How many avalonians have/own or watch TV ?

I have not had a T.V. for 15 years. I only watch it when I am at the gym on the treadmill and am always reminded why I dont have a t.v. The crap on there always makes me run faster.

I have a TV in my room, but haven't turned it on in many months and it's not connected to anything, not even my old xbox anymore. However I have been wanting to get rid of it because they seem to send things through it to me.... I know it must sound crazy to some... But the TV at times makes a BIG noise out of nowhere and my consciousness changes in a major OBVIOUS way(they do overt mind control to me if you are new to this forum or w/e so they wouldnt have to nec. hide it from detection). It's like they are testing, or using perfected beams THROUGH the TV somehow at me. It must sound paranoid, maybe not on Avalon. But think about it. TV affects consciousness irrefutably. So basically they may have a satellite that can direct something through the TV(this isn't even counting digital possibilities), and use some form of mind alteration with it. Perhaps programming. kind of like a macguyver government type thing. Reminds me of how old friends used to make bongs out of different things. lol

People I live with watch and have TV downstairs... I turn that on every so often when I'm cooking food to pass the time. but it's rarely on beyond like 3-30 minutes, however long it takes to cook and eat. Soon as I'm done eating it goes off and I go back online or do something else.

What is online is so much better than TV I never really watch if if i have a choice between the two.

During the Vietnam war I was at my parents house trying to eat dinner while watching the nightly news

The "news" always started with the body count of those killed that day, so many vc killed, and much fewer American, allies etc

I couldn't stand the tv anyway, and all of a sudden I "got it", I mean what they were doing with this programing and the war in general

I have one in the house but it's not connected to anything except my dvd player because I do enjoy watching movies once in a while, but I haven't had cable or watched a tv show since 2004, and I can't say that I miss it . I can't believe the amount of sh*t that passes for entertainment these days lol !!! but then again, I guess if you wanted to really dumb down the masses so that they don't question what is going on in their world "reality tv" would be the way to go

I will openly admit i watch t.v. quite regular,
Weather it be at my friends or at home if my family have it on, and My girlfriend who is onto this kind of stuff that we all know and love.
She still gets sucked into the media like a puppet, realty t.v. the soaps i get exposed to it all for at least a few hours a day.
Now the questions i want to ask you guys are these:

1# do you think this is affecting me
2# how do you think it is affecting me
3# should i try and stop this and how can i avoid the media influence

Thanks for your support guys, this is a matter that has been on my mind for some time.

I know exactly what you mean, Onmi.

And I also know that there is information out there (would need to find it again) that proves the influence /spying abilities connected to the new HD technology. Some people had really freaky experiences...and the bigger the screens, the easier and the more effective the manipulation gets.
Wonder what people would think if (when) they find this out...

Right, well I don't consider myself to have a TV even though I have two...Wait wait let me explain! I don't have a signal, no means of picking up even a faint signal. I use these two TV's as monitors for when I'm doing major editing, when those small screens just won't do..It allows me to watch a DVD though of course. One TV is connected to my Mac and the other to my PC (running Ableton live 8 on my PC and Cubase 5 on my Mac)

Omni, I remember seeing something ages ago about some (if my memory serves me correctly) Itlaians who had contact with advanced beings, and they used to use electronic devices such as radio to make things appear or communicate with them. Nothing sounds weird to me anymore, so who the hell knows!

SpiritHorse, can you link to this info about the HD technology spying stuff by any chance??

Particularly from an energetic point of view, I don't think people are doing themselves a favour when watching TV (which is mostly related to wars and fear = news) whilst eating...they absorb that energy with their meal.
