One of the indications they're expecting an ELE event is Denver International Airport (DIA) which is probably a designated bugout location. Yet another example of what once again has gone wrong with the CCP's Belt and Road Initiative projects.
They bribe corrupt officials in 3rd world countries to pave the way for them to build huge, expensive, illadvised projects like hydroelectric dams, putting the countries in deep debt.
Then the projects fail due to lack of expertise and research, terrible planning, shoddy construction and even more corruption, but the countries go deeper in debt nevertheless and consequently have even bigger environmental problems as a result.
But with the CCP's foot already firmly wedged in their door, it gets even messier.
The current, newly erupting scandal in Ecuador is a good case in point.
Ecuador for a time was the country Chinese immigrants to the US traveled through, as the Ecuadoran government made it so easy for them.
So along with the CCP presence there, of Chinese workers living and working there while building the dam, and access by the CCP afforded by corrupt Ecuadoran officials, the CCP must have gained quite a bit of power there.
It will be interesting to see what happens next while the current expose continues, of both problems with the dam and the government officials.

The public prosecutor's office reported that an Ecuadorean court convicted former president Lenin 'Moreno on Friday of bribery in connection with the construction of Andean nation's largest hydroelectric plant.

The Attorney General's Office launched the investigation on March 20, 2023. It linked Moreno and his family, local and Chinese business associates, including Ecuador's ex-Chinese ambassador in Quito, with an alleged corrupt network related to the construction of Coca Codo Sinclair, which started operating in 2016, but has been plagued by technical problems ever since.

Judge Manuel Cabrera delivered the ruling, saying that "Moreno's conduct is consistent" with the charges made by the prosecution.

Both his wife and daughter were found guilty. Moreno, 19 other defendants and the prosecutor had all been given sentences of more than six years. According to the Attorney General's Office, Sinohydro paid out approximately $76.1 millions in bribes through fraudulent consulting contracts between 2009 and 2018.

Investigators claimed that the money was routed through offshore bank accounts and shell corporations in tax-havens, to Moreno and his family. The prosecution claimed that Moreno's family and close associates received more than $1,000,000 while Moreno served as vice-president from 2007 to 2013.

Moreno has consistently denied the allegations. He maintains that he was not involved in the signing or oversight of the contracts for the project.

"The prosecutor should be advised that they are looking in the wrong place. You're looking in the wrong place if you don't look at the people who signed the contracts and those who have a habit of requesting kickbacks," Moreno said at the hearing.

Moreno returned from Paraguay, where he served as president between 2017 and 2021, to Ecuador to stand trial."

The Coca Codo Sinclair Hydroelectric Plant in Ecuador, built nine years ago by the Chinese company SinoHydro and financed by the Export-Import Bank of China, is in danger of collapse due to deficiencies in its infrastructure design and errors in geological understanding, Bloomberg reported.

The project has been marred in controversies before operations even began, with construction defects, cost overruns, and allegations of corruption, turning the Coca Codo Sinclair Hydroelectric Plant into a time bomb.

Without energy and in debt

“In its eagerness to gain a foothold in Latin America, China is carrying out large strategic projects such as hydroelectric dams, port terminals, and roads,” Luis Somoza, an Argentine expert in international relations and security issues, told Diálogo. “But the low-quality construction in their projects can paralyze key infrastructure and burden nations with even more costs in the years to come as they try to remedy the problems caused by the mistakes of Chinese engineers.”

In an opinion piece for Argentine news site Infobae, Evan Ellis, research professor of Latin American Studies at the U.S. War Army College Strategic Studies Institute, addresses China’s advances in the South American country in infrastructure, financial cooperation, politics, and security, highlighting the Coca Codo Sinclair, and the considerable debt that Ecuador has accumulated, deriving in great part from China’s failed projects.

The Coca Codo Sinclair’s location is among the biggest problems of the dam, in addition to its shoddy construction and poor-quality materials. The $3-billion hydroelectric plant is at risk of collapsing into a sinkhole, which could worsen the country’s energy crisis, which has been crippled by power rationing, Bloomberg reported.

Staggered blackouts

According to Ecuadorian daily Primicias, between January and June 2024, the hydroelectric plant has only been able to generate 42 percent of its capacity, caused the country to experience 19 blackouts of more than eight hours, “due to failures in the Coca Codo Sinclair spillway,” which allow for passage of surplus water when the reservoir is full.

“The infrastructure was built with an installed capacity of 1500 Megawatts (MW), but technical and hydrological studies indicated from the outset that, due to river flow limitations, that is, because there is not enough water in the location chosen for the hydroelectric plant, only 975 MW could be produced,” Somoza said. “However, in 2024 it only produced 630 MW.”

On the brink of collapse

Among the main problems are the more than 17,000 cracks in the power plant’s eight turbines. These defects, warned the Ecuadorian Comptroller’s Office, threaten to destroy the powerhouse itself, which is the heart of the hydroelectric plant, Primicias reported.

“When it was inaugurated in 2016, it was predicted that Ecuador was going to export energy on a large scale. But the plan did not materialize, because Coca Codo Sinclair is a poorly designed and oversized hydroelectric plant,” Somoza said.

Alexandra Almeida, president of Ecuadorian nongovernmental organization Acción Ecológica, pointed out that two studies by the National Polytechnic School of Ecuador, predating planning for the dam, warned that the site was not suitable for the construction of large-scale works due to its geological composition, Ecuadorian newspaper El Mercurio reported.

Four years after the dam began operations in 2016, a natural lava dam that supported the 150-meter San Rafael Waterfall collapsed, causing landslides and eroding the riverbed leading to the plant’s water intake facility.

Scientists and engineers consulted by Bloomberg agreed that planners should have considered the geological fragile waterfall. “They underestimated the sediment. They never did studies of the San Rafael Waterfall,” said Emilio Cobo, an expert in freshwater ecosystems who worked as an advisor to Ecuador’s Ministry of the Environment.

Expert opinion

In 2024, representatives of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and scientists from the United States Geological Survey (USGS) traveled to Quito to develop effective solutions to stop the advance of regressive erosion that threaten the dam.

USACE personnel made their first technical visit to the hydroelectric plant back in 2021 and have since then worked with Ecuador’s Power Corporation (CELEC), at Ecuador’s request, toward a solution to mitigate the river’s regressive erosion and protect the infrastructure.

According to Ecuadorian daily El Comercio, during a meeting between Ecuadorian authorities and members of USACE, U.S. experts said that, in order to protect this infrastructure, a series of specific works and actions to contain the erosion must be implemented.

“It is a geologically unstable site. It is also at the foot of the active volcano El Reventador; so, it’s also a seismic zone. There were warnings that moving on with the project could have disastrous effects on the population and the environment,” Almeida said. “But the government and pressure from the Chinese company were stronger.”

“China’s aggressive expansion of its energy involvement in the region raises questions for recipient nations, including the possibility of excessive debt, corruption, environmental damage, labor issues, and resentment from local manufacturers, who are often excluded from the provision of goods and services for billion-dollar projects,” Somoza concluded. "

About three weeks ago I sat through most of the 2018 movie How It Ends. That's a pretty blatant and in your face kind of title. A couple on opposite coasts must reunite after a nationwide or global cataclysm. The story didn't state what actually happened but there are clues such as earthquakes, freak storms, volcanic eruptions and compass needles spinning wildly. It complements the 2003 movie The Core where they travel to the center of the earth to restart the core.

A love component in a movie/story provides impetus. I was listening to a Michael Salla video today and he talked about a way to ward-off alien abductions. Rather than invoking the name of Jesus send them the love frequency and sincerely say I love you. I wonder if throwing those heart-shaped Valentine's Day candies would work.

The cause of the event might be a strong shift in the earth's magnetic field, which could explain power outages across the board and loss of communication. There are a few hints pointing in that direction; for example, a compass spinning aimlessly and northern lights over a cabin in Seattle. Shifts in the magnetic field can also trigger heavy changes in the climate as the earth temporarily loses some protection against cosmic rays. Shifts in the past (the last full switch has been around 750,000 years ago) are not proven to have triggered mass extinction events though. Also, this would not explain a sudden volcanic eruption and probably not explain a tsunami-like tide.

That's similar to gang stalkers I deal with who seem to be under a protocol where they can't tell me, but they can show me. According to David Wilcock there's a universal law that states you have to tell someone/everyone what you are going to do before you do it. I imagine that's to avoid the karma of their actions.

They'll be a plague worse that covid with 1-1.5 billion dead.

The Christ statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil changes it to Antarctica or something off world. Behind Mt. Rushmore is an unfinished hall of records that goes seventy feet into the rock face. Under the Giza Plateau there's a rumored hall of records. In the Transylvanian Sunrise book series, they find a chamber matching that description under Giza. In the movie Knowing about a killshot from the sun a coded message about the end of the world was removed from a time capsule at a school. Marshall Masters claims Nibiru is coming into the system from the south. There was a show The Why Files did about a man people around the world see in their dreams. In some accounts he's wearing a medallion that says Go North and there's also a post-apocalyptic movie with the same name.
