This should people repeat many more times about corruptions of Epstein's friends and mafia... for all who were not informed about lying grifting scums in WH... it's my opinion!
I do not represent any political sides... left or right... but, this.. what is happening now is out of touch.... yesterday.. "Melania thanked to Pope for supporting her"... she totally falsified her statement... it is not the truth.... The Pope was active in 16 October... ah ja... remember.. her speech she falsified M Obama... those pathological liars, kleptomaniacs, grifters and child abusers and.... in my opinion of course..
    Utterly agree with you Adam!

A bombshell Vanity Fair report alleges that Jared Kushner's phone was compromised by Russian intelligence, exposing a secret UAE bank account allegedly containing billions of dollars. Kushner's lawyers deny the allegations, but the story raises serious questions about foreign money and its influence on American politics.

Tara Palmeri sits down with investigative journalist Casey Michel, author of *United States of Oligarchy*, to examine the growing influence of billionaires, foreign governments, and wealthy political insiders in Washington.

From a secret 2016 meeting at Trump Tower involving UAE President Mohamed bin Zayed to his brother's reported 49% stake in the Trump family's cryptocurrency business, the financial connections run deep.

With the 2026 midterms approaching, Tara and Casey also explore why Elon Musk has so much at stake, the Trump family's overseas business dealings, Mark Zuckerberg's relationship with China, and why Democrats aren't immune to billionaire influence either.

Trump’s broken promises: economy, war and ICE: Steve Cortes and Mehdi Hasan | Head to Head

With the US midterm elections approaching, the balance of power in Congress is at stake, and the outcome could shape the legacy of President Donald Trump’s second term. As Republicans face growing voter dissatisfaction, Trump’s record has become a central battleground in the fight to control Congress.

Trump faces mounting challenges, including low approval ratings, an unpopular war in Iran, high inflation and petrol prices, economic uncertainty surrounding his tariff policies, and widespread backlash over his immigration crackdown.

How does Trump’s second term measure up against the promises he made on the campaign trail?

In this interview, Mehdi Hasan goes head-to-head with Steve Cortes, a former Trump campaign adviser, who defends the president’s second-term agenda, including his economic and immigration policies, and Islamophobic rhetoric.

    Joining the discussion:

Olivia Troye - Former homeland security and counterterrorism adviser to Vice President Mike Pence
Mike Nellis – Democratic strategist and former senior adviser to Vice President Kamala Harris
Rob Arlett – Former Trump campaign chair and political commentator

Yes. Thanks for that. The fact that your post got a few "Thanks" proves that this thread isn't totally unread. It is just not highly thought of by most forum members.

I think this was once a very good thread and the sentiment "Trump is NOT the answer" really meant something here on the forum. When it was started, Q-anon was gearing up and many members were zealously convinced that Trump would "clean the swamp" and "make America great again". Some of us were open to that possibility, but also felt that it was important to take a critical look at what the Trump Administration was actually doing We posted things about actual legislation the Trump administration enacted, about how their policies were destroying environmental protection and safety nets for the poor, about things that had real consequences for the U.S.A. and for the world. Regardless of whether or not we were "pro" or "anti" Trump, I think this was the most grounded thread on what the Trump Administration was actually doing at the time, while others were drifting in the clouds of idle speculation and hopeful naďveté.

Then, thanks to the mods transferring several hysterical threads here, it became a cesspool. And most people left, but now it is bojancan's private cesspool, maintained all by herself so that he can have an outlet while some of the other threads can reflect a higher degree of critical thinking hygiene.

If anything, this thread has now become a treasure trove of celebrity "thinking" (really, the lack thereof) and how the hysteria and absurd speculation that was once pro-Trump can also be anti-Trump, and how utterly useless it is in helping us understand the problems of our times.

Yes, Trump is NOT the answer, and never was the answer. But also, Trump is not THE PROBLEM either. If aliens abduct Trump today and take him to the far reaches of the galaxy, we will still have the same problems here on earth, nothing will change. We will still be bogged down in war, societal theft and corruption .

No, Trump isn't the problem. Trump isn't the answer. The answer is grounded critical thinking, a commodity that is now completely absent on this thread.

Thank you all who were "lurking" in this thread... thanks to Kriztian for your words...

I was coming in this thread mostly, with my own intention, to let you know, how awful fillings I was having and I still have regarding this Don Con man .. but he is still occupying majority of people heads and hearts positively I see... also in PA...

I expressed my stance toward him, many moths ago... why and when.... but, seams to me, people in PA still brainwashingly believe in this man....
Also, I was in this thread to let it loose some other opinions, which are serious or humorous nature... with some channels owners, which I posted here and are differently align with many different opinion about this man...I seriously express myself, that this thread is NOT private bojancan cesspool .. I never wanted.... I am coming here and I was coming here in THIS CESSPOOL also to hear some witty and humorous expression of different, some times not so deep intellectual grown individuals...
I am not active only in this "my own cesspool", which some of you undermine.. I know... that those who regularly follow this thread are also coming here with intentions to take things lightly and humorously.....
I regularly follow, listen some very very serous good men on different channels.. with different topics I am very interested about..
This thread I am not lately taking seriously anymore, because with Trump, no one wins... he was and is the main reason for current horrendous state of the whole world... and here in different channels those talkers expressing themselves on different ways... they all deserve attention too, not only those in other very serious threads...

No, Trump isn't the problem. Trump isn't the answer. The answer is grounded critical thinking, a commodity that is now completely absent on this thread.

In my opinion, if commodity is now as you said Kriztian completely absent in this thread... I will be out of this thread permanently... you are indirectly judging myself, those talkers in these channels I was placing here and those who are listening / lurking anonymously in this thread...
    What it is then...

I gave up on this thread a long time ago when quantity rather than quality seemingly became more of an objective on the forum.
But if a member with common sense posts here I will occasionally read that, just out of curiosity.
Conditions in the US are bad enough as it is with Trump at the helm, but it was already a huge mess when he was elected
...But unimaginable what kind of mess there would be if Kamala had been elected.
One need only look at what is happening in Europe now to get an idea.

Yes, you and AutumnW and Constance and a few others made this thread worthwhile and helpful, back in the day. Many of them left the forum but I am happy you are still here.

I still seems like a Sisyphean task to connect rational and intelligent thought to political issues on some of the threads on this forum, but thanks for hanging in there!

I am assuming that's a typo there (we all make them) and you meant "feelings" not "fillings" (otherwise, you would just need to get a new dentist )

I can certainly understand that you have those feelings and it's good that you are paying attention to them. We all get awful feelings at times, but bad feelings don't justify bad behaviors, and these behaviors won't make your bad feelings any better. Some people believe their bad feelings justify their abusive behaviors towards others or there substance abuse but this it is not an acceptable excuse. And although posting irrational hysterical clickbait posts is, to a lesser extent, also a bad behavior.

If you really want to grow as a person, something one can do at any stage of life, then challenge yourself to become a better critical thinker. Ask what your posts do? After you watch a video or read an article, try and summarize for yourself with the key facts are, and then ask yourself: is this a reasonable well made argument? is it relevant to what the world needs to know? will it make people more intelligent? Do they really help to clarify the relevant and important facts? If people understand these facts, will the world be a better place? If you think something really is of value, then write a post, and summarize the salient points, and if people want to know more, they will click on it.

If you suffer from these feelings (and most of us have experienced this suffering at some time), do you really need to have other people suffer with you? If you are drowning, do you really want to pull more people into the water and drown with you?

Please try and use this space to make people more thoughtful, more intelligent, more wise. If you do so, you will probably make your self a better person and help yourself to transcend these negative feelings.

Hi Kryztian. You make very good points, no objection there. But Bojan owns this thread, it’s her main venue for getting stuff off her ~78 year old ~Serbian chest. As my mom told me, for a bit, don’t pull wings off flies.

With the 2026 midterms approaching, Tara and Casey also explore why Elon Musk has so much at stake, the Trump family's overseas business dealings, Mark Zuckerberg's relationship with China, and why Democrats aren't immune to billionaire influence either.

Why the Trump Kids Are Sweating a Democratic Takeover
Love it! Thank you for the links. According to the 13 year old girl he raped, Trump is a sexual sadist. He gets off on pain. What's interesting to me is psychopaths aren't necessarily what you'd call, "bisexual." Power and sex are one in the same to them. And causing pain, without consequence to whatever gender is available is the ultimate expression of control and dominance.

I was coming in this thread mostly, with my own intention, to let you know, how awful fillings I was having and I still have regarding this Don Con man ..

It appears to me that Bojan communicates through videos because English is her second language. It's easier for her. Perhaps you should have delivered the same nastygrams to her through private messages.

I was not aware that English was not Bojancan's first language - she communicates as effectively as most other forum members except, like some native English speakers (including myself), she makes a few typos.

If you had been more active on the forum, you might know from the mods posts that there are a few people who would like to have her removed from the forum. A lot of us don't agree with that and have been trying to communicate to her how she improve her posts.

As far as the tone and intention of what I wrote above goes, your comment, if it came from another user, might give me pause to rethink what I wrote, but I have been on this forum for a decade and a half and have read many vicious, hurtful attack posts, and some of the most mean-spirited nastygrams I have seen have been written by you, which is quite ironic because you have also demonstrated that you can write some eloquent, kind and thoughtful posts too.

As I have always understood it, the original main purpose of this forum was to provide a venue where truth could be distinguished from fiction and hype.
Which serves many good purposes, among them to save others who don't have the time from all the time and trouble that is required to do the required research, and to support those who do.
That is not at all the same thing as using the forum simply to vent.
A subforum for that purpose could be helpful in separating the two if we really must have both, but unfortunately, not even that solution has been employed.
When quality is being replaced by quantity, and the tone becomes more like that of a cheap gossip column, the result is that forum members who are devoted to truth become weary and resign, or at best, just become resigned.
Much that is worthy of respect gets lost in the process.
    Each breath a gift...

I think you're right and I apologize to anyone who has been on the receiving end. But....being irritated and angry is one thing, dragging fellow posters through the mud, on a personal level, is another thing entirely. Mentioning their age and ethnicity in mocking tones, isn't cool. And I'm thinking of Johnny Come Lately in that regard. I suggest you come back to the thread in a few days and reread this page.

As I've commented on here before--I was scrolling through posts on another forum after taking a months long break. I found a post I really liked and totally agreed with. Thought it was too bad it was delivered in such a pompous way. To my horror, I realized I'd written it. So I get what you're saying.

I was here when the forum took a hard right turn and thought by creating this thread, it just might illuminate some who were falling for a con job of epic proportions. At the same time, I understood the pull of a character who promised to correct some of the gender, war mongering and cultural idiocies of the Democratic party.

I no longer think discussion or argument works. People have to live through the consequences of their actions.

It's **** around and find out time for everyone. Nobody gets out of the next decade unscathed.

I appreciate your thoughts, your many posts. You write in an eloquent way that draws people in, Kryztian. I am only suggesting that deep criticism should take place in private messages. Take care and my best to you.
