I never put on my shoes without checking for scorpions first. Living in the tropics you get used to that. It's a must habit. We had a puma sleeping in the tree of our entrance gate once. I don't go for long walks in Costa Rica the way I do in Barbados. Too dangerous.

I remember visiting my grandma in Florida as a child... she told us to be sure and check our shoes for spiders... those big hairy ones ... it freaked me out.
One of the benefits of living up north ... Vermont /NH has little to nothing in the way of snakes and scary spiders. I love grandaddy longlegs and happily share the house with them.

Now in Alabama, I get to avoid brown recluse spiders, etc.

I just experienced Deja Vu.

I fixed it... my mac is running slow today...... so annoying
makes for lots of posting mistakes.

I even ordered a drum twice now have to work out how to un-order one of them

Ok... updating.
I have been doing salt water flush outs in the morning.
So much better than all the ewwwwws of colonics, etc.,
works the same.

Lots and lots of Kundalini action, starting to get more up into my head gradually,
but it's still mainly legs and back behind my heart where I'm feeling it the most.
Tomorrow i meet up with another Shamanic Practitioner and we are going to tackle
some of my harder stuff that i have been trying for eons for shift but to not avail.
Mostly long standing family patterns. Im looking forward to it.
Will post up after what comes out of it, its all recorded so i can take
my time to absorb it all.

I was thinking about the whole breatharian idea, and i would love to do that,
but sort of thinking too, that we are here to experience earth and all it has to offer.
I also happen to really enjoy the whole eating, tasting, cooking, experience.
When I"m feeling social i love to cook for people.
I can image that stopping eating will limit my social interactions even more.
And I'm not sure thats a good thing.
I'm far too isolated as it is.
And really working on finding more of a balance in the world.
where the inside matches the outside.
I think i can do it.
It's one of my missions for the next 12 months.

@ lisab its 1.5 litres of water and 2 teaspoons of salt. Non- iodine type.
Organic even better. You drink it in the morning, but just stay near a toilet.
Interestingly enough, people that long term fast and do this still get
waste passing, so i guess it's the body constantly cleaning out and
replenishing itself.

i just think the body is so amazing and holds so many mysteries.
It's a never ending source of study for me.
For sure if left alone its quite the efficient healer.
As long as we treat it as the sacred vessel that it is.

Total quiet; zero degrees centigrade.

Then,
overhead,
a flock of geese, honking,
on the way to their winter quarters.
Heart expands & warms up immediately.
Gratitude.

One of the best things on the planet.

I'll miss that.

Here and now - just got home from an estimate, I got the job, start tomorrow.
Here's my testamony to synchronicities: This weekend was a play on the theme of "ask and be specific". I've had this before and have been baffled because most of the time I don't know how to be - I cannot read the future and so I don't know what I will need. So after some meditation and some pretty funny one-liners from my higher self having to do with God not being an accountant or an event planner, I decided to ask for a particular sum of money - nothing extravagent, just enough to catch me up. First time spirit came back with a few items I overlooked (I'm terrible at budgetting) and told me to not undersell myself. Finally I arrived at a sum that all involved were happy with. That was last night.
Guess how much the labor side of the estimate today was? Yup, the exact same number. And It was not my number but a negotiated settlement number hammered out between me and my customer.
Way cool.

Ernie, before I studied astrology I used to believe the future was something fixed and that if I studied and lived my life with astrology I could find that exact future vision.
I was like you, groping in the dark.
Then over the years it slowly slowly began to dawn on me....the future is the result of our decisions, our desires.
The collective future of mankind is the result of the collective deciding...through votes for good or bad politicians who then form a good or bad legislature.
This is how God has set it up. A truly marvellous system. Ask and you will receive. Just have to learn how to do the asking, and how many splinter personalities you have who are asking for opposite stuff from what you really want.
We just have to be careful what we ask for. And we also all have a dark hidden side that is constantly asking the opposite things of what our conscious mind desires.
The universe tries to supply all of our wishes, even those of the auto saboteur.
When you feel guilty about money, then whatever efforts the universe wants to make to supply you with money, it instantly undoes...your guilt and shame put up the barrier.
But just think how much good you could do if you had a lot of money at your disposal.

Pisces needs to keep their heads clear and their emotions calm. No drink or drugs, ever. Booze and drugs are the enemy...for the three water signs... definitely

I see that marketing concepts are a bit different than ours in parts of Asia. Scorpion tail in the cobras mouth is a nice touch. Darn scorpion is almost a little lobster. Perhaps a rock lobster. Cue the B-52's

Honestly, I think humanity has a long way to go...when you look at these weird third world customs.
Not only the PTB are to blame for what goes on in the world, but people's crazy demands also must not be underestimated...as they are driving the weirdest industries.
So many superstitions, too.
Basically a superstition is a chosen belief system passed down the generations.
Since beliefs and thoughts can manifest realities some silly beliefs need to be reevaluated on a collective cultural scale.
Uneducated mothers and grandmothers are much to blame for the stuff that is put into little heads...I was very conscious yesterday with my 3 year old grandson how absorbent he is.
Raising kids is such a responsibility.

You will have to supply the birth data, place and time. Astrology uses that moment of the first breath...
It's as if those energies are imprinted in newborns the way a sound recording is put on a disk.
Then that data is carried for the rest of life.
As I said to Ernie earlier, the more specific your question the better the answer.
If someone asks 'what does Mars mean, astrologically speaking'?, they will get some general answers,
but if they ask 'what does Mars in Sagittarius mean?' they can get to hear stuff like
'You are never home'.
Then they can wake up and see what everyone who knows them has seen and told them all along, but which they were in denial about.
So go and find out where your planets were...there are endless free chart websites...
they may have crappy interpretations, so come back here for a second opinion.
Tell us what it says...I'll be happy to shine my light on it...although I'm much more careful what I might say...due to a recent experience.

The thing to remember is those sites out there aren't really free.
They want you to return for more and then pay them.

Whereas here you do get free service,
and from a team of living, experienced people, not just a computer printout.

The ideal life is where you alternate indoor time and outdoor time.

Hmmm I was feeling very on edge tonight ,
angsty, pissed off even out of the blue .
And i just figured I was processing some deeper
Layers ,
Then I picked up my iPhone to find a message
from the one person who I come close to saying
I hated . Too long to go into but was evil personified
and hurt not only me but those I cared about most .

Turned out I had called him by mistake silly iphones
good for that . Yes i still have his number in
my phone- friends close enemies closer, of he ever called
me and it's possible as he is my best friends partner,
I like the choice to pick up or not to pick up.

Anyway his txt was " I'm here how can i help?"
I nearly threw up, But now i know why I was hit
by a sudden wave of intense edginess .

So looks like spirit is saying " you forgot something
in your clean up list" i certainly did .

Well it does seem that no stone left unturned is
the fasting theme . Funny too as was half thinking
before this happened that I might stop on Friday
at 14 days .This current group of spirit teachers
are sure playing hard ball !! Lol

But as the saying goes be careful , very careful
even , what you wish for .

Though i do sense too that im getting into deeper
cellular layers, this person in question and said
events were some time back , 5 or so years
and it's fair to say that i still haven't fully recovered

Loss of income and a whole network of friends.
But personal integrity and sanity meant I had
to leave . Mind you since then I have been on a
pretty incredible inner journey so it was all
pf course by design. And would i change anything ?
Nope . But I can forgive from afar .
Even I have my limits

Needless to say tonight I'm feeling a tad delicate .

But if were to text him back to answer his question
(which i won't ) the answer would be

It's another case of how the roles
people play in our lives is so interesting.

Meanwhile I still have the jitters here and every time I send off an astrology comment
I sit in expectancy of a new scolding and be told I need to be more careful what I say to people.
You could have easily reacted that way, you also know a lot, having had the greater part of a lifetime to work on yourself.
You might have snapped, if you had wished to do so.
After all, who am I to dare offer unasked for advice? I had no idea you were calling for it on the hidden wires.
So basically, what I'm saying here between the lines is that I would still be grateful for some more energy healing as I'm not quite over the recent events, which keep coming up in my mind like bubbles in a septic tank. We all have so much healing to do.
I'm cutting out sugar from my diet, next. Is that a good idea?
