Time for a little music ... in the here and now.

Jimmy Page is a favorite of ulli so I expect I have the queen's approval on this one (uh ... find me someone who does *not* like Zep )

What is fun about this one is the orchestra backing up the band.

Watch their expressions and intensity. No doubt a few had no expectations to ever be jammin with Zep and are lovin it more than the band

    "Kashmir"

Oh let the sun beat down upon my face, stars to fill my dream
I am a traveler of both time and space, to be where I have been
To sit with elders of the gentle race, this world has seldom seen
They talk of days for which they sit and wait and all will be revealed

Talk and song from tongues of lilting grace, whose sounds caress my ear
But not a word I heard could I relate, the story was quite clear
    Oh, oh.

Oh, I been flying... mama, there ain't no denyin'
I've been flying, ain't no denyin', no denyin'

All I see turns to brown, as the sun burns the ground
And my eyes fill with sand, as I scan this wasted land
Trying to find, trying to find where I've been.

Oh, pilot of the storm who leaves no trace, like thoughts inside a dream
Heed the path that led me to that place, yellow desert stream
My Shangri-La beneath the summer moon, I will return again
Sure as the dust that floats high in June, when movin' through Kashmir.

Oh, father of the four winds, fill my sails, across the sea of years
With no provision but an open face, along the straits of fear
    Ohh.

When I'm on, when I'm on my way, yeah
When I see, when I see the way, you stay-yeah

    Ooh, yeah-yeah, ooh, yeah-yeah, when I'm down...
Ooh, yeah-yeah, ooh, yeah-yeah, well I'm down, so down
Ooh, my baby, oooh, my baby, let me take you there

Let me take you there. Let me take you there

Came over to the laptop to get my Avalon fix and hey, someone left me a present! Thanks Calz.
    Cheered me up.
Only thing is I can't watch it straight through without all those interruptions due to my bum Internet connection.

The Mars Saturn conjunction which is now supposedly beginning to fade has brought out my stoicism...
    definitely not an easy time.
I feel for all those who were born with such a placing in their birth chart.
At least I got my fan belt fixed...it was squeaking.
Still feeling very low and heavy, as if the gravity had doubled these days.
Can hardly lift my elbow, yet Saturn is pushing me on, to do more work, whispering 'You'll regret it if you don't produce x,y, and z
during these last two weeks here in Barbados.
But all I've managed to do so far today is tidy up my work desk. Zero inspiration.
Pessimism about the future. Thinking about investors losing their nest eggs.
I dropped out so long ago I can't even remember what it's like standing in line in a bank.
But others are now faced with some tough choices.
Let's see if someone here can take my mind off these morbid thoughts....

Took the family overseas for a month last summer with the best sat connected internet link possible for our laptop.

    It sucked.

    Big time.

I could not watch any vids the whole time. Was able to make a few text only posts and watch ... that was about it.

Trade offs abound for a simplified life in "paradise".

Since I gave up my favorite sidekick a few weeks back, I'm back to having true dreams, every day, every morning. Gah. No surprises in life.

Of course the messages are coded, so I need to use my secret 'Carmody mental mind map object and context identification' decoding ring. Thus it is difficult to figure out until the moment passes .....and THEN I recognize all the cues. I believe that we can all do this to one degree or another, this is why I keep bringing it up. To move to conscious steering of our future.

The more often I do this, the clearer it gets, the more real the shape of the memory ...of the future event. (yes I can say that, I just did)

Causality just got tripped down the stairs and became a causality.... and is lying there broken, crying for it's mommy.

"Sorry, little human", the universe yelled over. "You'll have to go over that subject again."

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Causal_..._triangulation

they seem to be getting warm.

It has sparked considerable interest as it appears to have a good semi-classical description. At large scales, it re-creates the familiar 4-dimensional spacetime, but it shows spacetime to be 2-d near the Planck scale,

So so close. The Planck limit is tied to the pairing of the 2d layer. ie, TWO 2d components, duality, within that aspect. Thus the capacity to have causality be flipped on it's head.

    the mirror universe.

This is the only way such balance could be achieved, with that tiny bit of offset or asymmetry that Faraday and Maxwell manged to describe.

this is why such incredible levels of energy are tied up into such small spaces, if one part of the balance is disturbed.

I hope this is ok to post here. My dreams lately have taken a slight turn. Well, I have started to talk in my sleep. I have never at all done this until about 6 months ago. Someone in the dream asks me something and I explain to them in the dream, but at the same time I am speaking I am also aware that I am dreaming. As I wake up I continue to finish the sentence I had began. This seems quite strange don't you think? Another similar thing that continues to happen in my dreams is that when I ask a question to anyone in my dream they NEVER answer. When they don't answer I remember that I am in a dream and think to myself "that was stupid, they NEVER answer". I am now thinking that this is all about questions and answers. The other people in the dream are "allowed" to ask questions and I am "allowed" to answer. But not the other way round. Anyone got an explanation here?

What I meant to say in my last few lines above is. I AM allowed to ask questions but the people in the dream are not answering my questions, but they do ask me questions. Why would that be? The unconscious must have good reason to take this strategy I think.

When I was a child, I decided to become intelligent.

    I asked myself how.

    And so it began.

I believe the best answer for a question... is one that begets another question.

Anything else is bound to become a closed system.

A hamster wheel for a life.

Hamster wheels may be safe, but they don't come from or go anywhere.

we must not put our children's minds into hamster wheels. Even if this does shut them up. Our peace of mind, or our fear of not being 'the great parent' to our child, can lead directly to the closing of their minds. And literally create their lack of intelligence. Remember, their minds are literally growing and forming.

When I was a child, and I'd ask a question, my father would tell me what he knew. When he ran out of knowing, he'd say so. Then he'd help me speculate, we would do it together. Then he'd tell me to do it on my own.

So, he'd take my "why, why, why" whining/curiosity and find a way to not shut me up, or lick my brain and stick it to the television..but to lick my brain and stick it to it's self.

the other day, while watching 'Being There' with Peter Sellers, posted by Dan,
I realized and had forgotten, that this movie begins with the Unfinished Symphony by Schubert.
I guess when one is raised in Germany that stuff is in the blood.
Led Zep or Schubert...depends on my mood.

One of my favorite sayings used to be 'The wheel is spinning, but the hamster is dead.'
I don't say that anymore about people, ever since I have learnt all about projections.
And it describes my overactive mind, not going anywhere, after years and years of reading and thinking.
The answer is in being Here, Now.

Found a quote from the Wingmakers, Neruda Interviews...I used to be totally into this stuff.

Quote "It has to do with physics and the inherent nature of complex systems. Causal energy is eternal. It simply bounces from event to event. In some cases, it shapes the event; in others, it creates the event. Causal energy is the most potent force in the universe, and when it's redirected -- on a global scale -- it will rebound in unpredictable and innumerable ways."
    and another:

Quote Sarah: "You lost me. Are you saying that every decision in my life was already made before I was born?"

Dr. Neruda: "No. Every causal decision was."

Sarah: "So what's the difference between a causal decision and a regular decision?"

Dr. Neruda: "Think of how many decisions you make in a day. Wouldn't you agree that it's probably hundreds if not thousands every day? These are -- as you put it -- regular decisions. Causal decisions are defined by how integral they are to the substrate of the individual being. Are you receptive to new ideas? Are you able to synthesize opposing thoughts? Do you process information dominantly in a visual or numeric context? These are causal decisions that you define before being born, and they're encoded within the DNA that activates your decision matrix. External forces like parents, teachers, and friends only inform what you've already defined as the motion of your being."

I really like that. Reminds me of the difference between Destiny and Fate that Sitchin explored in "The Lost Book of Enki", how Destinies refer to the greater orbits of planets, the movements of Stars through galaxies, galaxies through universes, etc. How the greater themes of a life are there when you come into it, but how the exact way to get there is up to you, your free will and, Fate. Fate is chosen, whether to go left or right at a particular street, whether to marry that guy or become a monk, but, in this view, your greater Destiny is already written and you get there no matter what path you take through a life.

Fits me right now, right here, as where I am is not where I was "supposed' to be. Not family, not the Ancestors, not the gods of my genetic cellular database, wanted me here. But my choice brought me here. Kind of feels like the end of that movie, "The Adjustment Bureau", when the couple just had to be together and the one angel or whatever they are showed them the book and they had embarked upon a new path because their fates had "changed", although their destinies still lay beyond ...

All I got to say is when I started walking and talking in my sleep ....is when all hell broke loose. In a good way, not a fire/brimstone way....(smile)

....they aren't supposed to answer. It suffices you know the right questions to ask to have the answers demonstrated for you when you finally get to that place where you're questing the right source. What a vision quest is about. You often have to go through abunch of dumb arsehole entites before you get to a true informational source. So don't judge the situation. It's not stupid. What is stupid is not asking the questions at all.

And... We often times do not get the answers because we arent' asking the right questions. And no answer is better than dumb answers. Asking good questions is as important as getting good information. Or at least reliable information.

Just because I was thinking that this is what you get sometimes when you take the dumbwaiter of life instead of the elevator (when I heard this, that is what came to mind)..and you find yourself looking at a blank wall, with no buttons, and no display. Just waiting for the door to open, or something to be indicated.

We all do this, at times.

I'm in a moment where it is coming fast and strong. whether I want it to or not.

    Interesting Stan, and quite unusual.
First thought that came to mind, "allowed" to answer...who is it who is giving the permission?
In my experience the dreamer is usually the higher self, or soul, and the people that appear in the dream are the personality aspects of the self.
    The lower multiple selves...still fragmented.
So the question/answer thing when seen in that context makes sense:
the wiser being or higher self is the one that gives answers.
And that's how it should be.

Just came out from my first neurofeedback
Session since July . Interesting that the set up took
ages as all the equipment was going crazy when
he attached my brain to it . Mostly we were working on
PTSD issues and my panic and generally not feeling
safe in the world . This fast has really stripped bare all
the masks and coping mechanisms I was using to
hide behind, enabling me to finally get to core issues
that have been holding me back for so long and making
my life so narrow . So all good , great even .

But this morning was tough. I had to find the energy to
leave the house , drive my car, pick up a friend who also
training , and face 3D. In the end I made a green smoothie
very diluted and took some extra minerals. After 15 mins I was
good to go . But something I did notice when waiting
for the doc , was that my hearing was so incredibly
sensitive . Maybe related to that , last few days have had
my left ear blocking and unblocking, like you get when
you increase in elevation. Will make a note to self to take
headphones along in future to combat outside noise.

Planning lots of live foods green smoothies first week
back have a recipe for sprouted bread too that I want
to try , it's just sprouted grains that's it .

    More later

The greatest privilege of a human life is to become a
midwife to the awakening of the Soul in another person.”
