    Quote Posted by ulli (here)
Quote You don’t forgive and forget, you forgive and get rid of it by releasing, that’s the object of the whole thing. You do this with every body and everything, start with yourself, your family, your friends now and from the past, your boss, your work mates, everybody and every thing including all pets and animals. If you have had a very bad experience with any body, bring that emotion up, talk to this person and ask them to forgive you, send them love and see them smiling before you leave them, always see everybody smile before you leave them, it doesn’t matter if they are dead, make up with them and forgive, if for any reason you feel that somebody for whatever reason would never in a million years forgive you, that’s no problem, as long as you have forgiven and apologised and let go of that emotion by releasing it out of the door with the smoke, it is done, you have forgiven yourself.

This is a paragraph that jumped out at me so I'm paying attention.
    Hi Onawah

Thank you again for your comments, and yes others have pointed this out in the thread, and on private message, I would say its the most important part for releasing to clear your self with those still here and those that moved on as this pain between people can and does in many cases last a life time, thank you again.
My regards to you, and use natural RAW apple vinegar for your yeast problem.

It is understanding the difference between forgiving, forgetting and releasing that is so important.
Even if we have trouble with forgiving and forgetting, I think we can still release, and that helps so much.
I've found that if I just release some trauma, the forgiving comes of itself.
Whereas if I keep trying to forgive and can't, I just stay stuck, and can't forget either.
    Releasing is key.

Thanks for the tip on raw apple cider vinegar.
It's very interesting because some time ago, I was participating in a regular community potluck and as one of my contributions, I often brought a homemade salad dressing with ingredients of raw apple cider vinegar, sprouted sunflower seeds, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, shoyu and raw honey.
Everyone loved it, and I was eating it at home more often, too.
I was feeling so much better too, but I didn't know exactly what to attribute it to.
    'Betcha it was the vinegar!
    Thanks again!

    Hi again onawah
By my understanding, which is all that we can have, your understanding is correct, in time with releasing all these emotions will just go, one will feel lighter about the past and present.

Thank you again, and you should drink 1 table spoon a day and raw not processed or filtered, ladies should drink and bath for yeast problems candida.

    regards

Wow ! What can I say for such a well thought out piece, so well received.

I set aside time to settle down other distractions to get into the meat & bone of it.

So, now I can say a bit...

I'd like to banter with you on the noted selection for now, and see if I can become the wiser for it after the dialog is over.

First, I'd like to have you take a look at a BBC Documentary "The Secret You" by mathematician and Atheist Marcu du Sautoy.

It's a conservative side/take on the Carl Jung, Rupert Sheldrake approach to 'collective consciousness.'

The video introduces so many profound experiments that my experience has been 'stunned silence' for those I share this with. Given this 'average response,' I suspect you would be willing to highlight your thinking in light of some rather startling and widely unknown experience of the mind, from the perspective of the repeatable scientific approach.

Your whole experience of life is in the brain, converting consciousness to particles.

It’s all in the brain and it’s all mental because all your experiences are through your senses and your senses are interpreted only by your brain.

This consciousness is configured by the brain and all results are by your beliefs, therefore, you can only do and see all according to your beliefs.

    Hi 58andfixed

That is a very good question, and a perspective is needed here.

The video was great, I have not seen it, but as always they leave you with a gaping hole, never really coming to some understandable conclusion to move one forwards, just more questions.

    Watch this video first,

This lady opens out the hidden within all of us, Its the finest example of here and there, which does not exist, its a fine example of within and without, its the finest example of their being nothing outside of you, the whole process is linear from consciousness to condensed consciousness, our reality and yes maybe with a 6 second delay between wave and the particles, as ones right hemisphere receives, and the left converts, but mind is still outside of the brain which make your body, earth and the universe your reality.

Imagine a room between the two hemispheres and two doors between the two hemispheres, one door comes from the right hemisphere into the room and the other door opposite leads to the left. There seems to be a governor in the room between the hemispheres which restrict a full blown manifestation of our true reality, that governor, that re-stricter would be your beliefs. I don’t say that it happens that way, its just an illustration.

There is a fine example of this when Columbus ( I think) in a rowing boat with his crew were coming into the shores of an Island which had the natives standing on the beach seeing them arrive with astonishment as they had never seen Europeans before, after their introductions, the shamans surprise to the fact that how could they of traveled great distances in a little boat like that, the crew were pointing a big ship anchored just outside of the tide, but not one of the natives could see it, as much as the whole party were trying to explain, they could not see it, which baffled the crew, so they took the shaman and others into the boat, and started row back to the ship to show them, so the closer they got to the ship, a faint shadow was beginning to show itself of this invisible ship to the natives, then suddenly with a gasp they saw this great ship in all its glory, after they rowed back to the Island the shaman described to natives of what he had seen, and when all the natives looked back at the sea, they all began to see it. (explain that one)?? We see what we believe, and what we believe we see, and that’s our experience of reality.

In part one, the focus was mainly on yourself, in part two its more focused on all of us as a consensus.

Imagine, you have a glass of water on the table in front of you, step back from the left to the right hemisphere where you feel you are part of everything, you are conscious of all consciousness surrounding you, even the consciousness of that glass of water, you are it, and it is you, step back into your left hemisphere and reach out your hand to the glass of water, your intention is in the reaching out, the water slides towards you. Your belief that it can not, will stop that event from happening, BLOCKS. Why not puncture a hole in the clouds, its all the same thing, nothing is outside of ourselves.

    My regards to you

A very profound and moving experience.

Two different approaches to consciousness. I have Jill Bolte Taylor's "My Stroke of Insight" audio-book, and simply not got around to listening yet. A common experience, it seems in the circle of people I know.

I believe the experience of Columbus and his crew with the native culture was introduced in "What The Bleep Do We Know," as well as other documentary videos, and cannot recall them all.

In essence, the brain seems to be one mechanism that is part of mind & consciousness, and yet the biology does not seem to offer a complete explanation. I draw a parallel with the expectation for how the Genome Project for DNA would bring complete understanding. That door now being fully explored, now the hopes rest on epigenetics -- the switching mechanism for DNA.

These seem to be clues that there are mechanisms which orthodox science and the average mind fail to grasp. It seems our mind functions with the help of unseen mechanisms, and even interact with one another.

It could be why, when I put the word "consciousness" into the Ngram Viewer and set the parameters from 1500 to 2008, toy with different smoothing adjustments, that the chart shows a 7-fold growth in use from 1800 to 1900, and then waffles for the last 100 years. We could simply be in a stage of distraction before we realize the senselessness of the distractions, and get back to one of the biggest, most important topics of life -- "Where do thoughts come from ?"

A lot has been discovered, and what little is known by those that devote their life to it, the bulk of the planet is up to are armpits in distractions of various importances, most of which are trivial beyond description.

Should you get around to Marcus and have some perspective to add to 'life experience is all in the brain,' hit me up.
