(NaturalNews) The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is the largest private foundation in the world. With over $38 billion in assets, the Gates Foundation has the ability to impact the world in a very large way. The foundation claims to be doing just that, with the stated goal of the company being to "enhance healthcare and reduce extreme poverty." Despite this good-natured mission statement, the foundation's spending goes against its stated goals in almost every way. Foundation assets are being used for such things as funding the creation of genetically modified mosquitoes, purchasing 500,000 shares of Monsanto, experimental vaccine nanotechnology, and supporting Goldman Sachs.

Monsanto is the company responsible for the creation of Agent Orange, (with Dow Chemical - Arrow) which after being used in the Vietnam War led to over 150,000 being born with birth defects. Over 3 million Vietnamese adults were also negatively impacted. Monsanto also created Posilac, which is more commonly known as bovine growth hormone. This artificial growth hormone synthetically led to higher volumes of milk production in cows, in addition to destroying the animal's health. However, the damage done was not only limited to animals. In humans Posilac was found to lead to elevated risks of developing a tumor, due to increased levels of IGF (Insulin-like growth factor). Monsanto is now the largest biotechnology company in the world, responsible for genetically modifying a large portion of the world's food supply.

On August 30, 2010, The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation purchased 500,000 shares of Monsanto stock. This company has driven thousands of Indian farmers to kill themselves after they were unable to pay mass amounts of debt back to the company. Additionally, the suicide was so prevalent among farmers in the area that it has been dubbed the "suicide belt" of India. Farmers who were promised increased revenue by the biotech giant were soon overcome with debt and regret. Some farmers drank the very insecticide they were given to use on their crops. If the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation were truly attempting to "reduce extreme poverty," like their mission statement claimed, then why would they support an organization like Monsanto?

In addition to funding Monsanto, the Gates Foundation has also funded the development of genetically modified mosquitoes. The mosquitoes, developed by the University of Queensland, are modified to stop the spread of a virus carried by the insects. This technology also allows scientists to modify the insects in other ways, such as engineering the mosquito to produce a vaccine in their saliva. The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases in Bethesda is currently working on a transgenic mosquito that is essentially a mobile vaccination. If it is successfully implemented, unsuspecting targets will be injected with a vaccination, even if the person is opposed to the science behind most vaccinations.

The Gates Foundation is also focused on supporting large corporations. Goldman Sachs is a well-known global investment banking and securities firm. In addition to moving their profits offshore to avoid taxation of their $10 billion bailout, Sachs has also purchased pistols for all of its employees to defend themselves from any uprising. Why would a company be so afraid of its clients? The answer is pretty simple; the company is not looking out for them. For a foundation whose goal is reduce poverty, this does not seem like a very appropriate business partner. In fact, this organization is diametrically opposed to the views expressed in the Gates Foundation's stated goals.

The Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation is indeed changing the world. Unfortunately, it is in a negative way. The foundation funds the genetic modification of our planet, the siphoning of money from the working class to the rich, and many other organizations that are dismantling the United States economy. Those who donate to this organization, however, may not be aware of its actions. Just as with other organizations, most of the donations come from citizens with good intentions. It is a shame to see that the Gates Foundation is using the assets of charitable donors to fund the manipulation of the environment and the devastation of our health.

Bill Gates used to be my icon - somebody I looked up to. Not anymore, since I've woken up. So sad to see such a genius now fallen into the fold of the PTB.

With this couple we are given a great opportunity to see our MSM at its mind-farking finest. It has presented these two malevolent beings as wonders of the billionaire world. Benevolent and generous showing other billionaires how "classy" ones do it and make the world a better place. It is suggested/implanted into us that we are better off for having these sorts on our planet. Their wealth is our wealth and we are all enriched by their success.

The few, us, see it. The many see it just as presented above. Parasitic mosquitoes represented as lovely fairies for us to ooh and ah about.

No wonder they think we should die. They have no respect for us at all as we buy into such blatant bullfeathers because the TV/media told us.

All we can do is poke that entranced friend or family member and hope the spell breaks. We need some numbers to "see" WTF is going on.

To achieve the wealth and status the Gates have one must have full knowledge and understanding of how and what time/money is being spent on, also a willingness to stab people in the back to get ahead. Do not for a second think that any charity that is funded in any way by the Gates is anything more than a means to an end. (evil Wookies personal opinion) Hmmm get a huge tax break, if i in fact pay taxes, and sterilized the third world with one check, sounds like a good deal to me.

You know, there's a man who makes billions from deceiving people into believing that Windows is the best OS(operating system) on the planet, and that every new release is somehow better than the last. With that fact it should be clear that he is the biggest BS'ter out there.

People want to reduce the CO2 emissions then all they have need to do is stop cutting down trees and plant more... those bugger's live off the stuff.

I'm with Gates on this one. I think the populationis becoming too dense and the food 'shortages' to come are mainly because of the increase of demand rather than the natural disasters that are occurring on the planet. I, like Bill Ryan (we disagree on some stuff but we're together on this), see a future where the population can be reduced in real terms, without harming born individuals simply by working a way where the world produces less people.

All balances and ups and downs (growing older populations, shift in global movement, dispersement of local populations etc.) will sort themselves out as these phases are temporary. The only other answer we have is to allow the population to grow uncontrollably, go hungry and deplete the Earth of it's resources. After that the situation will become permanent and that is not a pretty picture I can see painted on the wall.

If you look at it the other way round, that if the PTB were to stop marauding the planet, there would be enough to sustain everyone. There is no need, for instance, to have food mountains -that could be spread around. We all know that it's money/wealth=power that is the main motivator of the PTB and that they do anything to get it.
It has been illustrated that the entire world population could fit into Australia, each with enough space to grow food. There are vast areas of the world that have not been explored.
Also, we have a very close connection with our planet and it would naturally reduce the population if it could not bear it. For instance, there are and have been times when the male sperm count could not produce offspring, or females were naturally barren. I mean, we take so much from our earth and maybe the only way to replenish it is through us when we die and are buried, which might be an explanation for why there are so many of us living now.

I state this just for your consideration.

There is enough land to squeeze everyone in to Australia, but there is only enough arable land on the planet, at a population of 7 billion, for about 1 acre per person.

When you subtract oceans, deserts, mountains and other steep terrain, tundra, and ice caps...there is not a whole lot left where you can grow crops and have adequate supplies of fresh water.

Two possible futures await us:

One in which we take care of the environment and provide opportunities for people to choose smaller family sizes, preserve open spaces and biodiversity, and water quality: allowing humanity to reach a healthy and sustainable balance.


Another in which we continue on the path that we are on now, and end up in some future Malthusian nightmare.

Somedays I am rather optimistic, other days...not so much.

Edit to add: There is also the scenario in which TPTB succeed in killing most of us useless eaters off so that they can continue to amass wealth and power without regard for the environment.
