we petition the obama administration to:
form a presidential commission to investigate the covert use of mind control technologies on American citizens.

The Church Committee's investigation of the FBI, NSA, and CIA in the early 1970s uncovered the existence of the CIA's secret mind control program, MKULTRA. This program non-consensually co-opted men, women, and children into experiments to access and control the human mind. Although officially shut down, in actuality mind control research programs are secretly thriving today among the US military and intelligence agencies. After several decades, these covert programs have achieved a high degree of success at the expense of the lives and livelihoods of many thousands of citizens whose complaints of stalking and intrusions have so far gone unheeded. The complete dissolution of our rights to privacy and other civil liberties as citizens and human beings is imminently at risk.

An investigation in the past turned exposed it. If 5,000 signatures are reached the white house and obama HAVE to give a statement about it. They HAVE TO. So even if they reject it, they will make publicity for it officially... Getting the word out etc...

As a US citizen and severe mind control target, I care a lot about this petition. Plz sign it if you are an American. Again, I would not use any email you actually use... They will def database these emails. But this is important IMO, and if it did bust the current ops going on, it would be a huge HUGE event for the world IMHO. I know how horrible these groups are and they are not powerless.....

Omniverse, I too would like to see a serious investigation into the NSA/CIA/FBI mind control operations but the problem with this petition (as I see it) is that they're asking the Fox guarding the hen house if the chickens are safe. Even if they could somehow get the Obama administration (or any government agency for that matter) to publicly state they would do a "serious investigation" into the matter, I have little doubt what the results of that "investigation" would "reveal."

If even some of Cathy O'Brien's allegations are true, the cover-up reaches into the highest levels of government and our corporate and religious institutions. Consequently, it is in their best interests to keep doing what they've been doing (i.e., just ignore or discredit her and others who have come forward). They wouldn't dare take the chance of killing the whistleblowers or allowing any substantiated evidence come to light lest it give credence to their stories.

I wish I had an answer on how to expose this most insidious corruption without starting a bloody revolution. Does anyone else have any ideas?

MK Ultra was revealed by an investigation... It would be a little harder to conceal as something like 9-11 to a commission. Even if they do not investigate, even if they deny investigating, getting 5,000 signatures is worthwhile because we get official white house press releases on the issues and we get more data to chew on from the horses mouth. It's not useless. It's just very screwed. Signing the petition takes like 2 minutes and has potential to be worthwhile to society. It's worth doing IMO. I also have doubts it will actually stop, say, my own dam torture in these programs. But it could do SOMETHING. And ANYTHING is better than nothing in stopping these copious douchebags.

It worth TRYING. If it fails at least you TRIED. MK Ultra would still be secret if that mentality was dictated into the Church commission. Not everyone is complicit and not everything can be hidden.

There are micro and macro battles going on. Say it was investigated, even if it was concluded that nothing is taking place... That opens a possibility for a whistleblower on the commission exposing it as shady. That would be ANOTHER thing we could add to faulty government investigations (9-11), and also it may find some nice things and they are nice for waking people up to the truth. For anyone that doubts the things presented in these two videos, let me reassure you that they are very real. Members of my immediate family worked on some of these very projects. It seems to be everywhere once you really understand who is involved. Ive said this before but one of the projects my own Mother worked on in the late 50's was a hand held gun that would put a voice inside of your head that only you could hear. The object was to perfect it in such a way as to target individuals via a satellite and then tell them what to do and not do as well as harass them etc. Gov. Ventura had a guy use the hand held device on him in the street in the first season of his show as if was new technology. Now imagine how far they have really advanced in the last fifty some years since it was really in use... The use of cell towers for mind control is that old as well as the cell phones themselves, I was shown a drawing of a cell phone as a small child, it seemed impossible to me at the time, after all the phone we had weighed 10lbs and had lots of wires and a rotary dial. There were many Russian and former Nazi scientist involved in all this as well as Army, CIA and Illuminati types around and it is still ongoing today. Nothing good comes from this nor will it, these people are the enemy, ALL of them.
