So far it seems like good stuff. It's like a psychology textbook and a spiritual teaching in one... still reading the details though. The mirror part reminds me of an Alchemy trick to help students of Alchemy to understand the separation aspects (albeit a simplified version, the Alchemy teachings don't like to help much).

Thanks for the link, it seems the creator of that website has good intentions and seems harmless, although a bit over-dramatic in places.

The 30 minutes part is a bit optimistic.
