Lunar No-Fly Zones?
NASA has requested that Lunar no-fly zones be observed, beginning at the end of this month: http://www.thehindu.com/sci-tech/sci...cle2432999.ece
Is there more to this than a laudable attempt to protect sites of historic and scientific interest?
