I always thought the 'clocks running faster/slower' was suspicious.
If it aint broke, don't fix it!!
Unless of course that is not the real reason for dismantling the grid. Funny how for the past 80 years there has never been a problem with clocks running faster/slower eh.......

There definately up to something ....perhaps it has something to do with controlling and isolating parts of the grid ......hhmmm
