“She said that probably my psychiatric report had made a big difference too point. That is lovely but not so important, but the fact that Reiner is free is just unbelievable for me after this three years of torture.
“He will probably try to go Mexico to re-unite with his wife Inka. I quickly wanted to let you know and will let others know too.

My personal opinion about Reiner is that his terrible time of captivity has been necessary for him in order to set him up with some major responsibilties in the World that is Becoming. A future Chancellor of Germany perhaps?
Nelson Mandela and Vaclav Havel come to mind as leaders of their counties who shared the same fate - I’m sure there are others - key people who endure imprisonment by the state and then go on to take key roles in what replaces that state. Gandhi himself went through mistreatment from the dying Indian regime.
This is a key sign of people power having increased strength in the world in recent times. All freedom-loving peope can rejoice with Reiner that this long torture of such a great man is ALMOST over.

Important update from Dr. Reiner Fuellmich – September 16, 2026
Dear friends,
Yesterday I received good news from the Göttingen Regional Court (the same court that sentenced me in April 2025).
They and the prosecutor’s office have dropped the planned second criminal case against me (the one involving an alleged fiduciary duty violation that was meant to keep me locked up longer).
Suddenly they say the people who took more than a million euros from me should just pursue their claims in civil court instead.Why the sudden change?
It has everything to do with the Supreme Court (BGH) illegally backdating its rejection of our appeal by five months. They only told my lawyers on August 18 that they had already rejected it on March 17 without any real explanation.
We had informed the Supreme Court in June/July about our civil lawsuit against the state of Lower Saxony (as employer of the judges and prosecutors). In that lawsuit we demand damages and my immediate release, based on the Supreme Court’s own rulings on “extreme outlier cases” of political persecution and abduction.
Germany’s Civil Code (§839) says no one is above the law — not even judges or prosecutors.I will get out soon anyway under the two-thirds rule (good behavior, no prior record). But I will not let them off the hook. We will push the civil case hard so that those responsible for this scandal are held accountable.
Also interesting: A German medical products agency just admitted (after a FOIA request) that the PCR test was never authorized for diagnostic purposes, exactly as its inventor Kary Mullis always said.
This means all the corona measures based on those overwhelmingly false-positive results had no legal basis whatsoever.
This is precisely what I warned about in my September 2020 statement.
Next weekend (Sept 20) another eastern German state election will deliver another heavy blow to the current government.The end is near, my friends. The end of the monsters.

Last Saturday, more than a hundred people once again stood before the prison walls in Bremervörde in northern Germany to show support for lawyer Reiner Fuellmich, who has been imprisoned for nearly three years. A notable aspect of this vigil was that Fuellmich himself was able to speak to the crowd via a direct telephone connection. What he had to say raises significant questions regarding the integrity of the German justice system.

• Conversation from the cell: what Fuellmich revealed

In his telephone conversation with organizer Andrea Hemming, heard via loudspeaker, Fuellmich spoke of a breakthrough in his legal battle: through an investigative journalist, his team has established that a crucial decision by the Federal Supreme Court (BGH) – in which his appeal was dismissed without justification – is indeed backdated. In other words: the official date of the decision does not match the actual date on which it was made. According to Fuellmich, his team filed a civil lawsuit with the BGH in July, in which the court was confronted with its own jurisprudence for the first time. The core of the argument: a kidnapping with the intent of political persecution always constitutes an “extremely exceptional case,” which should automatically result in an immediate and definitive ban on detention. Fuellmich claims that the BGH panicked and subsequently resorted to an earlier decision—dated March 17—to legally sideline the civil case.

• Not an unfamiliar pattern: political persecution or regular justice?

Fuellmich is no stranger to critical media circles. He was a co-founder of the so-called 'Corona Ausschuss', which collected testimonies during the coronavirus crisis from scientists, doctors, and lawyers worldwide who questioned the official coronavirus policy. He was arrested in Mexico in 2023 and transferred to Germany – a controversial course of events that his supporters consider a kidnapping. His supporters, including lawyer Meike Terhorst and Johanna Bräunlich – who submitted no fewer than 90,000 signatures calling for his release to the German embassy in The Hague on May 5 – point to a pattern of legal irregularities that is difficult to explain as a coincidence.

• Reference to Hans-Jürgen Papier and Pandora's Box

During the telephone conversation, Fuellmich mentioned the name of Hans-Jürgen Papier, former President of the Bundesverfassungsgericht – Germany’s highest constitutional court. Papier has repeatedly advocated for thorough parliamentary and legal clarification of the coronavirus policy. Fuellmich argues that once his own case is fully investigated, a broader truth about the coronavirus pandemic will come to light – a “Pandora’s Box” that, once opened, turns the entire system of accountability upside down.

• AfD, Federal Office for Verfassungsschutz and direct democracy

Fuellmich also commented on the broader political situation in Germany. He drew a connection between his own case and the treatment of the AfD by the Bundesamt für Verfassungsschutz – the German domestic intelligence agency that has labeled the party as “demonstrably far-right.” Fuellmich outright called this organization a “terrorist organization that has completely spiraled out of control,” based on his own experiences. In addition, he spoke about the future of democracy: parties fulfill only a transitional function, and direct democracy is inevitably the next step.

The vigil on September 12 once again drew participants from several countries, including the Netherlands. The atmosphere was musically accompanied and peaceful. For those present, the Fuellmich case symbolizes a broader fight: that of citizens against a system that systematically silences critical voices. Fuellmich himself concluded the conversation with a call for calm and perseverance. He did not sound like someone giving up. On the contrary: “This is the end,” he quoted The Doors – but meant as the end of a system, not of his struggle.
