Haarp also emmits Low frequency waves which could be used for mind control.

If it is not ETs making them , it could well be terrestial for what reason is open to speculation. The Biophysicist comments on plasma effecting theplants rings alarm bells and when we start connecting the dots it looks like either ET or Gai is trying to warn us of planetary vandalism or TPTB are trying to double bluff us into thinking disaster is near to lower our conciousness, just as the masses are begining to wake up .....Interesting thoughts steve..
