That's a good point. Consider that gold mining has been occurring on planet earth for hundreds of thousands of years. Some historians and archeologists who have found and dated the gold mines in Africa have confirmed this fact.

So, that's one boatload of gold. Where on earth is it all?

I sure wish we understood the alchemical nature of gold and why it is so popular, and not just Ormus or white powder gold.

Congressman goes on media blitz to denounce illegal war of aggression against Libya

Congressman Ron Paul made a sweep of television appearances yesterday to voice his strong opposition to the attack on Libya, and making it clear that the president is subverting US national sovereignty by bypassing Congress to engage in illegal acts of aggression.

Appearing on Freedom Watch with Judge Andrew Napolitano, the Congressman pulled no punches when explaining why he believes Obama went to the UN for authority to drop bombs on Libya, rather than congress.

“I think he philosophically believes in one world government,” Paul stated.

“He wants to keep nudging us in that direction. I don’t believe he has a conviction that national sovereignty has any value. So therefore if they can diminish the Congress.” he continued.

“If he diminishes the Congress and he can get his authority from the United Nations then this enhances what he believes in. But he is not alone, the leadership in both parties has been nudging in that direction for a long time.” the Congressman added.

“To think of all the effort that the founders went to to make the Congress the most important body, that they are now the most willing to give up their prerogatives and give it to the executive branch and the judicial branch, and onward and onward. Our leaderships in the House as long as I’ve been there have always deferred to the executive branch.” he said.

Paul once again urged the American people to recognize the military incursion into Libya as a war of opportunity.

“It is unnecessary, it is wrong, it has nothing to do with national security, it has nothing to do with the defence of this country.” he said.

“I think there is more to do with it than just that. That may be their cover. It may be that oil is an important issue here. We didn’t go to Rwanda for humanitarian reasons, so I’m not to sure that oil might not be the real clincher here.”

The Congressman also appeared on Cavuto on Fox and both Anderson Cooper and In The Arena on CNN, during which he made several salient points.

“I don’t think they are up front with this.” Paul told Elliot Spitzer.

“It is said we are going there for humanitarian reasons, but have you ever noticed around the world there are a lot of humanitarian problems. There is abuse of protesters all through the middle east right now but it’s being done by governments that we endorse – they are our “friendly” dictators.”

Paul posed the following question to Anderson Cooper concerning Colonel Gaddafi:

“Why was it that four or five years ago we decided that he was a reformed person and we would start trading with him again, after we knew he was a thug and he’s been a thug for forty something years?”

On Cavuto Paul again struck out at the continuous revolving door of dictators that the US military industrial complex is involved with, as well as highlighting the financial fallout of endless war.

“The American people are sick and tired of this. We are in trouble here. We’re spending money overseas, we blow up countries and then we have to rebuild them at the same time we can’t even build our own infrastructure.”

Well done. Yes, President Obama by-passed Congress and went directly to the United Nations for an OK. This was absoluely intentional. There is no other way to look at it. He did write a letter to Congress, for what that's worth.

For those of us here, in the US, write your congressman. This is wrong. I understnad lives are at stake there in Libya; whoever, going to the UN instead of the Congress is impeachable.

I am not an American, guys, I do not mean critisize you or your country, however, it seems to me, for some time, that "democracy" in the USA became just empty word. They drag you over and over in chain of neverending wars, where real people die again and again. They call that defending, implamenting, securing democracy, defending your country or pretending they do care about people of nations which suffer under dictators when they attack another country calling themselves liberators. Where are Obama´s promises? Where is that hope and change which he promised during his presidantial campaign? Sad, very sad, I do not take this man seriously at all any more. He continues where Bush Senior started. It stinks again in Lybia. It is so obvious, so emberrasing, meaningless. If they wanted to get rid of Gadaffi they could have done that 1000times whenever before. They do not go to Liberia, Ivory Coast, Rwanda, Kongo, they left Somalia. Oil, oil oil...the same story and who know what else they have on their agendas. I lived in socialistic country. Communists fulled my nation over 40 years till poeple had enough lies and went to the streets to make change which they dreamt for long time. Now, we are part of EU. Sorry, guys, this is not democracy either, it became technocracy in the hands of elite. We need change also in your country, guys, oversees, indeed, soon. We need the change in Europe, EU is dead too. We need the real change in this World and we need it NOw. We need many more brave men like him to reach that..

I am realy sick of this current world politics. I can not watch CNN (CNN World is tabloits) or BBC World ( tabloit style journalism too, it is sad what turned from fine journalism) news anymore. What they present is so rudiculus that it would become grotesque if matters discussed would not be serious.

I beg to differ, Rocky_Shorz. Democracy is mob rule. Democracy is a bastard word used for Evil purposes. How can we call america a democracy when we have no say or rights. We must carry our papers on us at all times in the form of drivers license. We are forced by our government to buy insurance or you cannot drive your car. You are forced by the government to buy home insurance. You are forced by the government to subject yourself and family to vaccinations. We no longer have the freedom of speech or expression. Remember saying the pledge "and to the "Republic" for which it stands".... Now I ask you, what would Obama do if 1 million Americans show up at the white house lawn demanding he step down?

Hi Rocky, I must admit I'm rather stunned at that statement, to say the least. Maybe I'm missing something here, so help me understand.

After the W. debacle, are we occupying, bombing, or infiltrating more, or less nations?

Are we more or less in debt to the Federal Reserve?

Is Guantanomo still open?

Does the Patriot Act still stand?

How bout unemployment, better?

Inflation?

Dangerous and sleezy airport security, for our safety?

Have chem trails stopped?

Are the police now more polite? Less abuse and speed traps?

Are we now less hamstrung by the web of rules and regulations?

Have vaccines subsided?

Do we have more say so over our health care?

Is the stock market shooting up because the economy is all better, or because of continuous shots of monotized adrenaline from you know who?

Are we no longer monitered?

Can we no longer be held in detention for an indefinate period of time, without a lawyer, just with the label of domestic terrorist? Whatever they deem that to mean when convenient?




O.K. that's enough for now, I could go on. Please explain now how TPTB feel they have suddenly lost control because of this man Barry Soetero?

Well Ron Paul was the only man talking about the bankters but he sees the ideal direction for the country to be completely opposite from Obama's change. I am having a very hard time seeing how his victory showed the PTB that they were no longer in control. I think his victory showed they were very much in control cause they got everyone to believe he was not just another puppet, that somehow he was different.

Dictatorship: the appearance of one - 'same as' - Communism: the government (the appearance of the few) control corporations - 'same as' - Democracy: the corporations (the non-appearance of the few) control the government = (in theory) 51% of the population can take away the rights of 49% = corporate policy rules the people as they have been made into 'law' (voluntary compliance by the many) = Dictatorship (the CEO or president) controls through policy and currency.

Republic: the rule of all = 99% of the population cannot take away the rights of 1%.

By the said standard(s) in the quote and below, then the people truly have (and will have) what they deserve!?

Is democracy not a bad word? What does this say of those who support it?
