I just finished listening to a 3 hr long interview and this document called "The Illuminati Formula to Create Undetectable Mind Controlled Slaves" (by Cisco Wheeler and Fritz Springmeier) was mentioned. I managed to make a copy for myself because it's about 12 chapters long that I intend to read bit by bit. They claim that some of it is shocking and horrifying from actual victims...
There is a serious warning at the beginning of this document to anyone who has been through mind control to not consider reading this without help from a psychiatrist. However, the rest of us would benefit from being aware of the techniques used and hopefully we won't fall victim to them.

Anyway, this document should be read by as many people as possible as an alert...
