So, whose job is it to play the village idiot?

Hey!!

That was my village role!

Mind you, that was before I was made to milk the cows, unshackle prisoners at the airport, handling the mud-baths at FlaSpa, opening a pizza parlour, so I am a little confused!

I thought it was. Just checking. It seemed like it might be two horse race. No names mentioned.

BTW. I corrected my original illiterate spelling of whose. Posting while nodding can produce embarrassing effects. Since only you can edit your post, Heyoka, please correct the spelling. It hurts to see a language mangled.

Calz, you too. Please correct my spelling in your post or the job of village idiot will fall to me by default.

The "alter" you refer to as Callie can only be accessed by the correct "trigger".

I have a seriously pimped out tent. I sleep in a queen size bed on a box spring and have rugs with a few Persian throws for opulence. I might post an inside pic or two before I break camp next weekend.

OK Sierra. No comment about housekeeping though. The glare will no allow it to be seen but the screen shows your post requesting a pic of the inside of my tent. The siver stuff is insulation. It is currently 45 degrees F outside but 77 F inside.

Sounds (and appears to be) a whole heckva lot more fun than sitting at work like I am ...

But then again ... we are both having some quality time on avalon ... and I am getting paid for it.

No need to cook. They serve three meals a day here in our dining hall. Each 'meal' has many options to choose from. I eat like a king. It is all vegetarian which is how I eat 365 anyway so that is especially good for me.

Here is a decent pic of the tent from outside. Some may have seen it before. It is 13'x12'.

I live at a holistic institute. I live, in my tent, about 1/3 of a mile from both the dining hall and the wellness center. Our lake is about 1/2 a mile away. I walk everywhere, everyday for 6 months and have never seen a police officer here.

That is no joke. I am warmer than my wife is at home because my electricity is included in the room and board I pay here. I love it here.

I would like to be going from here to Barbados next week. That would be sweet. Set my tent up there as long as somebody throws me an electric hook up to run my fan.

Not sure if the monkeys are vegetarians.
And there's nowhere close by that would even DREAM of supplying three meals a day.
But I can see the appeal, otherwise.
I'm totally allergic to snow myself.

I suggest you keep looking at Heyoka's cat pictures...it might help you to appreciate your wife's cats.
