Making Natto a few tips

My first batch of homemade natto was a dissappointing failure, arghhh (forgot to pre soak beans and add sugar/salt)

pls remember natto is an effective anti-thrombolytic, so it is not the best of ideas to have if your on asprin or warfarin.
