Sleep a bit tricky on fasting
must be into the fat burning stage .
Seem to only get 4 hours and I'm wide awake again .

Back to rain again here now lovely though, refreshing.
Going to go back to water only tomorrow,
Juice making me hungry .
Funny how it's eating that makes you hungry .
Imagine how much food the planet would save
If everyone fasted at least once a year.

Was reading yesterday that with some of the
religious fasts that let you eat
breakfast and dinner it actually increases
Food intake up to 20 % as so many eat
more to compensate . Can't see the point in that .

I think we generally all eat too much food anyways.
At least more than the body actuall needs .

Noticing that in fasting i realize how much I normally
think about food and how much time it takes up.
So much more productive on a fast . Quite amazing
really certainly dispelling loads of myhs for me
around food and eating .

New guide also given me alot more power,
Was just getting to know the basics of these
Teachings yesterday quite something,
Very much a new opening for me in
Power and abilities .
Exciting times for sure .

Sitting by the fire place enjoying the heat.... Thinking over and over about BOB DEAN and his speech on awake and aware 2011.... feeling sad and happy in the same time! Sad because Bob will go home soon and as a selfish being, I will miss the way he said ever thing! Happy because I know he will just great where he's going!!

I've had that though from yesterday an just felt the need to share! Bob Dean is a wonderful person in my opinion and even though I don't know him personally, I send my love!! And to everyone in here :-) be well!!

Glad you liked it. My dad was a deer hunter, so that scene in that movie went a bit close to home. Although I wished he had never killed any deers, and as a child I refused to eat the Braten (roast deer) with sour cream gravy.

By the way, I figured something about how the MSM work...how subtle the influence...
yesterday I watched the clip about Conan O'Brian "pushing the envelope" where the various news media are shown saying over and over

Sitting here waiting for govt to 'test' system...thought I'd post something during the test minute to see if there was any interference ...tv news has yet to be interrupted..here it comes...

The moment I posted...I lost internet connection...for two hours....but that happens a lot here when our markets are tanking....they can slow down the internet traders and keep things from getting worse... it's happened on every sell off these past few weeks...
There hasn't been much about the commo test by the government...NOTHING IS AS IT SEEMS...
Heyoka..I'll have to go back and do some reading...

Just home from work at 3 PM. I took off a bit early, need some R&R... feels delicious to be home at this hour with nothing planned but relaxing and taking care of myself for a while.

This morning the skies were dark and ominous. It rained all morning. When I left the building to come home, there was some blue sky peeking through clouds. As I drove home, my sky view became filled with those clouds that have bright light behind them, brilliant edges with dark in the middle. As I turned up the mountain road, all I could see was blue sky with a few wispy clouds reaching down into the treetops.

The air after a storm is so clear and clean, and the healing sun shines like brand new.

Must admit a bit too much white noise in here of late for me,
if i was in flesh and blood presence i would have to take myself out of the room to find a quiet corner somewhere,
but that's Aspergers for you too.

And sorry, that last post wasn't meant as a put down, just my personal experience of how i
experience the world when it gets a bit on the loud side.

I mostly wear headphones to help me filter things out,
everything to me has equal "weight" of importance,
and it all comes to me all at the same time.

But the up sides far outweigh the downsides.
