    ROTHSCHILDS FINALLY TAKE OVER UKRAINE

Ukraine's Ministry of Finance has officially signed agreements with the international financial group Rothschild & Co, which will handle preparations for the privatization of Ukrgasbank and Sense Bank.

Together with the company FinPoint, the Western financiers will conduct an asset valuation and organize the sale of state-owned share packages to foreign investors.

Kiev justifies this process with statements about "reducing the state's share" and "the need to attract foreign investment."

Soon all that will remain of the "sovereign state" is the flag and the trident, while all real property will be finally transferred to Western jurisdiction.

🚨MAJOR BREAKING: The Rothschild dynasty has been handed the keys to Ukraine's banking system.

On Friday, October 23, 2026, Ukraine's Ministry of Finance signed three-party agreements with the state-owned banks Ukrgasbank and Sense Bank and London-based N.M. Rothschild & Sons Limited, part of the Rothschild & Co group. The firm, hired in consortium with Ukrainian investment bank FinPoint, will not buy the banks — it will prepare and run their sale to foreign investors. Ukrgasbank is roughly 95% state-owned; Sense Bank was nationalized from Russian-linked Alfa Group in 2023. Both are profitable, and both sit among Ukraine's ten largest lenders.

It happened this way because the process was engineered from outside. Rothschild was chosen through a competitive tender, but the framework was laid down step by step: the Cabinet approved privatization preparations on October 1, 2025, approved the adviser-selection rules on October 29, 2025, and opened the tender on March 31, 2026. The real spur is Ukraine's repeated commitment to the IMF to engage an adviser for exactly these two banks, with sales slated to begin around 2027. Rothschild's role will be to value the assets, package them for investors, market them abroad and organize the tender.

The beneficiaries are the foreign financial groups that end up buying in, plus Rothschild itself, which earns a fixed fee and a success fee of up to 3% of proceeds either way. Ukraine benefits in the short term by raising budget cash while the hryvnia sits at an all-time low of 45.20/$ and the IMF projects a $50–55bn financing gap for 2027–28 — but it pays for that by offloading income-producing assets during a war, at a moment when it is forced to be a seller rather than a holder.

    UNBELIEVABLE!

Pope Leo personally called Putin and Zelenskyy, pushing for a ceasefire in Ukraine.

Now the Trump White House is trying to give MELANIA TRUMP the credit, completely ignoring the Pope’s efforts!

These people will do absolutely ANYTHING to steal the spotlight and rewrite the narrative.

The shamelessness is OFF THE CHARTS!

NEW: Melania Trump is taking credit for a temporary ceasefire in Oleshky, Ukraine, that Pope Leo XIV asked Vladimir Putin for from his hospital bed.

Leo phoned Putin on Oct. 16, three days after lung cancer surgery, then called Volodymyr Zelenskyy two days after he was released.

President Trump has spent much of this year attacking the American pope, once declaring that “if I wasn’t in the White House, Leo wouldn’t be in the Vatican.”

Former British diplomat Ian Proud introduces Alexander Grable. It's an impressive body of work, very detailed, and having just sourced it haven't had time to digest it all fully. At 426 pages is also much too big to embed here but along with the link provided in the video description, it can be accessed here:

Irretrievable Losses: Confirmed Figures Show Far More Ukrainian Dead Than Russian | Alexander Grable

    Description:
In this in-depth discussion, Alexander Grable presents the findings from his paper Irretrievable Losses: Estimating Casualties on the Russo-Ukraine War, published by the Finnish National Defense University. Drawing on confirmed official data — including body exchanges, amputee figures, and cross-checked registries — he challenges the widespread claim that Russian casualties substantially exceed Ukrainian ones.

The evidence points in the opposite direction: Ukrainian losses are far higher, with a ratio of at least ten times more Ukrainian dead than Russian. Importantly, this ten-times figure represents the lower end of the estimates drawn from confirmed like-for-like data, with some categories (such as amputees) indicating substantially higher multiples.

The conversation examines the reliability of Russian and Ukrainian sources, problems with Western media and military journal reporting, the limitations of the Mediazona project’s “confirmed” figures, ammunition production disparities, and the broader economic and attritional realities of the war.

    Topics discussed:
    - Testing the reliability of Russian sources against Ukrainian evidence (Kharkiv case study)
    - Misidentification of vehicles and events in Western military journals (British Army Review example)
    - Critique of Mediazona’s confirmed Russian death figures and verification against official registries
    - Official Ukrainian amputee data and what it implies for killed-in-action estimates
    - Body exchange ratios (approximately 12.5:1 overall) as a confirmed metric
    - Russian ammunition production increases and their relationship to casualty ratios
    - Economic sustainability, attrition warfare, and the limits of Ukrainian regeneration capacity
    - Why continuing the war on current terms is not in Ukraine’s long-term interest

    Default Re: WW3? Ukraine/US vs. Donbass/Russia

The Ukrainian Ministry of Finance has officially signed a cooperation agreement with NM Rothschild & Sons Limited to oversee the sale of two major state-owned banks. Anyone who thought the Rothschild dynasty was a relic of the past is mistaken — the powerful financial family is alive and well and is now on the sidelines of one of the most far-reaching economic operations in the war-torn region of Ukraine.
    • Which banks are on the sales list?
This concerns Ukrgasbank and Sense Bank, two state-owned banks that together account for hundreds of billions of hryvnia in assets. With total assets of over 228 billion hryvnia, Ukrgasbank is the country's seventh-largest bank. Sense Bank, with nearly 158 billion hryvnia, ranks ninth. Together, they represent a significant share of the Ukrainian banking market — and are therefore also an interesting target for Western investors who see opportunities in an exhausted and cheap country.
    • Rothschild as a guide through the sale
Rothschild & Co.'s task is multifaceted: coordinating due diligence, determining the initial sale price, attracting international investors, and organizing the auction. The remuneration consists partly of a fixed fee and partly of a so-called 'success fee' of up to 3 percent of the proceeds. The more the banks yield, the more Rothschild earns. A perverse incentive? Critics would certainly call it that.
Rothschild partners with FinPoint, a local investment bank, in Ukraine. The combination of international financial clout and local market knowledge is no coincidence — it increases the likelihood that foreign buyers can get on board quickly, without too many detours.
    • IMF forces Kiev
This privatization is not a free choice of the Ukrainian government. In multiple rounds of IMF programs, Ukraine committed itself to engaging a financial advisor for the sale of precisely these two banks. The first deadline was set for the end of September 2024. That was not met. A new deadline followed. That was also not met. Ultimately, it will happen in 2026.
In other words: the IMF has repeatedly pressured Kyiv to liquidate state assets as a condition for financial support. That is the classic structural adjustment program that the IMF has imposed on vulnerable countries for decades — from Greece to Argentina. Now it is Ukraine's turn.
    • Not the first time Rothschild has turned up in Kiev
Rothschild & Co previously advised Ukraine on the restructuring of national debt. And state railway company Ukrzaliznytsia also approached the same group this year for the restructuring of Eurobonds. A pattern seems to be emerging: whenever Ukraine is in serious financial trouble, Rothschild pops up. Coincidence? Or is there a structural entanglement between international financial elites and the reconstruction — or rather, the sell-out — of Ukraine? That question may be asked loudly, even though it is taboo in the mainstream press.
    • Transparency or a sham?
Finance Minister Sergii Marchenko speaks of a 'transparent and competitive process'. But transparency is a relative concept when you are a warring nation entirely dependent on Western financing, and where the sales advisor has a profit motive in achieving the highest possible proceeds. Who checks whether the interests of the ordinary Ukrainian citizen—who has been suffering under war, inflation, and uncertainty for years—are being taken into account in this process? The ministry emphasizes that the agreement with Rothschild does not constitute a transfer of ownership and that both banks will continue to function as usual for customers. Formally, that is correct. But the direction is clear: the Ukrainian state is withdrawing from the banking sector, and private capital — most likely international — is stepping in.
    • What does this mean for the average Ukrainian?
Privatization of state banks sounds neutral, but it has concrete consequences. State banks are typically used for social purposes: financing agriculture, social housing, or strategic sectors that are not profitable enough for private parties. As soon as a private — read: profit-driven — owner takes the helm, the course inevitably changes. Loans become more expensive, branches in sparsely populated areas close, and societal responsibilities evaporate. While Ukraine is still in the midst of a devastating war, its economic infrastructure is already being prepared for takeover by Western investors. In this context, privatization is a symptom of something larger: the silent takeover of a nation that is too dependent on foreign financing to say no.
“Watch out, the Russians are coming!” our politicians warn, while Rothschild fills his pockets.

Ukrainian commanders report first known aerial drone rescue of wounded soldier

Ukraine’s armed forces have evacuated a wounded soldier from the front line by drone for the first time, Reuters reported. The news agency recounted the rescue of 49-year-old Kostiantyn Vlasenko in the Kharkiv region, based on his account.

Vlasenko had been on the front line since May 2025, holding a position in a trench with a fellow soldier whose call sign was Basky. They received food and supplies by drone. There was no other way to deliver them — the sheer number of drones made any movement near the front line potentially deadly, Reuters reported.

They were due to rotate out in the fall of 2025, but the two soldiers sent to relieve them were killed on the way to their position. Two more soldiers sent to retrieve their bodies were then killed. Vlasenko said that was when he realized that “no one would get out anymore.”

In mid-February, after 10 months in the trench, Vlasenko and Basky were forced to abandon their position because it had flooded. They moved into a partially destroyed school building. One day, when they went out to collect a package of food and clothing dropped by their fellow soldiers, a Russian reconnaissance drone spotted them. Another drone then struck their position. Basky, who turned 50 that day, was killed.

The blast shattered Vlasenko’s left foot and left his right leg broken and twisted. He managed to crawl into shelter — a pit measuring about 80 by 60 centimeters beneath a metal boiler used to heat the school.

Vlasenko said his left foot gradually “rotted away,” while a bone protruded from his injured right shin. He decided to cut off his right foot as well. “I had to amputate it because it was just dragging along behind me. The leg was dragging so much that the bone was sticking out further and further,” he said.

As Vlasenko “started losing hope,” Reuters reported, his commanders began looking for ways to evacuate him. Using an armored vehicle was impossible because of the drones, so they initially planned to rescue him with unmanned ground vehicles. But drones destroyed two of those vehicles as they tried to reach him.

The commanders then decided to try a new heavy-lift drone capable of carrying a 90-kilogram load for up to 25 kilometers. That was enough: The officers estimated that Vlasenko weighed about 70 kilograms after a year on the front line, and a safe location behind the lines was 15 kilometers away.

Concerning the desperately needed humanitarian intervention required in Alyoshki For those uncertain around what has been happening; Ukrainian UAV operators and other Kiev forces have been deliberately preventing aid, and evacuations taking place, and the situation has become drastic now. Both parties to the conflict have agreed a ceasefire to allow aid and evacuations to take place. For the record, examples of this NATO/Ukrainian activity are saved to the library directories documenting this conflict, and can be provided, as evidence, for those sceptical.

    From Eva Bartlett:
"A temporary ceasefire around the frontline town of Alyoshki in Kherson Region, Russia has taken effect to allow humanitarian aid deliveries and the evacuation of civilians, the Russian Defense Ministry announced.

According to a brief statement by the ministry, the ceasefire began at 4:00 AM Moscow time on Tuesday “in preparation for a humanitarian operation.”

General Valery Gerasimov, Russia’s chief of the General Staff, said last week that military engineers would conduct reconnaissance and ensure “the safe passage of a humanitarian convoy” into the town. The Ukrainian General Staff also confirmed last week that it would observe the truce.

The Russian authorities estimate that 1,500 to 2,000 civilians remain trapped in Alyoshki, on the left bank of the Dnieper River opposite the Ukrainian-held city of Kherson. The town has been largely cut off from supplies for months, with Ukrainian shelling and drone strikes preventing regular aid deliveries, according to Russian officials.

...From October 19-26 alone, Ukrainian forces carried out 18 artillery strikes and more than 120 drone strikes on Alyoshki and its main access roads, according to the Russian Defense Ministry.

Russian officials also said Ukrainian forces used drones to drop mines on roads leading to Alyoshki, further hampering supply deliveries...."

    Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP)

The ultra-nationalist maniacs in Kiev really are trying to create a nuclear incident: it's behaviour best characterised as demonically possessed

Eva Bartlett (again) provides a relevant summary from interviewer questions to Maria Zakharova around activities at the site and in the nearby town of Energodar:
"🎙 Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova’s answer to a media question about the situation surrounding ZNPP (October 26, 2026)

❓ Question: The Kiev regime has stepped up the attacks on the Zaporozhskaya Nuclear Power Plant (ZNPP) and the satellite town of Energodar, which fact has significantly destabilised the operation of the ZNPP. How would you comment on these attacks?

💬 Maria Zakharova: The Kiev authorities completely lost their minds and intensified targeted attacks on the #ZNPP and the satellite town of Energodar, which is home to the plant’s personnel, who continue to perform their duties heroically under extremely challenging conditions, as do their families.

Earlier this week, the Ukrainian forces targeted exclusively civilian sites, namely, an art school and the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s fire and rescue unit. Clearly, unable to strike the ZNPP directly, the Kiev regime continues its futile attempts to destabilise the plant’s operations by intimidating its personnel.

Such criminal actions clearly show that the sole true objective of Zelensky and his junta is to multiply the number of casualties and turn the Zaporozhye Region into a barren land of radioactive contamination.

Having failed the test of their own competence, the former actors continue to labour under the delusion that any criticism, or even condemnation, amounts to publicity that can be monetised.

It is time for the Western patrons and sponsors of this deranged clique, to whom they have effectively given carte blanche to get away with any crimes, to realise that they are dumping their money not merely in a failed anti-Russia project, but also in creating direct radiological threats in the heart of Europe, including to their own citizens.

We are compelled to note that international bodies, above all the #IAEA, have reacted with considerable restraint to Kiev’s provocative antics and have yet to muster the courage to identify Ukraine directly as the culprit. Apparently, they fail to appreciate that such spineless behaviour could lead to catastrophe.

❗️ For our part, we consistently bring detailed information about Ukraine’s outrages to the attention of the international public, including at relevant international forums, and spare no effort to protect the ZNPP, its personnel, and the people of Energodar from Kiev’s attacks."

In a statement on 4 March 2014, Foreign Minister William Hague deceived the House of Commons about the legitimacy of the new regime in Ukraine.

He led the House to believe that the Ukrainian parliament, the Verkhovna Rada, had removed President Yanukovich from power on 22 February in accordance with the Ukrainian constitution.

"It is wrong to question the legitimacy of the new authorities", he said.

It is simply untrue that the Rada followed the procedure laid down in the Ukrainian constitution to impeach and remove a president from power.

Article 108 of the constitution specifies four circumstances in which a president may cease to exercise power before the end of his term. Those are:
    - resignation;
    - inability to exercise his or her powers for reasons of health;
    - removal from office by the procedure of impeachment;
    - death.
The procedure for removal from office by impeachment is laid down in Article 111. It is not unlike that required for the impeachment and removal from power of a US president, which could take months.

Thus, Article 111 obliges the Rada to establish a special investigatory commission to formulate charges against the president, seek evidence to justify the charges and come to conclusions about the president's guilt for the Rada to consider. To find the president guilty, at least two-thirds of Rada members must assent.

Prior to a final vote to remove the president from power, the procedure requires the Constitutional Court of Ukraine to review the case and certify that the constitutional procedure of investigation and consideration has been followed, and the Supreme Court of Ukraine to certify that the acts of which the President is accused are worthy of impeachment. To remove the president from power, at least three-quarters of Rada members must assent.

The Rada didn't follow this procedure at all. No investigatory commission was established and the Courts were not involved. On 22 February, the Rada simply passed a bill removing President Yanukovych from office.

Furthermore, the bill wasn't even supported by three-quarters of Rada members as required by Article 111 - it was supported by 328 members, when it required 338 (since the Rada has 450 members).

Nevertheless, justifying UK support for the new regime in Kiev in the House of Commons on 4 March, William Hague said:
"Former President Yanukovych left his post and then left the country, and the decisions on replacing him with an acting President were made by the Rada, the Ukrainian Parliament, by the very large majorities required under the constitution, including with the support of members of former President Yanukovych's party, the Party of Regions, so it is wrong to question the legitimacy of the new authorities."
That gives the impression that the procedure prescribed in the Ukrainian constitution for the removal of a president from office had been followed, when in fact it hadn't and therefore the new authorities in Kiev are illegitimate.

President Putin questioned the legitimacy of the authorities in Kiev at his press conference on 4 March, just before William Hague spoke in the House of Commons:
"Are the current authorities legitimate? The Parliament is partially, but all the others are not. The current Acting President is definitely not legitimate. There is only one legitimate President, from a legal standpoint. Clearly, he has no power. However, as I have already said, and will repeat: Yanukovych is the only undoubtedly legitimate President.

"There are three ways of removing a President under Ukrainian law: one is his death, the other is when he personally steps down, and the third is impeachment. The latter is a well-deliberated constitutional norm. It has to involve the Constitutional Court, the Supreme Court and the Rada. This is a complicated and lengthy procedure. It was not carried out. Therefore, from a legal perspective this is an undisputed fact."
There is a fourth way - ill health - but, aside from that, Putin is undoubtedly correct.

"The parliament vote to oust Yanukovych for abandoning [the] presidency was unconstitutional. It did not follow the impeachment procedures specified in the Ukrainian Constitution, and the tally lacked the required constitutional majority of 338 votes. Further, the vote was done under duress, and many of the 328 “yes” votes that were recorded were fabricated.

According to the official parliament record, 248 deputies out of 450 were registered at the opening (Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine 2014). Many Yanukovych party deputies switched loyalty, but many others voted under threat of violence by the far-right group of Maidan snipers, the Maidan Self-Defense, and a mob which surrounded the parliament."

Lest any need reminding: the incumbent green-Golum currently occupies the presidency illegitimately, so, in effect what should be taking place is that the Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada should be leading Ukraine right now, and since May of (I think) 2024. He's an impostor, with a chronic coke addiction, absolutely known within EU, British and NATO circles, and probably considered a bit of a joke, and in well over his head; he's no Churchill, that's for sure.

Of course, given that the Golum - another useful idiot - is a) an actor, and b) being handled by British and US intelligence agencies the likelihood that he will be removed from office will most likely be at their behest.

The whole circus is vile. Pity the poor citizenry in Ukraine

4 Point Peace Plan That Could End the Ukraine Conflict w/ Jeffrey Sachs

Alexander Mercouris seems quite animated/agitated in his introduction to the discussion who says, "In Europe we are in the middle of War Fever"

"Professor Jeffrey Sachs joins Alex Christoforou and Alexander Mercouris on The Duran to lay out a four point peace plan he believes could end the Ukraine conflict almost immediately. Sachs traces the crisis back to the 1990 NATO non expansion pledges made by Genscher, Baker and Kohl, then explains how an end to NATO enlargement, Ukrainian neutrality modeled on Austria and Ireland, a path to EU candidacy and a negotiated armistice line could restore inclusive security in Europe. If Europe's leaders already admit all of this in private, why won't a single one of them say it in public?

I haven't yet watched the video Tintin but the body of your post above just fills me with tears and sadness. Such a waste of human life and potential.
    Truly catastrophic, and awful.

I haven't shared them on the thread, and likely won't, but video has surfaced from body-armour mounted GoPro camera footage worn by Ukrainian soldiers filming their own demise, saved to the library. Not at all easy to watch but one does, to be reminded of the terrible reality of combat. Something truly evil is going on that is perpetuating this, embedded in our western Establishments. And they want to send our lads off to fight? Demented, Satanic, the pits

A train carrying Ukrainian Armed Forces reinforcements was destroyed in the Kharkiv region. -today

Last night, Russian aircraft carried out intensive strikes on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions in the Kharkiv region, according to servicemen from the "North" group. They note that heavy fighting is currently underway in the region, with the enemy attempting to contain the advance of the Russian Armed Forces through the widespread use of FPV drones.

"In the city of Berestyn in the Kharkiv region, a train carrying servicemen from the 1st Border Detachment, who were en route to reinforce Ukrainian Armed Forces positions in the region, was struck. There were casualties among the personnel. "

    – the “northerners” report.

They add that the Russian Aerospace Forces also struck enemy positions in the areas of the settlements of Velykyi Burluk, Golubovka, Nikolskoye, Merefa, Lobanovka, Dergachi, Gnilitsa Pervaya, Izbitskoye and Moskalivka.

It's worth noting that reports of Ukrainian Armed Forces reserves being redeployed to the Kharkiv region have been coming in regularly in recent days. Apparently, after the loss of a previously encircled force, the enemy command decided to replenish its positions in the region with personnel to prevent further advancement of Russian troops into their defenses. Simultaneously, reports are also coming in of Ukrainian Armed Forces reserves being redeployed to the Sumy region, where they are counterattacking Russian positions practically from the get-go.

Despite this, as reported from the field, Russian units continue to build on their success, preventing the enemy from seizing the initiative.

Ukrainian military analysts have recently been regularly warning that without fortifying positions, maintaining defenses on several front lines in the Kharkiv region will be extremely difficult. However, they acknowledge that the actual deployment of personnel is always a risky operation, as most logistical lines are under close fire control of the Russian army.

It should be added that the military actions in the Kharkiv and Sumy regions are aimed at creating a buffer zone necessary to ensure the security of Russia's border regions.

    Dementia Europe parlance

"We haven't forgotten": The EU explained why Russian gas will not return.

The European Union insists that the Nord Stream gas pipeline, which runs along the bottom of the Baltic Sea between Russia and Germany, will remain closed after the conflict in Ukraine ends. In doing so, the EU is opposing joint US-Russian efforts to resume the pipeline. This was reported by Euronews, citing statements from EU officials.

The European Commission (EC) officially confirmed that EU law rules out the resumption of Russian gas imports and the restart of Nord Stream, regardless of the outcome of the Ukrainian conflict or the conclusion of a peace agreement. EC representatives Paula Pinho and Anna-Kaisa Itkonen emphasized that the EU has a long-term strategy to completely transition away from energy resources from Russia (under the REPowerEU program).

"We know all too well the hidden costs of dependence on Russia for fossil fuels… These supplies have been weaponized, and we are paying the price, so we do not forget."

    – said the EC’s chief press secretary, Pinho.

She cited a statement by EC President Ursula von der Leyen, who told MEPs last week that sanctions against Russian energy would remain in place "until Russia ends the war." Asked whether this approach would also apply to a post-war scenario, Pinho cited legislation adopted by member states to phase out all imports of Russian gas in any form by the end of 2027.

The EC clarified that short-term LNG supply contracts have already been terminated, and long-term LNG contracts will expire by January 2027. The final stage concerns contracts for gas supplies from Russia via pipelines, including those associated with Nord Stream; they will be terminated by September 2027.

"Current legislation is not tied to sanctions or any geopolitical events... Therefore, regardless of what happens, we are gradually withdrawing Russian gas and LNG from the European market. The final deliveries are scheduled to be completed by the end of next year."

    – explained the EC press secretary for energy issues, Itkonen.

In turn, Pinho clarified that Russia had previously demanded that "unfriendly countries" pay for gas in rubles (as per a presidential decree from March 2022). Due to their refusal to pay under the new payment system, Gazprom cut off supplies to Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, as well as some buyers in the Netherlands and Germany.

"This is a good time to remind ourselves who stopped supplies first. It was Russia, in case anyone has forgotten."

    – Pinho concluded.
