No One Is Judged When They Die. Even Abusers Apologize
    • Dr. Mayim Bialik
    • September 4, 2026
    • 2.36M subscribers
What if your intuition isn't just a gut feeling, but a message from Spirit? What if the challenges you're facing today were lessons your soul chose before you were even born? And what if anyone could learn to connect with loved ones who have passed?

In this episode of Mayim Bialik's Breakdown, Barbra Banner (Certified Psychic, Trance & Evidential Medium) shares the extraordinary story of how she unexpectedly became a medium during the pandemic, despite having no previous interest in psychic abilities or mediumship. After experiencing intense paranormal activity in her own home, her life changed forever.

Barbra reveals how she discovered that her gifts run in her family, how her loved ones reacted to her transformation, and how she learned to raise her vibration to connect with Spirit and deliver healing messages from deceased loved ones to help clients find comfort and peace after loss.

She also explains why she believes intuition may actually be Spirit communicating with us, why Spirit often speaks through symbolism instead of words, and how anyone can strengthen their own connection with loved ones on the other side.

You'll also hear her powerful perspective on "Earth School" - the belief that our souls choose certain life lessons and challenges before coming into this lifetime - and why understanding your soul contract can completely change how you view suffering, purpose, and personal growth.

Barbra discusses what it's really like to channel someone you had a difficult or contentious relationship with during life, why she believes there are only 3 emotions experienced on the other side—love, gratitude, and joy—and why mediumship and after-death communication are becoming more accepted around the world.

She also shares how years of volunteering on crisis hotlines unknowingly prepared her to develop her mediumship, why belief often precedes spiritual experiences, and offers thoughtful advice for skeptics who are curious but unsure what to believe.

Whether you're interested in mediumship, psychic phenomena, intuition, spirituality, life after death, near death experiences, consciousness, or connecting with deceased loved ones, this conversation offers a thought-provoking look at one woman's remarkable journey!

Even the Eggs Aren’t Real Anymore
It’s getting harder and harder every year to know what you’re actually eating.

Biotech companies like The Every Company are creating synthetic, lab-grown proteins that are marketed as food.

OvoPro is their “egg” protein that is now sold in Target, Walmart and restaurants.

It’s created by printing a copy of a chicken gene, inserting it into yeast, and merging it with the yeast’s DNA.

    AI Summary and Bullets:

Precision-fermented “egg” protein is real, but it is not a laboratory-grown chicken egg. Companies such as The EVERY Company use genetically engineered yeast to produce ovalbumin, a major protein naturally found in egg whites, which can then be used as an animal-free ingredient in foods. EVERY has confirmed that OvoPro is entering mainstream food distribution, including products sold through Walmart and Target, although publicly identifying the specific finished products is difficult. If you want to avoid it, the key is to read ingredient labels rather than assume every “egg” ingredient is lab-produced.
    • 🥚 OvoPro is not a whole egg; it is an egg-white protein.
    • 🧫 It is made using precision fermentation, rather than chickens.
    • 🧬 Scientists introduce the genetic instructions for egg protein into yeast.
    • 🧪 The engineered yeast produces ovalbumin, which is then harvested and purified.
    • 🌱 The resulting ingredient is described as animal-free/vegan because no chickens are required to produce it.
    • ⚠️ Despite being animal-free, it can still matter to people with egg allergies, because the protein resembles conventional egg protein.
    • 🛒 EVERY has said OvoPro-containing products are being sold through Walmart and Target, but it has not provided a comprehensive public SKU list.
    • 🔎 Look for labels such as “egg white protein (from fermentation),” “egg white protein (from yeast),” “animal-free egg white protein,” or “OvoPro.”
    • ⚠️ “Ovalbumin” alone isn't necessarily proof that an ingredient is precision-fermented; it can also refer to conventional egg-derived protein.
    • 🐔 Ordinary terms such as “egg white,” “dried egg white,” or “powdered egg white” generally indicate conventional chicken-derived egg unless the label specifies otherwise.

5 Alien Orbs Told Her to Stay & Share Their Message: Sharon Stone Saw the Afterlife
    • Dr. Mayim Bialik
    • September 8, 2026
Sharon Stone has never shared a conversation quite like this.

The Basic Instinct and Casino star, bestselling author of The Beauty of Living Twice, artist, producer, and humanitarian opens up on Mayim Bialik's Breakdown about the extraordinary experiences that completely transformed how she sees life, consciousness, death, love, and the universe.

She reveals the near death experience she had after suffering a devastating stroke and coma, traveling through a brilliant light, sensing deceased loved ones, and communicating with mysterious orbs that spoke in what she describes as a digital language. Sharon explains why she believes the soul survives death, why we're not alone in the universe, why there are more than 3 dimensions, and why higher consciousness is something we can all access.

She also recounts the mysterious physical attack that left her repeatedly struck in the chest over several days with absolutely no memory of what happened, being struck by lightning as a teenager, surviving an accident that nearly decapitated her while riding a horse, her thoughts on past lives, and why her father believed she was the reincarnation of an ancient pharaoh.

Sharon shares why she believes high pattern recognition is a genuine form of psychic ability, how prayer feels like a vibrational frequency we can tune into, why energetic boundaries are essential, how she channels while painting, and how her stroke unexpectedly activated synesthesia and new parts of her brain.

Sharon says she believes Mayim is her "soul contact" before giving her a spontaneous palm reading. She also tells the remarkable story of the famous psychic who once worked with Tina Turner and accurately predicted her career, life path, and that she would eventually meet the love of her life later in life.

She opens up about her difficult recovery from her stroke after doctors believed she had less than 30 days to live, how she discovered that prognosis through a tabloid, the years she spent relearning how to read and rebuild motor skills, and why she refused to accept that her story was over.

Sharon reflects on the role that made her a global icon—Basic Instinct—explaining how it helped her discover her authentic self while also opening the door to darker people entering her life. She discusses why she enjoys playing psychologically complex and dark characters, why some actors unfairly earn the label of being "difficult," and why Hollywood often struggles to understand people who grew up outside its world.

She also shares what it was like growing up in rural America, why being a highly precocious child with an exceptionally high IQ shaped her life, how her mother's traumatic childhood affected their family, why gratitude is one of the most powerful healing forces we have, and why our standards of beauty desperately need to evolve.

The conversation explores why she never understood the backlash she received for speaking about the George W. Bush presidency, her deep friendship with Willie Nelson and how he helped her through one of the hardest periods of her life, and what her dating life looks like today, including why she's chosen celibacy.

Sharon reveals why she absolutely loved The Big Bang Theory, why she wanted to appear on the show, and how her lifelong fascination with physics connects to her deepest beliefs about reality itself.

A Hack to Fall Asleep Fast
Close your eyes. Move your eyes slowly to one side and then to the other side. Then up and then down. Then move them counterclockwise in a circle and then clockwise in a circle. And now still with your eyes closed point them towards your nostrils - you’re not crossing your eyes. And then do a long exhale. Do that two or three times.

I normally don't post videos like this, but this young girl's performance is so mesmerizing that it should be seen by as many people as possible. Video 5 minutes

The video featuring Emanne Beasha and Simon Cowell is from her America's Got Talent audition in 2019, when she was 10 years old. Beasha stunned judges with her operatic rendition of "Nessun Dorma" during Season 14 of the show. Her performance was so powerful that Simon Cowell famously vowed to "eat the judging table" if she did not advance, and he later cast the deciding vote to send her to the finals.

What if the next battlefield isn't physical, but your brain?

In this episode of Mayim Bialik's Breakdown, Dr. James Giordano (Professor Emeritus of Neurology and Biochemistry, Chair Emeritus of the Neuroethics Studies Program at Georgetown University Medical Center, served as the consulting neuroscientist on research into the original cases of Havana Syndrome) explores the rapidly evolving world of neuroscience, cognitive warfare, biowarfare, electromagnetic technologies, consciousness, and the ethical questions shaping the future of humanity.

Dr. Giordano examines why he believes the threat of biowarfare deserves far more public attention, revealing examples of biological technologies that could potentially be used to target individuals and discussing how they may influence brain function, physiology, and perception.

He also unpacks the history of covert CIA programs like MKUltra and Operation Artichoke, whose objectives included investigating whether people could be involuntarily controlled, hypnotized, or coerced into acting against their own will - including carrying out assassinations.

We dive into the science behind electromagnetic frequencies, explaining how electromagnetic energy interacts with neurological systems, how these technologies have become dramatically smaller, more precise, and more portable, and their potential military applications, from disrupting drones and aircraft to crowd-control technologies.

Dr. Giordano also explains how sound waves can disorient the nervous system, why symptoms such as headaches and dizziness may vary so widely between individuals, the controversial discussion surrounding microplastics and electrical conductivity, whether visual stimuli can disrupt neurological function, and how Faraday cages may protect against certain electromagnetic energies.

Beyond emerging technologies, the discussion explores one of today's biggest questions: Is cognitive warfare already happening through social media algorithms? Dr. Giordano examines how information environments can shape perception, influence decision-making, and potentially become tools of modern conflict.

The conversation expands into the frontiers of neuroscience and consciousness, asking whether some individuals possess neurological architectures that enable extraordinary cognitive abilities, how life experiences, trauma, and brain structure influence perception, why entheogens may facilitate profound spiritual experiences, whether neurophysiology can help explain reports of telepathy or remote viewing, and whether quantum processes could play a role in brain function and what those implications might be if they do.

Finally, Dr. Giordano tackles the ethics of modern warfare itself: What is truly permissible in war conducted in the name of defense, freedom, or God? How do societies determine who the real enemies are? And why does he believe that when scientists lose their curiosity, they stop being scientists?

Whether you're interested in neuroscience, military technology, psychology, consciousness, philosophy, national security, or the future of humanity, this conversation will challenge your assumptions and leave you questioning far more than you expected!
