´Baron Coleman starts by eliminating things, and the first thing he eliminates is the gun. He does not believe Charlie Kirk was shot with a .30-06 from the roof of the Losee Center, and he explains why the same reasoning knocks out every other gunshot scenario too, including a lower-caliber round fired from a different position and the drone theory people keep floating. A drone, he points out, is still a gunshot, and it fails on the same evidence.

That evidence is physical and it is all on video. The necklace flips up into the neck. The microphone gets pulled over. The body goes forward instead of backward, which Coleman says he has never once seen in the enormous amount of shooting footage he watched while researching this. Something arriving with two or three thousand pounds of force does not get leaned into. Then there is the wound itself: a couple of inches of penetration and nothing coming out the other side. He puts that next to Thomas Matthew Crooks, killed at similar distance with a 300 Win Mag, where the round produced sixteen to eighteen inches of travel and multiple entry and exit wounds through the face, shoulder and torso.

Coleman walks through what should have happened next and did not. The shirt, the handheld microphone, the lapel mic, the clothing, the chair, the stand, the table, the tent, all of it was evidence the moment the SUV pulled away. Instead people moved chairs, pulled gear off the tent, poured out water, and stripped SD cards from cameras. Then the ground itself was dug out, roughly eight to ten inches of soil removed and replaced with concrete pavers, which means the scene can never be reconstructed and no one has given a reason. Coleman is an attorney, not a conspiracy hobbyist, and he is careful about what he claims, which makes his last line land harder: this is literally where the term cover-up comes from.´

Erika Kirk views this report as 'proof' that the university is culpable for Charlie's death and will support her claim of hundreds of millions in compensation. Candace Owens sees the report as proof that it was the interference of and choices by TUPSA that compromised safety on that day. The university has new management who seem to be hedging in what they say.

Some may see this report as proof that Charlie was set up by someone inside TUPSA. Others may see it as the arrogance of ignorance that is typical of the support that made Charlie so successful and so rich.

I tend to agree with Candace's evaluation of the report, but I do not think this absolves the university of culpability in Charlie's assassination. They chose to let TUPSA walk in and take control even though they had reservations about the choices being made and knew they did not have the capacity to guarantee security. (TUPSA chose the venue, sold the tickets, set up the stage and provided the security around Charlie.)

Edit to add:
The rabbit hole was deliberately created to create confusion about the shooting and the chaos in the aftermath. This seems to point at someone TUPSA. Arrogance of ignorance or deliberate? That is the rabbit hole.

In my opinion, the number of misrepresentations that TPUSA staff & security team did to UVU, and their non-cooperation with UVU's independent review is evidence that they know they (i.e. TPUSA) are culpable.
The day before he died, Charlie Kirk has relayed to his security team that "they're going to kill me", and asked for higher security. But TPUSA's security team fails to relay these crucial concerns to UVU police the next day. Why ??
I think that is the point that Candace is making, among many others.

After watching this episode, it’s clear to me that the Epstein files were indeed a major factor behind the assassination of Charlie Kirk. As of now, we can still only guess that the Epstein blackmail operation was for the benefit of Israel. But content in the Epstein files that would prove this allegation, if they were released, would be catastrophic for Israel. Imagine, trafficking American kids to blackmail powerful men to do the bidding of Israel. Also very catastrophic to the blackmailed men themselves.

In this episode Candace Owens puts her finger on this troubling issue by reviewing her timeline, as follow.

At 58:41 Candace points out that on July 11, 2025 Tucker Carlson spoke at a TPUSA event, calling out Jeffrey Epstein, “and donors freak out".

Candace adds that Charlie had been calling for the release of the Epstein files every day on his podcast, until he received a special call….

The next day, on July 12, 2025 president Trump called Charlie and scolded him about the TPUSA event the day before that had turned into “an Epstein grievance test”.

Couple of days later, on July 14, 2025 Charlie said on his show that he is going to stop covering the Epstein story.
At 1:00 in this episode there’s a clip of Charlie Kirk on his show stating that he’s done talking about Epstein for the time being, and “I’m gonna trust my friends in the government.” (How did that turn out…)

Not mentioned in the above episode, is the fact that it was only days later, on July 16, 2025 that president Donald Trump declared at a media conference in the oval office that the Epstein files were a "hoax".

And remember, after Charlie was assassinated, Trump went out of his way to vilify prominent people who kept insisting on the release of the Epstein files: Tucker Carlson, Candace Owens, MTG, Thomas Massie,
