidence that the vaccines fall within the applicable limits. That limit is set at 10 nanograms of DNA per dose — a standard that had already been exceeded by multiple independent laboratories in previous analyses. But according to McKernan, Speicher, and Rose, there is little truth to the measurement methods followed. One of the most glaring errors concerns the calculation of molecular weight when converting measured values ​​to DNA nanograms. Achs et al. used the molecular weight of an intact plasmid, while their own data showed that the DNA fragments were on average only 130 to 200 base pairs long. Without the mandatory correction factor for fragmentation, the underestimation can amount to a factor of 120. With the correct correction, even the smallest measured value would exceed the legal limit of 10 nanograms.

• The most dangerous piece of DNA was measured the worst.

Particularly alarming is that the primer set used to measure the spike-coding DNA was much larger than the typical fragment size in the vaccines. Detecting a fragment of 233 base pairs while most fragments are only 150 base pairs long is like looking for a key that is larger than the keyhole. The consequence: precisely the most biologically relevant and potentially most dangerous DNA sequence was systematically underestimated. Researchers who did work with comparable sizes consistently found 4 to 6 times more spike DNA than background DNA — a finding that Achs et al. completely ignored.

• Heating destroys the evidence

To release DNA from the lipid nanoparticles, Achs et al. heated the samples to 95 degrees Celsius for ten minutes. That sounds practical, but scientifically speaking, it is disastrous: heating in an aqueous environment fragments DNA through chemical degradation of base pairs. The measurement method thereby actively destroys the evidence one is trying to quantify. Researchers such as McKernan and Speicher used a technology that requires no heating and can detect DNA fragments up to 5,300 base pairs long. Achs et al. demonstrably possessed this technology but deliberately chose not to use it.

• Moderna itself already acknowledged the risk in patents.

What makes the case even more explosive is that Moderna states in black and white in its own patents that residual DNA in vaccines can activate the innate immune response and be cancer-promoting. The same company acknowledges that introduced DNA can integrate into the genome of host cells and can even be passed on to daughter cells. The SV40 elements present in the production plasmids carry multiple specific risks: they can inactivate the tumor suppressor p53, initiate mutagenic processes via enzymes, and introduce DNA into the cell nucleus. All of this is completely ignored in the study by Achs et al.

• RNA:DNA hybrids: the forgotten danger

The biggest blind spot in the study by Achs et al. is the complete lack of any measurement of RNA:DNA hybrids. During the production of mRNA vaccines, so-called RNA:DNA hybrids are formed—structures in which the spike-coding DNA attaches to the mRNA. BioNTech itself acknowledged in published research that DNase I, the enzyme typically used to degrade residual DNA templates, is at least a hundred times less effective on these hybrids. McKernan and colleagues demonstrated that spike sequences occur 10 to 100 times more frequently in hybrid form, fully protected from degradation by lipid nanoparticles. Achs et al. did not measure this, did not acknowledge it, and nevertheless drew conclusions regarding safety.

• Regulators must take another look

The joint conclusion of McKernan, Speicher, and Rose is unequivocal: the study by Achs et al. contains not minor technical imperfections, but major design flaws that leave the research question unanswered. All errors systematically point in the same direction—underestimation. This inevitably raises questions about the independence of the methodology employed. As long as there are no robust studies that measure RNA:DNA hybrids, map long DNA fragments, and employ correct computational methods, the issue of DNA contamination in mRNA vaccines will remain unresolved. Regulators who rely on Achs et al. to dismiss concerns are standing on quicksand.

In December 2020, the WHO issued a manual aimed at the monitoring of the safety of the Covid-19 shots. The full name of the document is: Covid-19 vaccines safety surveillance manual. The autor of this article only recently discovered the existence of this very important document, after already having been active for years in the field of tissue analysis following the corona shot together with a Dutch foundation for biomedical auditing (BMRK). This was after a targeted search using the search term 'covid-19 vaccines safety manual'. The idea to search in this way stemmed from the knowledge that numerous international safety manuals exist in the aviation industry that prescribe what aviation companies must incorporate into their standard operating procedures. Perhaps the WHO has written such a safety manual regarding the corona shots? And indeed it has!

• Why is that so important?

The manual states that new vaccine technology may be deployed about which we still have little knowledge. Therefore, argued entirely logically, it is extremely important that safety monitoring is properly set up. Paragraph 5 of chapter two, page 50, is titled: 'Deaths after immunisation'. The first sentence states: 'All countries must establish protocols to investigate death after covid-19 vaccination.' :

Subsequently, autopsy and targeted tissue examination are mentioned as preferred methods. As a tool to develop such a protocol, reference is made to a protocol that already existed at the time which was used for targeted investigation in cases of death in correlation with a corona infection. This protocol explicitly mentions the use of technology to stain specific proteins. This technique is called immunohistochemistry and has been widely applied since the 1980s.

Following communication with the Dutch Society of Pathology (NVVP), Agnes Kant of Lareb (Dutch registration of adverse events), and the Dutch Medicines Evaluation Board (CBG), it can be stated with certainty: to date, there is no protocol in the Netherlands for targeted tissue examination following death after the COVID-19 vaccine. Without human tissue examination following the COVID-19 vaccine, it is impossible to properly determine the effects of these injections on people's bodies. The fact that this examination, which is so obvious to experts in the field, has not been carried out demonstrates the failure of the medical academy and the healthcare institutions of the Netherlands. It is a criminal failure of the duty of care. This is not something that was forgotten during the turbulent COVID-19 years, but something that, given the content of the safety manual and common sense, was willfully and knowingly not carried out.

The limited number of publications on this specific subject suggests that the guidelines in the aforementioned WHO manual have not been followed worldwide. This demonstrates the unnecessary endangerment of billions of lives, something that can only be interpreted as a crime against humanity.

How it is possible that very important and obvious instructions from a WHO safety manual have not been followed in a modern Western country such as the Netherlands is a matter that must be investigated to the bottom and for which absolute accountability must be given. To bring this to the attention of the Dutch parliamentary inquiry committee, a demonstration was held in front of the door in The Hague on June 5 from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Three arriving members of the committee were briefed for five minutes about the lack of pathological investigations. The action has been recorded and circulated on social media. The BMRK foundation has sent a follow-up letter to the committee. If the committee and responsible authorities do not provide sufficient follow-up to the subject, legal proceedings will be considered.

In recent years, targeted tissue research following the covid-shots was carried out by a few courageous German researchers. Among them was Professor Pathology Arne Burkhardt (79), who died in 2023 after unexpectedly falling into the water. Burkhardt examined the tissues of approximately one hundred people who died unexpectedly after receiving the covid-shot. Burkhardt observed a pattern of multiple inflammations in their tissues in the presence of spike protein and the absence of another coronavirus-related protein; this is a strong indication that the inflammations are linked to the spike protein produced by body cells based on the injected genetic instruction. Burkhardt considered it likely that the vaccination played a role in the deaths of three-quarters of the deceased examined. When asked what the Dutch Society for Pathology thinks of Burkhardt's results, secretary Vincent Smit replied: “I am not impressed.” To the question of whether the NVVP, as a professional group, has an academic responsibility to perform this specific tissue examination, the answer was: “We are a demand-driven organization.” A significant role can lay by the fact that health insurance ceases upon death. Pathology examinations after death are paid for from the hospital budget, and this is clearly an anti-incentive to conducting research. Agnes Kant (director of the dutch adverse events registration) stated in a personal conversation that autopsy and tissue examination are difficult because families generally do not want them. The experience of the BMRK foundation is different. In collaboration with German scientists, several bereaved relatives have been guided to investigate the death of their loved ones in greater depth. This is perhaps the finest essay I've read yet, on the complex depth of the "virus, vaccine, and cancer" campaign commenced in 1966 with a Nobel prize to Peyton Rous, against humanity.

(This virus, vaccine, and cancer narrative in turn funds major pharmaceutical and medical profits, which in turn help fund the deep corruption of American news media and politicians world wide, but that's beside the primary point of this essay.)

The chemical compound sold today under the label “SV40 promoter” is an industrial construct. It has almost nothing in common with the 1960 bubbles except the name. It is a stack of synthetic DNA sequences built on ceramic beads through automated washes of acids, solvents, and corrosive reagents, designed to force a target cell into rapid, chaotic division.

Both truths point in the same direction. The story of SV40 is the story of an industry that learned how to manufacture cancer by injection and built a regulatory framework to protect the practice.
