Attorney sues German Chancellor to reveal planned false flag event on 26th of June

Today I came upon an interesting article from the german blogger Steven Black.

He himself stumbled over this due to an article in the blog 'Politaia.org'.

Steven Black couldn't believe what he read and contacted the attorney himself and got full confirmation from him in an email, which he reprinted on his blog. Mr. van Geest explicitly welcomed in his email the spreading of his 'bill of indictment'. If you know german you can read it on his website:

It is 400 pages long, so nothing of a short read.

The office of the german attorney with the name of Torsten van Geest has sued the chancellor of germany, Dr. Angela Merkel on the 31rd of Mai, seeking the judge to place an interim injunction on Miss Merkel to reveal all her knowledge about a planned false flag event on 26th June this year,

This interim injunctions are usually used when time is of utmost importance to avoid any damage.
I would like to add, that I am not lawyer, so please be generous with possible wrong english lawyer terminology used.

I would also like to stress, that this is something extraordinary. For an attorney to come out into the open this far, is either very bold or very silly. I assume he must have convincing facts to risk his career or being of such high moral status that he does not care about his own well-being but trying to save lives. In many years following the german part of 'conspirations' I never came across something like that.

Mr. van Geest details in his bill of indiction that this is in order to 'avoid a nuclear terror attack on german soil planned for 26th of June this year in the Olympia stadium in Berlin' at around 6 to 7pm.

He wants the chancellor to be sentenced - according to her oath to work for the good of the german people and to prevent any harm - to:

1. address the public until 26th of june openly (in TV, interviews and public addresses) and inform us about the danger of state-terrorism from intelligences of other countries, hiding themselves under a false flag, taking into account meetings with the group of Bilderberger and the Atlantic bridge.

2. To inform us that the reason for this attack is:

• To assign it to the wrong countries, religious or ethnic groups.
• To reduce our civil rights even further

3. And she should openly declare that she is not supporting this.
She is also asked to:

• set up a special police task force to investigate into this.
• to observe all members of foreign intelligence agencies, NATO terror organisation 'Gladio', and other state-terrorism organisations.
• to monitor the stadium continually for any traces of conventional explosives and ionizing radiation.
• to make sure that not conventional or nuclear attack by land, water or air can be realized.
• to monitor continually the natural gas in place under the stadium and all access ways of the energy company in order to avoid any deliberate detonation.
• to control all means and tools used for the opening ceremony for any possible use as a weapon.
• to prohibit any training for terror simulations in Berlin on that day, be it local police, police of other german states or foreign nations.

In the following hundreds of pages he piles evidence that this kind of false-flag-terrorism is nothing unusual, starting in history and coming to climategate and 911, piling up all the facts of evidence he could find.
(This was really a very laborious work!)

Concrete evidence for an attack on 26th of June:
In Part 4 he piles up his evidence for an attack on the 26th in Berlin:

• Some extremely lengthy numerological explanations of the significance of the numbers in this date in regard to mythology, freemasons and other stuff. (Sorry, I am physically not able to read such things, makes me feel sick ... Which doesn't mean that there are no such evil-doers that are prone to this symbolism.)
• The 'Manifest of Nike' still viewable on https://youtube.com/watch?v=8FUyeHWFnU4
  supposed to be a warning for every Insider to stay away from this event. (The main message in this clip attributed to the female soccers can obviously interpreted completely different 'We come to power'). Also the clip uses an explosions on the soccer field and the color red is predominant. (Again he goes in very deep length into this, explaining any tiny detail of this clip, and there really are a lot!)
• "Mega-Ritual 2011 Berlin" A movie with this title appeared in the Internet containing more hints starting at 4:12: (Not available anymore at the address Mr van Geest mentions)

• Rising public press about the possibility of a nuclear threat

He piles more and more clues from movies, clips, PC-games, music ("First we'll take manhattan, then we'll take Berlin"), the logo of the FIFA (international soccer association ) to support his claim. Some of this makes sense to me, other stuff will surely lead to a rebuke of this attempt to sue the chancellor and him send to psychiatric hospital. I really can only have a glimpse at this, which, as said already, does not mean that there is no value to that.

In the end Mr. van Geest declares his two aims:
1. To reveal a planned terror attack of foreign agencies with the goal of pushing national governments to give up their independancy for the sake of a world government. He hopes also that this attack will then be canceled as the goal of it has become too obvious.
2. To alert policemen, journalists, members of german intelligence agencies and publishers which might be able to save lives.

He concludes by saying that he waves his copyright on this indictment and that it can therefore be spread anywhere, except for commercial purposes. 'May god may save us from this planned disaster' is his closing sentence.


Secret training of Dresden Disaster relief unit?
Politaia adds also the anonymous message of someone who claims to belong to the Disaster-Relief unit in Dresden. He says, that they usually do their trainings publicly and even announce them to the press to show their readiness to the population. But on 10th of May until 11th of May last month the made a training "Transport of masses of wounded people after a bomb attack" in complete secrecy in the soccer stadium o Dresden. (one of the stadiums the world cup is taking place). The whistle-blower seemed to be concerned about this unsual secrecy.

He points to the fact that under the veil of such an incident emergency laws will take immediately effect that will take over the power completely in germany and that germany will fall under complete control of the EU.
We should keep aware that the emergency laws of the EU even allow the death penalty which is illegal under german laws.


I am very concerned and I hope this proves to be wrong or can be avoided by reporting about it.
I would have rather preferred to do something uplifting today.

He thinks the clues in the movie Megaritual 2011 are not really convincing and ambiguous and he wouldn't risk his career because of this movie. But this is of course not all.
He thinks the movie Tron is mainly important because of his symbols, like the symbol the actor is wearing on his back and which symbolizes the form of the Olympic Stadium Berlin.
This type of stadium geometry does not exist anywhere else in germany.
Also the task in Tron is to destroy a building that resembles the Olympic stadium.
Also there are scenes that resemble the opening ceremony of a world cup.
Also they use bombs in Tron that look like the soccer footballs in the Nike video.

!! The natural gas storage that is located below the stadium (covers a greater area actually) is undergoing maintenance since the 1st of June. Important is the fact that the usual employees of the energy company GASAG are not used for that.


There is no answer from the court yet.
He will publish the ongoing process publicly on his website for all to see, even if it is unfavorable for him.
The website http://26-06-2011.de/ was created by someone supporting him and it will be published there too.

He wants all the people to know about it in order avoid it. The more people know about it the more likely no attack will occur.

His indictment has two effects, first of all he makes it publicly known that someone has warned about this. It is therefore legally acknowledged by the courts that pre-knowledge existed.
Secondly there is the tiny possibility that legal actions are taken.
Important is, that the attack will not happen.

He also tried to inform the players of the women's soccer team.

He also mentioned that the new state of emergency laws have been implemented without any public notice and even without any stir in juridical circles. So there are new laws already in place if something happens.

In his indictment he also tried to focus on the facts in history to show that something like this is really possible and not a fantasy, showing the thread behind it at all and the powers in operation behind the scenes.

Once you have understood this agenda you will recognize how all the puzzle pieces fit together, day by day, bit by bit.
Four or five days before Osama was killed the news was, that, in case Osama would be killed or captured by the US forces, a dirty bomb in Europe will be ignited by Al-Kaida.
You remember how they reported that they found a lot of material in the house of Osama and that they are researching this now? I can tell you already now, that if an attack happens on the 26th, soon they will find a clue in this material to blame Al Kaida/Iran or whatever fits their agenda.

He hopes that, if the attack happens, that people will remember him, and finally stand up.

This indictment was a lot of work for him.

A lot of talk about the validity of clues in Hollywood movies. …

Most important for him is the Nike movie which is full of clues and a single warning siren from beginning to end.

The interviewer reminds him that people will not focus on the 95 % of true facts in his indictment but on the 5 % that can be used to discredit him and that he risks his reputation.

He will extract the facts bout 26/6 in his indictment in order to make it an easier read for all of us on his website.

He thinks that officials will try to ignore him and that he will be ignored by official media. Only if enough people know about it, public sources can be forced to take notice.

The interviewer and Mr. van Geest are inspiring each other what actions could be taken by anyone hearing about this. Like informing local police, writing emails to your local politicians, etc.

The court is now on duty to act.

!! The only really working detector for dirty bombs with nuclear material has not been acquired. It was presented to them in January. Instead they focus on body scanners now which are not capable of detecting this. (Bhusundas note: Not sure 'who' he is talking about and 'who' has not acquired it.)

The interviewer notes that he will be branded in case nothing will happens. He might be happy that he averted it, but he will become an outlaw.

It was clear to him, that no one else will do this, and that therefore he has to do it, and that very quickly. And with great certainty he is sure that something is planned on the date of the 26th at the location of Berlin.
He says that he is not sure if he will survive to this date! He is touching too many themes that are taboo. He has made sure that the existence of all of those false flag evidence has now to be taken notice off officially by the jurisdiction. He regards this as his mission. If he is able to prevent it and survive, he will think further.

Kennedy held his famous speech in Berlin on a June, 26th where he pronounced the german words "Ich bin ein Berliner" (I am a berlin citizen) for which all germans loved him.

The interviewer wishes Mr. van Geest that they will be able to talk again after the 26th in the hope that nothing happened.
