I won't claim that there are not such plots from the PTB, but this video is the cheapest level of disinfo.

True:
1. The switching of genes by the means of viral particles is already an applicable technology , which is been used to treat diseases that are caused by the dysfunction of one particular gene (i.e. agaist Muscular Distrophy).
2. People with different mentalities can have activation of different brain regions under the same stimulus.

False:
1.Influenza virus (a lung cells virus) cannot be used to switch genes of the brain cells. In fact it cannot be used to switch genes at all (compared to adenoviruses, lentiviruses and others).
2. fMRI scans can show activation of different brain areas based on the assumption that activated nerve cells consume energy and that consumption is detected from the MRI.fMRI BY NO MEANS CAN DETECT ACTIVATION OF A PARTICULAR GENE This is a mistake that could be picked up by a college student, thus it would be hard to believe that was approved by the scientific committee of the pentagon.
3. The notion that the development of such complex behaviors as faith, fundamentalism, extremism etc. can be regulated by a single gene, is such a primitive one in the modern science that wouldn't convince even the federal employees

It is more than interesting though, that a bunch of mature men dressed in suits, decided to compile such a video. i think that's the big info here.
It's also intriguing the brain areas they picked. They are implicated in several states of consciousness, with the right middle frontal gyrus been the area where lucid dreams emanates from.
